Roving Grotesqueries

Eric Holder's Dept of Racial Justice is grotesqueAfter two weeks or so, Ferguson, MO is finally experiencing some level of calm…for now at least. There’s little doubt that the ever-angry and quick to enrage Blacks will resume their rioting, looting, and (un)civil protests forthwith if and when the grand jury fails to indict Officer Darren Wilson for the shooting of Michael Brown, an outcome that seems more and more likely as evidence piles up in Officer Wilson’s favor.

But a return to race riots is only part of the upcoming problems for the local and state police and officer Wilson. There is also the issue that Eric Holder has dispatched a team of “special prosecutors” to Missouri to ensure that racial justice is upheld by any means necessary. This, however, is to be expected since Holder and his special teams in the DOJ Civil Rights Division are grotesque. Indeed, one could best describe both Holder and the Racial Justice Department special prosecutors as grotesqueries, since they are very ugly or comically distorted figures or images of what they should be and combine human and animal features.

You see, Holder’s “special prosecutors” are from the same team, probably many of same personnel in fact, who a federal judge described as being grotesque, perfidious, and skullduggerous last year in his 129 page order to overturn their conviction of five New Orleans police officers tied to the shooting of unarmed civilians during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

Given that no part of the Obama Regime – certainly not Holder and Co. – have shown any ability to learn from their mistakes, we can expect the same sort of grotesque, criminal, and morally bankrupt behavior from then in Ferguson that they displayed in New Orleans.

So, thanks to these roving grotesqueries, the race-riots and unrest will return shortly. They must; it’s one of the tactics that Holder’s DOJ uses to ensure convictions of Whites charged with “Civil Rights” violations.

God Bless Elections

“God Bless Elections!” is exactly what the Romeike family should be proclaiming unto the Heavens because it was solely the fact that the Obama Regime fears the upcoming midterm elections that has allowed the stay in America.

Romeike Family - Christian refugees from Germany
The Happy Romeike Family

The Romeikes are devout Christians from Germany who wanted to homeschool their children because of what they perceived as the secularist agenda in German public schools. This is illegal is Germany and the parents faced both persecution and possible prosecution by the German authorities.

In 2008, after enduring two years of ever-increasing persecution and threats by the German government, they fled to America where they applied for asylum after settling in Tennessee. In 2010 Immigration Judge Lawrence O. Burman granted this request for asylum. This should have been the happy end of it. It wasn’t.

Obama’s and Holders’ Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) almost immediately appealed Judge Burman’s decision and got their appeal on docket of the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in California, who were quick to over the immigration judges grant of asylum to the Romeike family.

Finally, in 2014 the US Supreme Court refused to hear Romeiki’s further appeal. Legally this doomed the family to deportation and the likely destruction of their family as a unit upon their return to Germany. In theory this should have been the sad end of it. It wasn’t.

The whole case made the national news and the public outcry over the Obama Regime’s behavior was fairly intense – to intense for Obama and other Democrats in a midterm election year, especially one where they’re weakened by the failure of ObamaCare and the retirement of many of the politicians. Hence, they granted the Romeike family “indefinite deferred status,” which will allow them to stay in the US.

God Bless Elections!

Associated Press Assault

Obama bitching, growling, and jabberingThere’s been a lot of flak flying over the Obama Regime’s assault upon Associated Press (AP) and its secret seizure of the telephone records of AP and its reporters, including the reporters’ cellular phone records. AP, with understandable ire, describes this as a massive and unprecedented intrusion into its gathering of news.

Here’s the thing; it’s all bullshit!

Yes, given the boy’s track record, Obama’s use of his favorite “house negro,” Holder’s DoJ to assault AP and investigate their reporters’ sources is an easy target for Americans to verbally fire upon. It’s easy to see this behavior as another prima facie example of Obama’s desire for tyranny and his despite for America’s constitution. That doesn’t mean that this is the right way to approach this particular situation.

By all the accounts that we have, including AP’s own assessment of the Obama Regime’s rationale for the seizure of their telephone records, the DoJ is investigating who leaked sensitive intelligence data to the press. It is likely the result of a May 7, 2012 article that revealed the CIA thwarted a bomb plot planned to originate out of Yemen to avenge the death of former al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden, who was killed by US Navy SEALs one year earlier.

This is well within the purview of Executive and is a matter of national security. We have to trace the leaks and take whatever steps are needed to prevent a repeat offense. There is no intrinsic difference between the leak to Associated Press and the Leaks to Wikileaks and I sincerely doubt that there’s a single American who say that any investigation into- or reprisal against Wikileaks and/or its sources was wrong.

Obama and his cabal may well be engaging in this behavior for the wrong reason but their actions are consistent in this instance with the best interests of America. We should remember that surprising fact.

Prosecuting Holder

As anyone with a working brain expected, the worthless filth, Attorney General Eric Holder won’t be prosecuted on charges of Contempt of Congress. This makes perfect sense since the people who would be charged with the prosecution work for Holder and at the pleasure of the Campaigner-in-Chief. They know that they’d be fired and pilloried by the Lamestream Media if they did anything.

Also, they wouldn’t be employed in Obama’s (in)Justice Department if they had any respect for Americans or American law.

Holder Crime Scene
Neither Wrong Nor Crimes In Obamaland

Prosecuting Holder for refusing to abide by the House’s subpoena in the matter of Holder and Obama’s involvement in Fast and Furious is not particularly important, nor was it the aim of the US House of Representatives. The second vote was the one that was important. It was the vote to authorized a civil lawsuit to force Holder to turn over the documents so that impeachment and/or prosecution of the guilty can commence.

Armed Justice Is American Justice Of the People, By the People, For the PeopleWhat’s important is getting to the bottom of the rot in the the various “law enforcement” branches of the Executive and burning it out, not prosecuting Holder for his arrogance and lawless disregard of Congressional oversight.

If Holder is determined to be that much of a problem by we the People and neither Congress nor the Courts can effectively deal with him, we can always apply Citizens Justice to him.

Neither Executive Privilege nor a legion of attorneys paid for with Americans’ taxes will shield Holder from a bullet or a bomb if we reach the sad point where Americans are forced to apply justice themselves due to no longer being able to trust those we hired to do so for us.

For now, let us focus on what is important, not upon prosecuting Holder for Contempt of Congress.

Contemptible Holder

Unless the White House can coerce Congress to ignore reality and the law, next week may bring an unprecedented showdown: Congress holding a sitting US Attorney general in Contempt. The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee has already recommended that Attorney General Eric Holder be cited for contempt of Congress for failing to turn over documents relating to the Fast and Furious weapons sting operation.

Holder Contempt - I've got a noose with the boy's name on it. It's a shame I'll never get to use it.
Irrespective Of Congress, Holder Is Held In Contempt

That’s good news, though there’s a plethora of other charges that should be brought against both Holder and Obama over Fast and Furious – capital crimes. It’s somewhat immaterial though.

Americans already hold Holder in the deepest contempt. The only real question is what we’ll do about him – and to him – if Congress fails to do its job through weakness or venality.
