Many members of Mankind, especially the sheltered individuals in the Civilized World cling to the fantasy of coexistence and mutual respect for- and tolerance of other faiths and ideologies.

Of course this fantasy is dashed to pieces upon the jagged rocks of reality wherever and whenever Muslims are encountered because, to a Muslim, coexistence is a most grievous sin. Islam requires that Muslims coexist with others only for so long as it takes them to either convert them, subjugate them, or eradicate them.
