Polyamory Is Wrong

Posted in Humor, Society on December 3rd, 2011

Polyamory is the practice, desire, or acceptance of having more than one intimate relationship at a time with the full knowledge and consent of everyone involved. It is considered non-normative and improper by the majority within the Western World.

I wholeheartedly concur with the majority’s detest for polyamory.

What sort of linguistically perverted freak thought it was appropriate to mix Greek and Latin roots to make a “word?” It’s just wrong, plain wrong!

And They’re Worried?

Posted in Humor, Politics, Society on November 3rd, 2011

When it comes to queer marriage my opinion on the matter is somewhat ambivalent. Within the context what America’s secular government can be allowed to monitor, broker, and/or restrain, I’m in favor of allowing homosexuals to “marry.” On the other hand, the LGBT crowd’s attempts to legislate acceptance and/or use paper terrorism to get their way.

Some of the arguments used by some of the Christians are rendered irrelevant or, at the least, trivialized by much more glaring examples of their concerns about the destruction of the sanctity of marriage. ;-)

And They’re Worried About The Queers Getting Married?

Come on, folks! There are worse assault upon- and insults to the sacrament of marriage than the queers, and they’re a lot closer to home as it were.

And Christians, don’t fret that gays getting married will lead to polygamists like myself being allowed “marriage equality.” The queers threw me and mine under their rainbow bus a long time ago. Hellfire! They hate my sort even more you – because they we’re Christians!

Saudi Bridal Lingerie

Posted in Humor, Religion, Society on August 28th, 2011

The simple fact is that Muslims get married and a certain number of them, those who don’t to closely follow the example set by Muhammad, even wait until their females have reached puberty before buying them from their fathers and taking them to wife.

This perforce means that Muslim couples have wedding nights and that the brides – at least those of an to understand such things – will likely want some sort of special bridal lingerie, much in the same way as brides in the Civilized World do.

That in turn causes a problem in places, such as Saudi Arabia, where the Islamists follow very strict forms of Shar’ia that forbid Muslim females from baring their faces in front of even their husbands.

Shari’a Compliant Even According To Wahhab

Fortunately I suppose, the Arabs are a race of merchants and have bred themselves to possess the cunning merchants needs. Certain accommodations of style were made and, so far, few have complained overly much. ;-)

NOTE: It’s also apparent that there’s more worth tapping in the MENA region than merely oil. :-P
