Reflections From a Murky Pond

If it weren’t for the dangers to Americans that they pose all the “Justice For Trayvon” crap we’ve had to put up with for months would be comical due to what such things say about those involved and the gross stupidity of their claims and desires.

They scream, rant, moan, whine, and threaten riots and murder over the incident. Yet Trayvon got justice. It was delivered unto him by George Zimmerman’s pistol.

Trayvon was a young, Black man – no, it’s “racially insensitive” and demeaning to think or say a 17 year-old Black male is still a child – from a broken home who had already been suspended from school multiple times, who was sent to stay with his estranged father and his father’s new fiance in Sanford, FL due to his quite normal behavioral issues.

Sadly, for Trayvon, his walking in the dark and rain dressed in concealing clothing made him look very much like the criminals that had been plaguing the community. This drew the attention of neighborhood watchman, George Zimmerman.

It’s a fact that Zimmerman accosted Martin. It’s a very strong probability that Zimmerman was offensive, abusive. and confrontational while doing so. It was, however, Trayvon who chose to, not only continue the altercation after Zimmerman began to walk way, but escalate the encounter to physical violence.

With all the angst, confusion, and confidence of youth Trayvon decide to beat down the “creepy Cracker” who’d offended him, relying on his youth, greater speed, strength, and general ferocity to carry the night…and he was almost correct. Trayvon beat the living tar out George Zimmerman and taught him the meaning of existential fear. It was only almost though. Trayvon made some sort of mistake or Zimmerman got lucky; either way Zimmerman managed to draw the 9mm pistol that he hadn’t drawn before and shot Martin dead on the spot.

And that, dear readers, is justice. It is the rough and bloody-fanged justice untempered by mercy that life delivers upon the foolish and brash.

One must always remember that lamestream priorities are quite different than American priorities. America’s domestic enemies and their media pundits have far different priorities than Americans do and apply vastly different standards to their own vs. Americans.

Lamestream Priorities – Water! Pedophilia & Prostitution, Not So Much

Yes, the Left and their media are far, far, far more concerned about Senator Marc Rubio’s (R-FL) pausing to drink a glass of water during a speech than with Senator Bob Menendez’s (D-NJ) repeated venting his pedophiliac lusts into child prostitutes in the Dominican Republic.

Odd; looking at Menendez, I’d have thought that he was White enough to be a “White Hispanic” and held to White standards by the Liberals. I guess I was wrong.

But hey! What a little, or far more than a little, fornication with- and sodomization of Dominican girls in the grand scheme of the Left – as long as Menendez votes for higher punitive taxes, gun confiscation, Obamacare, and other Liberals and Progressive causes? Senator Rubio’s thirst is much more important.

It’s all a matter of understanding Lamestream priorities. 😉

Every state in the nation has its own individual character and quirks of its residents that, in many ways, define what it is to be from that state. Florida, my home state, is very much not an exception to this rule.

It’s actually quite easy to tell a Floridian even when they’ve moved elsewhere in the country as I have long ago done.

You might be a Floridian if…

• You think that socks are only for bowling
• You never use an umbrella because the rain will be over in five minutes
• Having it rain on only part of your car doesn’t freak you out
• To you a good parking place has nothing to do with distance from the store but everything to do with shade
• You can at a glance tell the difference between fire ant bites, mosquito bites, and noseeum bites
• You know what a noseeum is
• To you anything under 70 degrees is chilly
• You’ve driven through Yeehaw Junction
• You know that no grocery store can compare to Publix
• You know that anything under Category 3 is worth waking up for
• You dread love bug season
• You know what a love bug is
• You are on a first name basis with the Hurricane list. They aren’t Hurricane Charley or Hurricane Frances; to you they’re Andrew, Charley, Frances, Ivan, Jeanne, Wilma, Irene, Cheryl, Rita, Mary, Alison…
• You know what a snowbird is and they’ll leave
• You think that six-foot alligator is actually fairly average
• To you “Down South” means Key West
• You think flip-flops are everyday wear. Shoes are for business meeting and church, but you have worn flip-flops to church before
• You have a drawer full of swimsuits and one sweatshirt
• You get annoyed by tourists who feed the seagulls
• You think a mountain is anything hill over 100′ above sea level
• You know the four seasons are: hurricane season, love bug season, tourist season, and summer

• You’ve worn shorts and used the A/C on Christmas and News Years

I suppose there’s one other thing that would be evidence of being a Floridian. If you’re laughing, albeit a bit ruefully, at this bit of home state humor, you just might be a Floridian. 😆

George Zimmerman has been arrested on Second Degree Murder charges for the February 26, 2012 shooting death of Trayvon Martin in Sanford, FL.

This story should really be filed under Non-News Of The Day.

The government of Florida, likely under the “instruction” of Obama and Eric Holder, “hired” Angela Corey to do exactly that – arrest, try, convict, and incarcerate George Zimmerman.

It ridiculous to believe otherwise since Corey is Florida’s top dog when it comes to convicting people on homicide charges. She’s currently also overseeing prosecution of 12-year-old Cristian Fernandez as an adult on charges of homicide and aggravated child abuse.

What happens now is just the steady, slow beat of the drum that ends up with Mr. Zimmerman behind bars where the Black inmate population can do the government’s “work” for them. It will start with the travesty of the Grand Jury indictment – which Corey is not allowing to set the charges – and proceed to a lengthy case that will exhaust Zimmerman’s finances and force him into a plea bargain.

Then sometime shortly after it is proven that Zimmerman has no funds left for his defense Holder’s federal hate crime investigation will “find” that they have enough evidence to charge Zimmerman under federal hate crime statutes and have his sentence expanded.

From this point on in the Zimmerman case the only news will be what special instructions the judge overseeing the case is told to give the jury in order to reach the “right” verdict.

Unless they’re either hiding under rocks or Ammish, everybody in the Western World is aware that on February 26, 2012 George Zimmerman shot and killed Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Fl. The lamestream media made very sure of that because they mistakenly believed that Mr. Zimmerman was White. White-on-Black crime is news; Black-on-White or, as this turned out to be, Brown-on-Black crime isn’t worth their time to report upon.

You see, as it turns out, Zimmerman self-identifies as Hispanic and certainly looks the part. But America’s MSM saw “Zimmerman, a Jewish or German name, assumed he was White, and made a sure to publicize this tragedy – always making sure to include some variant of “shot by Zimmerman, who is White.”

The Lamestream media loves race-baiting and loves any story that they use to stir up racial unrest. They know that the Blacks will get stirred up and cause some level of trouble, giving the media days and days of high-value stories that will spike the prices of their commercial spots.

This being an presidential election year with a self-identified as Black incumbent, the Liberal media has even more incentive to turn the tragedy of Trayvon Martin’s death into a media circus. Be assured that the Liberal talking heads will be referencing this sad incident in the context of Obama’s reelection bid.

It’s a sad shame that a young man died and the only reason the world knows about it is that the lamestream media decided to profiteer off of it and the civil unrest their circus could cause.
