“When we won this election, it wasn’t in districts like mine or Alexandria’s,” Pelosi said. “[S]he’s a wonderful member of Congress as I think all of our colleagues will attest. But those are districts that are solidly Democratic.”— Nancy Pelosi
To drive the point home she picked up a water glass next to her and said: “This glass of water would win with a ‘D’ next to its name in those districts.”
Yep! A glass of water with a “D” next to its name. That how Nancy specifically referred to AOC and her victory in NY’s 14th District. Fucking Ouch! That’s cold.
Pelosi’s declamation was also both fanatically partisan and inaccurate. She utterly ignores the nature of the primary election and electorate that placed AOC in that Seat. Maybe she should have spoken to defeated incumbent Joseph Crowley, a White Man with 20 years of experience in office who lost his Seat primarily or largely because he was a White Man running this time against a Hispanic Woman in a district which became 49.80% Hispanic and only 18.41% White over recent-ish years.
Face it, Folks, when even CNN acknowledges this sort of thing – though they’re careful to make it seem something not too distant from a positive – this is more than likely a real issue.
And Nancy might just want to think about that…

It seems that the Dems and their Liberal and Progressive rabble have themselves a runaway slave in the form of Van Jones. It seems that Van Jones went “off script” and “off the plantation” by daring to compliment conservatives at CPAC over their so-far seemingly net successful efforts in Prison Reform.
This, obviously, viciously “triggered” the Left.
What Jones said:
“The conservative movement in this country, unfortunately from my point of view, is now the leader on this issue of reform,” Jones said. He pointed to Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant, Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal and Secretary of Energy and former Texas Gov. Rick Perry as Republicans who were able to “cut the prison population and crime at the same time.”
“What you’re seeing now is Republican governors being tough on the dollars. Tough on crime and shrinking the prison population,” he said.
“This is supposed to be my issue!” Jones exclaimed. “You are stealing my issue!” he told the cheering conservative crowd.
“I’m going to stay in my party,” he told the audience as some of them indicated he should come over to their side. “But take some dadgum credit for being smart. Take some dadgum credit for getting it right.”
Of course, the Dems – especially their ever-angry minority sharecroppers – were quick to attack Jones over his “race treason,” labeling him a worthless “Sell-Out” and lamenting that he no longer seemed to hate Whites enough to be still considered “Black Enough.”

As a lot of people already know, CNN’s “Legal Analyst,” Areva Martin recently accused David Webb of being a racist or, at least very much not “woke” while being interviewed on his Sirius XM radio show, “Patriot” while discussing race, job qualifications, and applying for jobs .
I’ve chosen to cross different parts of the media world, done the work so that I’m qualified to be in each one,” Webb, a host on Fox Nation, told Martin in the interview. “I never considered my color the issue; I considered my qualifications the issue.”
To which Martin, a civil rights attorney who co-hosts the syndicated talk show “Face the Truth,” responded: “Well, David, that’s a whole other long conversation about white privilege, the things that you have the privilege of doing, that people of color don’t have the privilege of.”
“How do I have the privilege of white privilege?” Webb asked.
“David, by virtue of being a white male you have white privilege. This whole long conversation, I don’t have time to get into — ”
“Areva, I hate to break it to you, but you should’ve been better prepped,” Webb interrupted. “I’m Black.”
OK! Honestly, that’s just about as funny as things can get. Some professional race-baiting grifter – Martin’s a “Civil Rights” attorney – getting hoist on her own hate-fueled petard is hilarious and always will be so to me. Schadenfreude, it’s real.
Petards Mean Sappers
Funny or not though, Martin’s mistake highlights some of racial problems and problem causers inside America’s borders. We’ve too many like Martin who make a career out of racism and who see everything through the lens of “oppression,” and who – displaying a level hypocrisy well past the border of the absurd – make ignorance- and envy-fueled assumptions about people, e.g., assuming Mr. Webb being White because his opinion was contrary to “Being Black.”
And, of course, to people like Areva Martin and those, such as CNN, who pander to- and enable her sort, “White” equals “Bad.” “White” equals the “Oppressors,” either those seen as active so or merely those who have “benefited” from “Whiteness.”
But Webb Is White
Remember race is a social construct with little to no scientific significance outside of the modern pseudo-sciences of psychology and sociology. Therefor, Mr. Webb’s “Whiteness” or “Blackness” is also just a social construct and social constructs are determined by opinion and bias less than by a specific set of empirical facts
And yes, I make no bones about considering psychology and sociology to be pseudo-sciences. They’re both more of an art than a science and both are plagued by extreme biases.
And, as Mr. Webb is not maintaining the Black Narrative or behaving in a “Black Enough” manner, he’s essentially White. This is because the cultural gatekeepers of Blackness view that as the sin of Respectability Politics, something that they don’t willing tolerate.
Respectability politics is, at its root, the inability to look into the cold dark void of history. For if black people are — as I maintain — no part of the problem, if the problem truly is 100 percent explained by white supremacy, then we are presented with a set of unfortunate facts about our home.— Ta-Nehisi Coates
“Charles Barkley and the Plague of ‘Unintelligent’ Blacks”
And yeah, the Black Enough Blacks and those that make their living off of that particular narrative have names for such people: Uncle Tom, Oreo, Sell-Out, Race Traitor, Graham Cracker, and House Nigger to name the most common ones. But they all mean White or too close in culture and thought to being White.
So, while in one sense, Marin was stupidly and ignorantly wrong, in other ways – the ways that matter to her and her people – she was right.

The upcoming Women’s March in Eureka, CA has been been cancelled by its organizers because it was Too White. After meeting with various SJW cells, it’s organizers chose to cancel the event because it participants did meet the non-White racial quotas needed to “properly” represent the demographics of Humboldt County.
Humboldt County organizers and supporters of the annual Women’s March have decided to not hold a rally in Eureka on January 19th. This decision was made after many conversations between local social-change organizers and supporters of the march.
The local organizers are continuing to meet and discuss how to broaden representation in the organizing committee to create an event that represents and supports peoples who live here in Humboldt. Up to this point, the participants have been overwhelmingly white, lacking representation from several perspectives in our community. Instead of pushing forward with crucial voices absent, the organizing team will take time for more outreach.— Allison Edrington
Now me? I’m forced to wonder if those “many conversations” with “social-change” groups was more akin to dealing with threats from those groups, be it counter-protests or otherwise. After all, this would have been the #PussyHats’ 3rd year of their march in Eureka. So it’s not like there’s a real problem internally to this womyns’ group.
Also, I’m really not sure what they think that can do to “darken” their march. It’s small, normally having only between 5000 – 8000 participants and Humbolt County is, like most of America, predominantly White. Indeed, at 82.7% White, it’s Whiter than the national average of 72.4%.

Frankly, it just sounds to me as if these hand-wringing and angsty Feminists are just suffering from an “Identity Crisis.” 😆 Then, “Identity” is core these days to ideologies that lead people into groups like the Women’s March, even though it has almost nothing to do with their supposed mission.
But please! Who are these people who identify as “Other?” Are they Martians? Romulans? Squidoids From the 3rd moon of Gliese 581g?
