Obama’s DoJ Attacks…

Department of Social Justice If there’s one thing that American can count upon it’s that Obama will do whatever he’d allowed to get away with to harass and, if possible, destroy any American that doesn’t agree with and actively support those groups that the boy considers his constituency. If an American “steps out of line,” one can be sure that Obama will have his Department of Injustice “investigate” in the hopes of both having a chilling effect upon dissent.

If someone is White enough and kills a Black in self-defense,Obama’s DoJ will launch an investigation in the hopes of charging them with “civil rights” crimes. Someone doesn’t want to support queer marriage, Obama’s DoJ will launch an investigation in the hopes of charging them with “civil rights” crimes. If someone decides that they’re not willing to arm Muslims inside our borders, Obama’s DoJ will launch an investigation in the hopes of charging them with “civil rights” crimes. If someone exposes the horrific behavior of the professional abortionists, Obama’s DoJ will launch an investigation in the hopes of charging them with “civil rights” crimes. Even just policing the ghetto and the thugs therein can incite Obama’s DoJ to launch an investigation in the hopes of charging the police departments with “civil rights” crimes.

Taken separately, any of these “investigations” is easily explainable and some might even be legitimate. Seen as whole however, they’re a process of tyrannical oppression aimed at any American of “wrong” race or religion – White Christians – who won’t kowtow to the agendas that Obama and/or his handlers and overseers favor.

Unfit For Freedom

Much like Truth enslaves more than it frees, Wisdom often brings discomfort rather than peace of mind. This is because much wisdom is unpleasant, especially when it deals with the nature of people.

A case in point where wisdom brings pain instead pleasure…

People unfit for freedom — who cannot do much with it – are hungry for power. The desire for freedom is an attribute of a “have” type of self. It says: leave me alone and I shall grow, learn, and realize my capacities. The desire for power is basically an attribute of a “have not” type of self.

— Eric Hoffer
Working and Thinking on the Waterfront (1969)

Whether he meant to or not, Eric Hoffer aptly summed up the pathology – or, at least, one of the pathologies – of entire cultural demographic in America with this one statement.

And yes! While there are many of all “races” who are to varying degrees unfit for freedom, I am specifically writing of the “Black Community.” They have over the last century and a half proven themselves to be woefully and dangerously unfit for the freedom that they were given.

Of course, not all representatives of Homo sapiens afer in the US are part of the “Black Community.” Many have rejected all or part of that particular culture and assimilated in that of America. That has to be taken into account whenever one speaks in a general manner about the Blacks.

So we are left with two distinct Black populations: Americans who happen to be Black, and the “Black Community.” The latter populace is, by and large, unfit for freedom – especially unrestricted freedom equal to that of the actual citizenry of America.

But sadly, therein lies the rub. Liberty is a basic, natural right and, as such, doesn’t need to be earned. Hence, we cannot rightfully return the “Black Community” to slavery, even if doing so would greatly benefit America and in no small measure materially and existentially benefit those Blacks who were returned to chains.

Rights And Wrongs

The descent pf Negro activism
Civil Rights And Wrongs

Do not mistake me. I’m too much the student of true history to be one of those who has “white washed” and deified Martin Luther King Jr. The man was so much worse, but also so much more than the comfortable caricature we’ve created of him. Still, that being said, he was so much better than the parasites, grifters, and vermin that rose from his corpse.

Ginsburg Is Right

US Supreme Court Justice is rarely right about things, hence why her opinions are based upon perceived or hoped for outcomes rather than the law. She can, however, be right about the fact from time to time. A case in point being her tirade during an interview with the The National Law Journal. She was and is right about this.

“What’s amazing is how things have changed,” Ginsburg said, recalling the landmark 1971 decision of Griggs v. Duke Power Co., in which the Supreme Court unanimously held that employer policies that look neutral on paper can still constitute discrimination if they disproportionately harm minorities in practice. “It was a very influential decision and it was picked up in England. That’s where the court was heading in the ’70s.”

— Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg

And, to our nation’s shame, that was exactly where the court was heading in the ’70s. It was heading at a headlong pace towards enabling special race-based privileges for non-Whites and forcing everyone to make race as the overriding factor in all decisions due to “disparate impact.”

NOTE: The singular exception to this is the progressive income tax which has a very disparate impact upon Whites but is never considered be discriminatory or a violation of their civil rights.

What most aside from Blacktivists don’t know is that the employer policy being lambasted in Griggs v. Duke Power Co. was Duke Power’s requirement that employees in more demanding positions had to either have a high school diploma or scores on standardized IQ tests equal to those of the average high school graduate. As Blacks have a long-standing history, which hasn’t changed to this day, of graduating from high school far less often than Whites, this was considered by the Burger Court to be both discriminatory and a violation of Blacks’ civil rights.

And following along with that High Court ruling and creation of the “disparate impact” framework is exactly the path to Hell that America was taking until the Roberts Court finally started to make inroads against this race-based legal framework.

So, as she so often is, Ginsburg has her facts in order but draws the wrong conclusion. Hardly shocking since she’s SCOTUS justice in the first place only due to Affirmative Action.

Roving Grotesqueries

Eric Holder's Dept of Racial Justice is grotesqueAfter two weeks or so, Ferguson, MO is finally experiencing some level of calm…for now at least. There’s little doubt that the ever-angry and quick to enrage Blacks will resume their rioting, looting, and (un)civil protests forthwith if and when the grand jury fails to indict Officer Darren Wilson for the shooting of Michael Brown, an outcome that seems more and more likely as evidence piles up in Officer Wilson’s favor.

But a return to race riots is only part of the upcoming problems for the local and state police and officer Wilson. There is also the issue that Eric Holder has dispatched a team of “special prosecutors” to Missouri to ensure that racial justice is upheld by any means necessary. This, however, is to be expected since Holder and his special teams in the DOJ Civil Rights Division are grotesque. Indeed, one could best describe both Holder and the Racial Justice Department special prosecutors as grotesqueries, since they are very ugly or comically distorted figures or images of what they should be and combine human and animal features.

You see, Holder’s “special prosecutors” are from the same team, probably many of same personnel in fact, who a federal judge described as being grotesque, perfidious, and skullduggerous last year in his 129 page order to overturn their conviction of five New Orleans police officers tied to the shooting of unarmed civilians during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

Given that no part of the Obama Regime – certainly not Holder and Co. – have shown any ability to learn from their mistakes, we can expect the same sort of grotesque, criminal, and morally bankrupt behavior from then in Ferguson that they displayed in New Orleans.

So, thanks to these roving grotesqueries, the race-riots and unrest will return shortly. They must; it’s one of the tactics that Holder’s DOJ uses to ensure convictions of Whites charged with “Civil Rights” violations.
