DEI Hard - Proving Truth Is Worse Than Fiction
DEI Hard – Proving Truth Is Worse Than Fiction

OK, to start with, I’m not going to derogatorily comment on the female’s apparent weight. One – with Type IIIA anti-ballistic armor at a minimum, her actual body build is quite in question. And two – a person’s shape, within reason, is not a good indicator of their physical performance and capabilities in non-endurance settings. And three and finally – she wasn’t part of President Trump’s immediate physical protection detail; hence, her lack of size and physical ability to be an ablative meatshield for him is largely irrelevant.

But, her displayed lack of competency, especially with her weapon and under stress, is a huge problem, and is strong evidence of her being a DEI hire and, like so many DEI hires, not being qualified for the job. Even more damning is the fact the the ex-Director of the Secret Service, Kimberly Cheatle – herself one of Biden’s many DEI hires – made increasing DEI in the Secret Service her priority, something that had already caused insane problems before the attempted assassination of President Trump.

And therein lies the problem, both with DEI itself and with the sorts who endorse it. It is the placing of certain governmentally protected, immutable, largely irrelevant physical, mental, or behavioral traits above being able to properly perform the duties of the position, much less being the best available one to do so. And this is true even when the job and its duties are important, up to and including saving lives.

Unfit For Freedom

Much like Truth enslaves more than it frees, Wisdom often brings discomfort rather than peace of mind. This is because much wisdom is unpleasant, especially when it deals with the nature of people.

A case in point where wisdom brings pain instead pleasure…

People unfit for freedom — who cannot do much with it – are hungry for power. The desire for freedom is an attribute of a “have” type of self. It says: leave me alone and I shall grow, learn, and realize my capacities. The desire for power is basically an attribute of a “have not” type of self.

— Eric Hoffer
Working and Thinking on the Waterfront (1969)

Whether he meant to or not, Eric Hoffer aptly summed up the pathology – or, at least, one of the pathologies – of entire cultural demographic in America with this one statement.

And yes! While there are many of all “races” who are to varying degrees unfit for freedom, I am specifically writing of the “Black Community.” They have over the last century and a half proven themselves to be woefully and dangerously unfit for the freedom that they were given.

Of course, not all representatives of Homo sapiens afer in the US are part of the “Black Community.” Many have rejected all or part of that particular culture and assimilated in that of America. That has to be taken into account whenever one speaks in a general manner about the Blacks.

So we are left with two distinct Black populations: Americans who happen to be Black, and the “Black Community.” The latter populace is, by and large, unfit for freedom – especially unrestricted freedom equal to that of the actual citizenry of America.

But sadly, therein lies the rub. Liberty is a basic, natural right and, as such, doesn’t need to be earned. Hence, we cannot rightfully return the “Black Community” to slavery, even if doing so would greatly benefit America and in no small measure materially and existentially benefit those Blacks who were returned to chains.

A Harsh Realization

Self inspection is for most people very difficult, especially when such musing and pondering centers on one’s place in the grand scheme of life.

Oh my God! I'm an NPC!
Oh My God! I’m An NPC!

And yes! We are most of us merely NPCs, bit characters in someone else’s story, forever doomed to play out our small parts and be forgotten, having done little at all which will be remembered by history. But this would be a harsh realization and most people won’t ever make it and will vociferously reject it if it is pointed out to them.
