Mueller After A Year – Still Fishing, Still Flailing

Aside from bitterness, hate, and a desire to seek revenge for his longtime confederate, Comey, this is the only answer that makes sense at this point. Mueller, a member of the Deep State, just wants to “correct” for a political liberation that threatens to disrupt the government’s status quo.

So…#Memogate. Ah yes, the almost but not quite tempest arising from the contents and release of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Abuses at the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation memo drafted by Congressman Devin Nunes (R-CA 22), in which are accusations of bias, collusion with the DNC, and various forms of wrongdoing by FBI officials while investigating then-candidate Donald Trump.

The FBI’s Concerns About #Memogate

Obviously, senior members of the FBI had grave concerns about this sort of data being released to the general populace. They were legitimately concerned that, if these actions were publicized, it would greatly harm public confidence in their activities and worth to the People. Note of course, that they were far more concerned about the memo being released than about whether or not their people had committed these sorts of malfeasances…

Recently, the US Attorney General, Jeff Session declared that he and his DoJ would reverse course on the doctrine set forth under Obama and Holder and restart enforcement of federal drug laws as they pertain to marijuana. This, frankly, leaves me feeling ambivalent since one could say that I’m getting conflicting smoke signals… and neither of them have anything directly to do with either medical or recreational use of cannabis.

To me this is an example of federal overreach resulting in the Constitution being in conflict with itself at this time. I find that the entirety of the federal drug laws, except those that cover importation, exportation, or interstate trafficking, to be violations of the 10th Amendment of the US Constitution. However, the Take Care Clause (Section 3, Clause 5) of Article II of the Constitution requires that the Executive shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed. In other words, the Constitution requires the Executive branch to enforce the laws set forth by the Legislative branch unless and until the Judicial branch declares said laws to be null and void.

That conflict is what’s making me ambivalent about this whole thing, not my personal opinions of either medical or recreational use of marijuana.

If there’s one thing that American can count upon it’s that Obama will do whatever he’d allowed to get away with to harass and, if possible, destroy any American that doesn’t agree with and actively support those groups that the boy considers his constituency. If an American “steps out of line,” one can be sure that Obama will have his Department of Injustice “investigate” in the hopes of both having a chilling effect upon dissent.

If someone is White enough and kills a Black in self-defense,Obama’s DoJ will launch an investigation in the hopes of charging them with “civil rights” crimes. Someone doesn’t want to support queer marriage, Obama’s DoJ will launch an investigation in the hopes of charging them with “civil rights” crimes. If someone decides that they’re not willing to arm Muslims inside our borders, Obama’s DoJ will launch an investigation in the hopes of charging them with “civil rights” crimes. If someone exposes the horrific behavior of the professional abortionists, Obama’s DoJ will launch an investigation in the hopes of charging them with “civil rights” crimes. Even just policing the ghetto and the thugs therein can incite Obama’s DoJ to launch an investigation in the hopes of charging the police departments with “civil rights” crimes.

Taken separately, any of these “investigations” is easily explainable and some might even be legitimate. Seen as whole however, they’re a process of tyrannical oppression aimed at any American of “wrong” race or religion – White Christians – who won’t kowtow to the agendas that Obama and/or his handlers and overseers favor.

Loretta Lynch – Oath Of Offal

The Senate voted Thursday, April 23, 2015 to confirm Loretta Lynch as the next attorney general, replacing outgoing Eric Holder as the head of the Obama Regime’s Department of Race-based Social Injustice. So, thanks to a exuberance of political sausage making on the part of GOP defectors, this piece of offal will soon be sworn in.

Then, since 2008 American politics have born a greater and greater resemblance to cuisine as Obama’s politics, like cuisine, is predicated upon making trash palatable to the public.
