Perhaps the fact that we have seen millions voting themselves into complete dependence on a tyrant has made our generation understand that to choose one’s government is not necessarily to secure freedom.

Spot the difference in the result of questioning the validity of an election? Yeah, it’s pretty damn easy to do so. The lone American gets a different, worse result for questioning election integrity. Of course, the simple truth is that, when an American is elected it despite Democrat malfeasance, and when a Democrat is elected it is because of it. There’s no need to question the result.
No; the only real question is what we, the People are going to do about it and about what they Democrats are planning for the upcoming election. After all, since the Dems have proven that they have one law for themselves and another for Americans, why should we allow them the luxury of protection under our laws?

That’s part of the sad truth of scientists then vs. what passes for scientists now, at least in a lot of the disciplines. They’ve thrown out true scientific methods and inverted everything. Instead of basing their theories on the evidence, they twist the evidence to support their theories.
But, simply put, a great number of them have to do this, otherwise they won’t get published, won’t get research grants, won’t get teaching positions or tenure, and won’t be able to pay their rent. Unlike in the 19th Century, the vast today’s scientists practice their craft for a living. Unlike most of their earlier counterparts, they’re professionals, doing whatever they have to in order to get and keep their jobs. If that means not practicing true science, then so be it.
And, this has been exacerbated by the scientific publishing industry, which peer reviews papers and decides whether or not to publish them. That industry is staffed by people who are very invested in orthodoxy and carefully curated results because they need to keep their own jobs, which would be endangered by countering theories.
The gatekeepers of the science industry just give unwanted theories the “silent treatment.” No rebuttals, no arguments, but also no publication and dissemination, just silence and a total refusal to give the offenders any attention at all. “Publish or perish” being real, that is the most common and most effective means of removing the offenders from the industry.
So, scientists then and now are not the same. And, this is because between the 19th and 20th centuries society turned them into professionals and a special class or caste of people. This resulted in the art or science of Economics trumping any real adherence to the Scientific Method.

It’s an old, largely deprecated due to Leftist emotion, axiom that blood will tell and that the apple rarely falls far from the tree. The Trumps and Biden are strong evidence of the truth of this though. To a large extent the Trump family halted their international business endeavors when President Trump took office, but the Biden family started engaging in them when Creepy Uncle Joe became geopolitically useful.

That Foreign Aid is just a fancy, disingenuous, and legally defensible way for politicians to say, “money laundering” is a factual way of defining the term and practice. It’s not the only correct way of defining – hence why I’ve used “factual” instead of “honest” – but it does correct identify the reality on the ground since a large number of politicians do essentially use it that way, even if the goal of the Foreign Aid is at least somewhat legitimate.
And no, Ladies, Gentlemen, and Democrats, I’m not stating this in a vacuum of ignorance or through being influenced by the media or certain internet pundits. I worked for many years for employers that made the majority of their income off of Foreign Aid. I saw who the major investors were. I watched the changes in said investments match whether or not a contract would be won by employers. I took the meetings with politicians and dealt with their very specific questions regarding my deployments. And, I testified in one of the hearings when they actually got gigged for influence peddling and corruption.
This is a large part of why politicians get wealthy while in office. It’s also why any and all reforms they enact upon themselves of pro forma slaps on the wrists without any impact or deterrence.

“No one is above the law.” A commonly heard refrain, especially from our domestic enemies as they do whatever they can to prevent President Trump’s return to the helm of America. But, at the same time, they’ve made it abundantly clear for years that some are above the law.
Well, they’re above the law as it is codified and enforced by the servants we the People have retained to do this work for us. No one is above the law of the People and no measures or security details can fully protect them and their kin from its enforcement. 😉
For good or ill, I think this is something that the survivors among them will learn soon given how things are going.
