Reflections From a Murky Pond

On the matter of the Seditious Six, Mark Kelly, Elise Slotkin, Jason Crow, Chris Deluzio, Maggie Goodlander, and Chrissy Houlahan – they have committed Sedition and have conspired to incite Insurrection on the part of our Military. If we can find evidence linking any of them to foreign powers, they’ve also committed Treason. Each of these crimes carries the possibility of the Death Penalty.

Sadly for our nation and People, they’re going to largely get away with it. There will be a small amount of pain inflicted upon them through the legal process, but no real consequences at all. It’s all going to be carefully constrained, performative “punishments.” Our entire political system has been engineered to protect politicians from actual consequences, and none of them are really willing to allow that to change.

What that means is that, if we, the People, want these filth actually punished, we’re going to have to enact those reprisals ourselves without the benefits or constraints of the judicial process.

We, the People are finally getting a fairly large amount of credible and legally actionable evidence that Obama deliberately misused America’s intelligence community to thwart President Trump’s first election and to undermine him after he was elected. There are numerous calls for him and many others, including former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former CIA Director John Brennan, former FBI Director James Comey, and former national security adviser Susan Rice, to be prosecuted for Treason and/or Sedition. But can former federal officials be prosecuted in the Russia-Trump collusion hoax? That is the question that arises from the recent actions of Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard.  

Dir. Gabbard has released declassified documents over what she describes as a “treasonous conspiracy” that was “directed by then President Obama” to provide “manufactured intelligence” that “Russia had helped Donald Trump get elected.” This was despite contradictory intelligence analyses that said the exact opposite: that “Russia had neither the intent nor the capability to try to ‘hack the United States election.’” 

What federal criminal statutes might cover what is alleged to have occurred? What could they legitimately under the law be charged with- and convicted of, without torturing the statute in a manner like Alvin Bragg did?

I can understand why Gabbard described it as a “treasonous conspiracy,” but the federal treason statute (18 U.S.C. § 2381) isn’t legitimately applicable. The misuse, even Obama’s gross misuse, of federal power to target a political opponent is heinous, but Treason, as a crime, can only be applied to someone who “levies war against” the country or “adheres to [its] enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere.” 

Similarly, Sedition statute (18 U.S.C. § 2384) can only properly be levied against “two or more persons” who “conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States … or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States.” As there was no force involved in what happened, the standard for Sedition charges hasn’t been met. 

So, the two most serious, most bandied about, and most emotionally satisfying charges, Treason and Sedition, have to be left off the table… if we, as a nation, are going to even pretend to respect the sanctity of the law. But, Obama and his cabal can still be charged in federal court.

These federal charges are quite applicable based on the evidence we have and prosecutorial precedent. Those charges are: Conspiracy to Defraud the United States(18 U.S.C. § 371); 18 U.S.C. § 1512(k) (Conspiracy to Obstruct an Official Proceeding); Obstruction of and Attempt to Obstruct an Official Proceeding (18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2)); Conspiracy Against Rights (18 U.S.C. § 241). 

And, in a case of exquisitely delicious irony, these are the same charges that Biden’s hitman, Jack Smith filed against President Trump. 😆 👿

Oh yeah! And there’s this problem with the Treason charge as well. 😉

“Elect Biden or else the country gets it!” This is, essentially the message that the Democrats are sending these days. In all things, bow down before their agenda or their mobs will loot and burn cities, along with assaulting and killing Whites when practicable. And these days they don’t even bother to couch their threats of violent rebellion and terrorism in vague wording.

On the bright side, while they do present a clear and present danger that absolutely must be mitigated, it’s of limited scope.

It’s true; the Dems have their Blacks, who are experienced in violence, and they have #Antifa, who seem capable of random acts of low-level terrorism. But the bulk of their kind aren’t capable of defending themselves outside of the social media arena and certainly aren’t organized or skilled enough to last long against the American people.

The threats that the Democrats pose will evaporate almost as soon as the American people decide to put an end to them. And that will go a long, long way toward Making America Great Again.

What the MSM aka the Lamestream Media aka Fake News has done to their credibility with the American people can best and most aptly be called Self-Inflicted Integricide. The same Presstitutes who whored themselves out to the Obama Regime picked up their proverbial guns and shot themselves through their journalistic ethics in an attempt to keep their “johns,” the evermore-extreme, delusional Left.

Then, after of decade of being little to nothing more than whores for the Liberals, Progressives, any group of non-normative protected trait bearers, they’ve utterly alienated the American people who had for many decades respected them. By this point there’s really no realistic path back for them. The integricide was mortal and I doubt that even heroic measures can save them now.

I say that I see no realistic hope for cure for what’s left the “Free Press” because, both for them and for the People, it’s only going to get worse. The Left, these Liberals and Progressives as they call themselves, are utterly intolerant of heresy and are quick to rant and rave against the MSM whenever they have decided that their presstitutes have step out of the fold by not being hateful enough towards anyone and everyone who doesn’t sufficiently comport themselves to the Left’s ever-changing and ever-degenerating standards.
