Ahh The Gloria-ous Irony Of It

Still, Gloria Steinem – beloved among Feminists and reviled by Americans – claiming we have to forbid Americans from owning firearms because it might save one child is a new nadir. A defiantly proud baby-killer such as Steinem claiming the love and protection of children as an rationale for anything would be so.

Her Body, Her Choice

If it wasn’t such a normal sort of dissonance and idiocy it’d be shocking that the same Liberals and Progressives that have manufactured and promulgated the myth of America’s “Rape Culture” are the ones that say a woman shouldn’t be able to own a firearm to prevent rape and that, if she did own one, she’d not be competent to use it anyway.

I say that it’s her body and her choice in how she defends it from violation.

Well, Obama’s starting off 2016 with yet another push for expanding restrictions upon Americans purchasing and owning firearms. This time, in the absence of any cooperation from Congress, he’s going to try it via Executive Orders.

And, of course, the boy’s going to talk, and talk, and talk about it. And, further of course, that talk is going to be filled with a lot of blamecasting and vitriol against supporters of our Constitution’s 2nd Amendment and the GOP in general.

Another Obama Anti-Gun Speech

As bad as any anti-gun rant by Obama is, this one is made that much worse by that pesky memo that was released a few months back that had so many Americans upset. It clearly states, with evidence to back up each point, that no anti-gun measures that could be reasonably enacted – certainly none via Executive Orders – will have any positive effect upon firearm use for illegal violent purposes.

But then, despite whatever Obama jabbers, this isn’t really about reducing any form of firearm-involved violence. This is about Obama pandering to his constituency and making sure that gun control is the hot wedge issue of the day as we go deeper into the 2016 election cycle. And that, my fellow Americans, is what truly makes listening to- or reading a transcript of yet another Obama anti-gun speech so painful to do. The rank, cynical manipulation of the low information Liberal is just grating.

This is the historically proven end result of a disarmed population. Well, this and more rapid massive exterminations.

Gun Free Zones

Do not, however, make the mistake of merely thinking of this as a dire warning. It is also a valid proposition for a blueprint of a better, purer America. We should seriously consider rounding up our domestic enemies, the Liberal and Progressive gun-grabbers and putting them in camps where they can no longer pollute and harm our country.

A shooting made the news – sort of and in a carefully controlled manner – and so the gun grabbers are once again pontificating that America needs “sensible” gun control laws…as these Liberal and Progressive domestic enemies define them.

Ineffective When Used As Directed

Of course, as we all know very well, each, every, and all of the gun control measures that the gun grabbers tout as reasonable and sensible restrictions, i.e., infringements, upon Americans’ Gods-given and Constitutionally enumerated 2nd Amendment rights are utterly ineffective at mitigating violence, firearm-based or otherwise.

And yes! The gun grabbers know this as well. Those “reasonable” restrictions are just milestones on the road to total confiscation.

Keep your eyes open. Travel light but load heavy, and always put another round in the enemy after they’re down. 😉 You will not keep your firearms unless you commit to using them.
