Pakis Defy American Law

Lt Gen Ahmed Shuja Pasha - Pakistan's ISI Chief and/or Terrorist RingleaderThe “government” of Pakistan has defied US laws and refused to have its chief of Intelligence, Lt. General Ahmed Shuja Pasha appear in a US court to face a lawsuit alleging that he was responsible for the November, 2008 Muslim Terrorist attacks in Mumbai, India.

Pasha is the chief of Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) agency.

As reported Thursday, December 23, 2010 by the Economic Times of India:

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani today said that no force could pressurise the ISI chief Lt Gen Ahmed Shuja Pasha to appear in a US court to face a lawsuit filed by relatives of victims of the Mumbai attacks.

“The ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence)… is an extremely important (and) sensitive institution of this country. If they do not agree to go to the American court, then no one can send them,” Gilani said.

His remarks came as media reports from New York said the plaintiffs in two US lawsuits accusing Pakistan’s spy chief of nurturing terrorists involved in the 2008 Mumbai attacks are hoping for a historic outcome recalling the Lockerbie settlement.

The lawsuit against the ISI and the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) was filed before a Federal court in Brooklyn, NY on November 19, 2010 by relatives of Rabbi Gavriel Noah Holtzberg and his wife Rivka, who were both brutally gunned down by Islamist vermin while at the Chhabad House in Mumbai. The court promptly issued summons to Lt. Gen. Pasha along with other key leaders in the ISI and LeT.

The 26-page lawsuit accusing ISI of aiding and abetting LeT in the slaughter of 166 people was filed before a New York Court on November 19, following which the Brooklyn court issued summons to Major Samir Ali, Azam Cheema, Inter-Services Intelligence of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Major Iqbal, Lakhvi, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Sajid Majid, Pasha, Saeed and Nadeem Taj.

“The ISI has long nurtured and used international terrorist groups, including LeT, to accomplish its goals and has provided material support to LeT and other international terrorist groups,” said the lawsuit filed by relatives of the slain Rabbi. Pasha, who has been director general of the ISI since September 2008, has been summoned, so is Nadeem Taj, the director general of ISI from September 2007 to September 2008.

From what evidence we have, including testimony by Pakistani-American Muslim Terrorist David Headley, the case has definite merit. It is very likely that Pasha and others in Pakistan’s ISI are Islamist terrorists and it’s even more certain that they’ve been waging a war of terrorism against India due to the long dispute over Kashmir.

I wholeheartedly sympathize with the plaintiffs in this lawsuit. These Muslim vermin need to be made to pay in any way that mankind can make them pay.

Then, when we’ve punished them fully, we can shove pork chops down their vile throats and shoot them in their respective heads – unto their last misborn crotch-dropping.

Unfortunately, irrespective of the merits of the lawsuit or mankind’s sentiments, restitution as dictated by the court will not be forthcoming and no member of what passes for Pakistan’s government will ever stand before a US court. It is delusional or foolish to believe, think, or hope otherwise.

Failed state or not, never should have been created out of whole cloth or not, Pakistan is a sovereign nation. Sovereign nations rarely allow their citizens to be summoned to stand before foreign courts in matters of tort, nor due they make any effort to enforce any judgments rendered by such foreign courts. This is even more true when the defendant is a senior member of the nation’s ruling body.

In point of fact, the US behaves in exactly the same manner and protects its citizens and officials the same way. It’s – at best – ridiculous to expect any other nation to behave otherwise. That’s why retribution in such cases is most often best handled outside of the judicial system and by experts in the field of bringing wrongdoers before the highest bar for judgment.

Obama’s Views On Jihad

Recently a lovely young woman asked President Obama as simple question while he was visiting the St. Xaviers College in Mumbai. The question was simply, “What is your opinion of jihad.”

What dribbled, haltingly and painfully to listen to, out of Obama’s mouth in response bore little or nothing in common with an answer to her question and left all the listeners scratching their heads and wondering what it was that he actually said.

A Simple Question Gets A “WTF Did He Say?” Obama Answer

There were a host of simple ways that the young lady’s question could have been answered, many of which would have even showcased Obama’s understanding of Islam and would have been supportive of “Moderate” Muslims. Instead, Obama went off into some world that only he can see – again.

This isn’t really Obama’s fault; he can’t help himself. The fault was his handlers’ who, this time, failed to plant enough shills in the audience to get Obama through a teleprompter-free engagement.

Liberals used to crow and swoon over finally having an “articulate” POTUS after eight years of President’s Bush’s simple and blunt phrasings but, while nobody would deny that President Obama is a gifted orator, he has consistently failed to be able to function without a prepared script and to clearly and effectively answer even the simplest of questions.

Obama holds a juris doctorate from Harvard University! How in the Gods’ names did he ever manage to defend his thesis or dissertation? Affirmative Action would only take him so far.

That’s not something that could be honestly said against Bush. Leftists and America’s foreign enemies and detractors might not have liked his answers but he could and did clearly give answers to questions posed him.

A Global Presidency

In a surprising move, but one that adheres to the ideology of Globalism and the “World Village,”  Congress has decided to outsource the American Presidency to India starting in March of 2011.

Congress Has Decided To Outsource the US Presidency
Congress Outsources The Presidency

According to Congress the move to outsource the office of POTUS is purely a business decision forced upon America by the current economic conditions.  It is being made in order to save the President’s $500k annual salary and the $750 billion in deficit expenditures and related overhead expenses Obama’s office has incurred in the last quarter.

Congress estimates that outsourcing the office of the President to India will realize a $7 trillion savings over the course of the remainder of the POTUS’ term.

A grateful H/T to Robomonkey for this gem to start of the new year.

Indians & Cunniligus

In India they take cunnilingus seriously and they’re not shy about it at all.

Vagina Tandoori - In India, when they describe eating pussy, they really mean it.
Vagina Tandoori – “Eating Pussy” Indian Style

Of course, in a country that gave the world the Kama Sutra and Tantram, one would have to expect that they’d like things hot and spicy. 😉

I’ll say one thing; I’d love to see their menu!

Indian Doctors Kill Boy

With the growing number of Indian medical professionals insinuated into the US healthcare industry I believe its vital to the health and safety of our people to further evaluate whether or not Indian medical schools are providing the appropriate medical training – both in technical skills and in medical ethics. See below:

MUMBAI, Oct 12 (Reuters) – An Indian couple has been charged with murder of one of their sons after they tried to transfuse his blood into his elder brother to make him smarter, a newspaper reported on Friday.

The Indian Express newspaper said the couple were both doctors and the mother had a dream in which a guru advised blood transfusion to make their elder son do better at his studies.

Police said the couple initially claimed the 11-year-old boy was killed in an attack on the family, but later the father confessed.

“If there were any outside attackers they would not have attacked using surgical instruments,” police official Hanif Quereshi was quoted as saying by the daily. The father has been remanded in police custody and the mother is receiving psychiatric treatment after attempting suicide.

Their elder son in fighting for life in a hospital in the western town of Rohtak.

Alright, let’s start with what happened to performing a Type & Screen before transfusing blood between patients? Type & Screen procedures confirm both that blood types of donor and recipient match and that no conflicting antigens are found in the patients’ blood serum. This is a very basic medical procedure that every Western doctor would automatically have performed.

Let’s move on to who in the 21st century would believe that a blood transfusion would improve the recipient’s intellect? The very idea of performing such ill informed medical experiments on anyone boggles my mind. Performing them on children goes beyond the realm of crass stupidity and into the realms previously reserved for Dr. Mengele.

Finally, who would do such a thing because they or their spouse had a dream where a guru told them to do so? Were these two insane criminals examples of Indian doctors or examples of Indian witchdoctors?

If this is a sample of what a pair of supposedly trained and licensed Indian physicians are capable of doing, I think it’s definitely past time for the US to carefully review the credentials, skills and ethics of every Indian trained doctor currently practicing within our borders.
