Gen Z Cleaning Instructions

Gen Z Cleaning Instructions
Gen Z Cleaning Instructions

Admittedly, this is largely useless and utterly needless advice since the majority of Gen Z is still living with and off of their parents. But, the minority of the latest, least generation needs it.

Read the instructions; follow the basic rules of reality and life; and try not to ruin your laundry like you’ve ruined everything else in your life.

And, despite their crying, whining, and blaming everyone else, if their lives suck, it’s Gen Z’s fault. It’s not the fault of anyone else. Gen Z got handed and nation and a world to live in that wasn’t overall any better or worse than their parents and grandparents had. It was different in some ways, sure. But it’s no harder now to succeed and be happy than it was in the past. But, somehow Gen Z managed to fuck it and themselves all up.

So, at least, they should learn how to not fuck up their laundry!

Live Within Reality

Live Within Reality, Not Your Fantasy World
Live Within Reality, Not Your Fantasy World

I’m told by people who use Reddit for this sort of thing that this is, in fact, how it works. So, live within reality, not your fantasy world where altruism trumps self-aggrandizement. Work within the system and be successful. Almost nobody has ever denied the system and ended up successful. Even those that seemed to have done so have, in actuality, gamed the existing system to garner success, thereby changing that system.

Tell Me. I'll Wait

Go Ahead And Tell Me. I'll Wait
Go Ahead And Tell Me. I’ll Wait

Please, go ahead. Tell me how Biden’s handlers – because Senile, Doddering Joe sure ain’t doing anything – are making America better. I’ll wait, though I might need the lifespan of a tortoise to get an answer. Well, an answer that isn’t their sort taking credit for improvements set in motion by President Trump.

Generational Outcomes

Generational Outcomes
Generational Outcomes Degenerate As Expected

Funny, delightfully sarcastic, but also very sadly and not unexpectedly true. The Western aphorism, “shirtsleeves to shirtsleeves in three generations” and the Chinese proverb, “Wealth does not last beyond three generations” exist for a reason. That reason being that they’ve been proven to be true.

And those of old enough to be part of the “Ass Whooping” Generation are somewhat to blame for what our grandchildren in this “Time Out” Generation have degenerated into, as are our children from the “You’re Grounded” Generation. Our parents raised us to succeed. We raised our children in that success. And they raised there’s to feel entitled by it.

And no, before anyone comments, there is no profundity in this on my part. It’s prosaic to the point of triteness. And yet, it needs to be repeated since every generation seems shocked by how badly our grandchildren turn out.

12 Years Of Obamacare

ObamaCare Hindenberg
12 Years Of Obamacare

Yesterday marked the 12th anniversary of Obamacare – also mendaciously and ironically known as the Affordable Care Act. But tell me, in the course of those 12 years of Obamacare, have you or anyone you know objectively benefited from it? I know that I haven’t and that nobody I know has. Then, I and most of them are Gen X Whites and not the intended beneficiaries of it.

But, 12 years is a long time, more than long enough to shake out any “birthing pains” in this sweeping piece of federal intrusion into the most personal segment of the private sector. I’d have expected to hear some crowing – or, at least happy, I-Told-You-So mention of – over its successes. But I haven’t heard or read or word.

So, tell me; has 12 years of Obamacare benefited you or anyone?
