We seem to be getting closer and closer to a situation where nobody is responsible for what they did but we are all responsible for what somebody else did.

Boom? No Boom! The Senate Dems led by Schumer – may he drown in pigs’ blood – actually took that fateful step towards armageddon and tried to effectively, if not technically, end the filibuster. But they got “filibusted,” and it was friendly fire since their attempt to destroy the functionality of the Senate was blocked by two of their own, Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ), who chose not to cross that rubicon.

Recently, slightly over two dozen Senior Democrat lawmakers, including Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer, knelt in the Capitol Visitor Center for eight minutes and 46 seconds as a supposed tribute to George Floyd before going off to a press conference. All of them were prominently sporting Kente cloth scarves around or over their shoulders.
Funny, I thought a bunch of politicians, most of whom are White, wearing very iconic and culturally significant African clothing would be considered to be the nadir of Cultural Appropriation. I would have also thought – no, not really – that the media would be all over this gross and insensitive display of mockery. But, while there were some complaints from some Blacks, there was no real backlash in the media or elsewhere.
Then again, given that the media is wholly owned by the DNC and that too many Blacks are too comfortable on the Dems’ plantation to really chide them, this hypocrisy and double-standard is not too surprising.
Fakakta Optics or Reverse Things
One last point – Am I the only one who sees this or is everyone deliberately ignoring it?
Supposedly these Dems did this to show solidarity with the Blacks inside our nation’s borders. OK, but if so, why did these allegedly “Woke” politicans spend exactly the same amount of time in essentially in the same position as Derek Chauvin was in while he murdered George Floyd?

Yes, it’s not really the high schoolers who are the children right now. It’s the infantile Democrats in Congress, e.g., Schumer, Pelosi, Sanders, and their screaming, ranting ilk who are behaving like unruly, undisciplined, and ill-behaved children who’ve been told that they can’t have the toy that they want. The high schoolers, inane, unthinking of the future, and easily manipulated as they are, are at least trying to take control of their fate and, to some extent, act to protect themselves from a perceived threat.
Of Course It’s Not Just Mindless Rage
Of course they’re quite apparent rage isn’t completely mindless. It’s more than little manufactured since they have to pander to what was once the Far Left of their Liberal and Progressive base. Hence, with the complicity of- and aid and comfort from their Lamestream Media, they will bitterly cling to any every firearm-related / firearm-involved tragedy that isn’t Black-on-Black crime…or the attempted mass assassination of Republicans.

Yeah, the comma in this post’s title is actually important. This isn’t about the courts imposing racial quotas; it’s about Chuck Schumer trying to impose race quotas on the Court. Chuck Schumer had the audacity and unmitigated gall to stand on the floor of the Senate and reject one of President Trump’s judicial nominees, Marvin Quattlebaum because and, if one is to lend Schumer the hand-out of credence, only because he’s White.
Not, of course, that Schumer’s racist narrative, childish actions, or Oppositional Defiance Disorder made any difference in the outcome. The Senate voted 69-28 – that vote included 19 Dem Yea’s – to confirm Marvin Quattlebaum as a US district judge for South Carolina.
No, this was just Schumer’s cynical ploy to paint his refusal to vote for any nominee put forth by America’s President, Donald Trump as an exercise in social justice, something that Schumer has an “interesting” track record with. After all, the only thing that Schumer and the Dems have is their narrative that President Trump is racist, sexist, and xenophobic…oh yeah, and nationalist.

Yep! Humbug pretty aptly sums up Schumer’s opinion – and that of every other congressional Democrat, exactly none of which voted in favor of it – of Americans’ Christmas gift, significant tax cuts across all taxpaying brackets.
