Good Morning, one and all! Here’s hoping that you have or have a good morning today, preferably one that started off similar to this. 😉 Oh! And do understand that chocolate goes great with your morning coffee!
Triptychs, always a staple of the corporate decor end of commercial art – or, as I like to call it, lobby art. So, here’s a delightfully dark triptych that will liven up a space much more than most will. 😉
Yeah, I admit it. I’m hearing Men Without Hats’ 1982 hit, “Safety Dance” while watching this svelte Black beauty rocking her covidkini on a rooftop.
Ah we can dance if we want to, we can leave your friends behind
Cause your friends don’t dance and if they don’t dance
Well they’re are no friends of mine
I say, we can go where we want to, a place where they will never find
And we can act like we come from out of this world
Leave the real one far behind,
And we can dance
Yeah! One, I’m old enough to remember when “Safety Dance” was big on the radio. Two, I live in NYC, Brooklyn specifically, and rooftops are a thing here. And, three and finally, I love the intersection of sexiness and the pluck to take the lemons 2020 gave us and make lemonade.
Africanization, habitat loss for some wild species, colony collapse disorder, and now Murder Hornets! We seriously need to save the bees – specifically, the European Honey Bee (a melange of various Apis mellifera subspecies).
And Hellfire! Forget the agriculture. Think of the honey and all the wonderful things it can be drizzled upon. I mean Karo and/or Golden syrup are all well and good, but honey is better.
As I’ve heartily said before, that white, dress shirt of yours is investmentwear, and it’s still quite useful in the “New Normal.” Indeed, one could even say that its use has been distilled down to it best use.
But, let us not forget to be “just” and strongly consider that it can also be used as a “woke” investment. All it takes is for us to consider what is right.
