Oh Fucking Yeah! Chicken fried bacon with sawmill gravy – because ‘Murica! Add in a few eggs – sunnyside up or over easy for me – and you’ve got a breakfast made in the God(s)’ country. Or chop that chicken fried bacon up and put it and that gravy over a big bowl of buttery grits.
Chicken fried bacon. Again, chicken fried bacon. That just may be the quintessential breakfast – or lunch, or dinner, or all three – for large swaths of the citizenry of our fine, if beleaguered, nation. And serving it with sawmill gravy may well be genius.
And yeah, “Because ‘Murica!” That just seasons this dish perfectly. Nothing is tastier than “owning” a common libtard slur for Americans and anything resembling Americana. Then, that is normal for us. They try to create insults to use against us, but we consistently fail to be offended by them.
