Honestly, anyone who is so full of themselves and so enamored of the worth and importance of their opinions deserves to lampooned and mocked to the point that they break. They are truly miserable things and bring little but misery to all and sundry.
And yes; this applies to me as well. Then, I try to laugh at myself – or, at least, facepalm and shake my head – at least once a day. 😉

ROFLMAO Yep! Now, admittedly, I’m old – older than 85% of the world’s population, so my upbringing was decided different than the younger crowd’s is. I was raised to expect the Apocalypse and trained to lived and thrive past it… in the highly unlikely event that I survived its beginning. 😉
And, Oh yeah; I always figured I be something akin to some cross between Mad Max and a 19th Century American pioneer. But no! Instead, I am The Dude. 😆 Well, except that the grocery store shelf are a lot more empty thanks to Brandon and Co..

That’s the Gods’ honest truth! Once I aged enough and gained enough experience to stop giving a shit about other people’s opinions – right or wrong – about me, my stress reduced, my success increased, and my life got measurably better. And, once I became wise enough to realize that my detractors were both the enemy and unworthy of my respect – beyond respecting their capacity and propensity to do harm, I fully stopped allowing their opinions of me to affect me in any internal manner.
Of course, this is all and only a matter of not giving the enemy the hand-out of power over my self. It’s very much not the platonic ideal of iconoclasm and free thought. It can’t be; not so long as the Democrats and their ilk are so ready to act upon their opinions and to do so in ways designed to cause as much harm to Americans as they can without risking themselves.
