When Geeks Dream
When geeks dream their dreams are not that fundamentally different from other people’s dreams. Wealth, power, happiness, women, or some combination of these things are the common subject matter.
There are, of course, a great deal of dissimilarity in the details of their dreams from those of the mainstream.
A Geek’s Dream: Sudo Make Me A Sandwich
A definitely pleasant dream, but one that is forever doomed to be unfulfilled since nobody, with the possible exception of their mothers, has ever figured out how to gain superuser access to a woman.
Indeed, trying to gain such access in the waking world often results in inadvertently dropping into the “bash” shell.
