Occupy The Screenplay

Posted in Humor, Politics on November 16th, 2011

It’s abundantly clear the slackers of the OWS rabble need to both rethink their methodology and actually come up with an agenda.

They’ll have to come up with their agenda on their own, but I’d suggest that they use the media instead of ranting about its portrayal of their ilk. Hollywood has, after all, always been the big ticket propaganda outlet and they love a timely idea.

Perhaps they could get Michael Moore and M. Night Shyamalan to collaborate on the screenplay. Both have a long history of producing underwhelming dark, dystopian fantasy flicks.

Alternatively, they could try for a stage play and take advantage of the well-heeled, Liberal Off Broadway crowd. Perhaps they could even later approach the International Management Group (IMG) about a tour of Slackers On Ice. 😆

Damn, Bloomberg!

Michael BloombergNew York City’s Mayor, Michael Bloomberg is a particularly nasty piece of quasi-Leftist, Nanny State work and right-thinking Newyorkers will never forgive this worthless scum for coercing the City Council to overturn the will of the people in order to remove his term limit.

Still, even a broken clock is right twice a day and this is apparently one of those times.

Unlike the proverbial broken clock’s predictable transient accuracy Mayor Bloomberg’s correctness is a shock to the system. He actually finally had the scum squatting in Zuccotti Park kicked out and their tents and such dismantled and/or destroyed.

Better and more shocking yet, when the puling Leftist Judge, Lucy Billings J.S.C., issued an ill-thought restraining order violating basic property rights and human safety and allowing the rabble to resume squatting in Zuccotti Park, he rightfully defied it and had the Police continue to disallow the scum to bring their camping supplies into the park.

Judge Billings never should have been allowed to hear the motion in the first place due to her longstanding Leftwing bias in similar matters. Nothing that worked for 25 years in the ACLU’s National HQ as their Litigation Director in Legal Services, creating new ways for the institution to use “lawfare” and paper terrorism to achieve their anti-American aims, has the right to dictate anything to Americans.

I’m amazed that Mayor Bloomberg understood that creatures like Billings have no proper standing to render judgements in matters such as these and that their pro-rabble, anti-Americans bias is too strong for a civic body to lend credence to – but he apparently did.

I’m also wondering what sort of bribes and/or collusion went on to guarantee that the OWS rabble’s petition got on Billings docket.

Damn, Bloomberg got something right! Now we all get to see if he’s got the stones to hold the line when this gets uglier. He has, after all, violated a a technically legal restraining order…

Obama Girl 2012

Posted in 2012 Election, Humor on November 15th, 2011

Obama got a lot buzz, and not a little boost in the polls, from Obama Girl back in the 2008 elections. Sadly for him, Amber Lee Ettinger aka Obama Girl, fell out of love with Obama after he became POTUS and failed to address the issues she cared most about – the economy and jobs.

“I know he’s getting a lot of flak for things that he’s not doing,” she told The Post. “In my opinion, I feel like he should be focusing a lot more on jobs and the economy.”

So with the unlikelihood of Obama Girl’s return for the culmination of Obama’s 4 year-long at that point reelection bid, Obama’s handlers will have to adjust things much as they did with his wealth distribution platform.

Early mock-ups seem to indicate that Team Obama is going for a “gritty reboot” of the Obama Girl franchise and hoping to tie more closely into the Occupy Wall St. “movement.”

Multiple Non-Choice

If there was a shred of doubt remaining that CNN isn’t in the tank for Obama, the “interesting” question their White House correspondent Dan Lothian fed Obama during his Hawaiian “we’re lazy” tour put it rest.

“Last night at the Republican debate, some of the hopefuls, they hope to get your job, they defended the practice of waterboarding which is a practice you banned in 2009. Herman Cain said, quote, ‘I don’t see that as torture.’ Michele Bachmann said that it’s, quote, ‘very effective.’ So I’m wondering if you think that they’re uninformed, out of touch, or irresponsible?” CNN’s White House correspondent Dan Lothian asked President Obama in Hawaii.

Of course spoon feeding Obama questions like that are the best way of handling the boy, who’s not so eloquent without the TOTUS to guide him, and it’s certainly the best way of not having your White House correspondent lose all meaningful access to information from a White House hell-bent on controlling the message.

Dan Lothian - CNN's WHite House NegroBut then, a hope for this sort of questioning is likely why CNN appointed Dan Lothian as their White House Correspondent immediately after Obama’s election in the first place.

Lothian’s 2004 coverage of the 50th anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court’s historic decision in Brown vs. Board of Education and Rosa Parks’ funeral in 2005 made him perfect for White House duty during Obama’s tenure.

On the brighter side, at least the Lamestream MSM isn’t trying to be subtle about their biases anymore. This is good for America since it’s much easier for American’s to deal with the quasi-journalistic fifth column when they’re not keeping their machinations subtle and behind the scenes.

We’re Still Lazy

That’s Obama for you. The boy is almost stereotypical in his refusal to accept any responsibility for failure. So he’s continuing his claims that America lacks jobs because we’re lazy.

The Boy Still Says We’re Lazy

This time Obama is up on his soapbox claiming that Americans have been too lazy when it comes to, “Selling America and trying to attract new businesses into America.”

Truth be told, I’m not sure if Obama really believes that or if he’s just mouthing whatever his campaign managers and handlers are feeding him through the teleprompter. In either case though, it’s a ridiculous and irresponsible statement.

It fits his profile though. The Campaigner-in-Chief can hardly be expected to admit that labor unions, corporate taxes, and costly regulations – and the uncertain future costs caused by ObamaCare – have not only priced America workers off the global market but made America a very business unfriendly locale. After all, he got elected by running a high taxes, high regulation, pro-Union, anti-business ticket.
