Promoting Tolerance

Posted in Humor, Religion, Society on August 13th, 2011

Rage Boy - A Devout Pakistani Muslim Behaving The Only Way It Knows HowThe Liberals and other apologists for Islam and Muslims love to rant, rave, and caterwaul about the need for the peoples of the Civilized World to show tolerance for Islam and Muslims within our nations. Any indication that the citizenry of these nations are not overtly welcoming to Muslims is met with virulent hatred and scorn by these Liberals and with cries of Islamaphobia, racism, and bigotry.

While biased – they only demand tolerance to be shown towards culturally non-normative religions – the Liberals’ attitude and demands are not completely without merit. Tolerance is a virtue and a certain level of it in necessary to the function of any nation.

Hence, I will repost here the words of an associate of mine who also feels the need for tolerance:

I am truly perplexed that so many of my friends are against the building of new mosques in America and the UK.

I think it should be the goal of every American and British resident to be tolerant.

Thus these Mosques should be allowed, in an effort to promote tolerance.

That is why I also propose that two nightclubs be opened next door to each of the mosques, thereby promoting tolerance from within the mosque.

We could call one of the clubs, which would be gay, “The Turban Cowboy “, and the other a topless bar called “You Mecca Me Hot.”

Next door should be a butcher shop that specializes in pork, and adjacent to that an open-pit barbeque pork restaurant, called “Iraq o’ Ribs.”

Across the street there could be a lingerie store called “Victoria Keeps Nothing Secret” with sexy mannequins in the window modelling the goods.

Next door to the lingerie shop there would be room for an adult sex toy shop, “Koranal Knowledge”, its name in flashing neon lights, and on the other side a liquor store called “Morehammered.”

All of this would encourage the Muslims to demonstrate the tolerance they demand of us, so the mosque problem would be solved.

Tolerance is a gift and, like all gifts, is best when shared. Additionally, tolerance often begets tolerance and the Muslims within the Civilized World do have something to prove

Really, I think we let them build their mosques, largely wherever they like, and give them a chance to show that they’re as committed to tolerance as the Liberals demand that people be. 😉

Instilling Fear

Posted in Politics on August 12th, 2011

In any society that hopes to maintain its liberty and avoid tyranny it is necessary for its people to instill fear in its political leadership. In best case scenarios this needs only be the fear of the consequences of misbehavior. In other all too common situations it is necessary to fill the politicians with the fear of reprisals by the people.

When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.

– Attributed to Thomas Jefferson

America is at a point where it is dealing with a middle case scenario where politicians need to be instilled with a combination of preventative and punitive fears.

Instilling Fear In DC
An Honest Man With A Higher Purpose Is Terrifying To Some

Fortunately, Americans have exercised some of the means at their disposal to instill the needed fear in the political elite. They banded together as the TEA Parties and elected representatives to Congress who were of strong purpose and character.

In the degenerate system that America’s federal government has devolved into, honest and patriotic men an women who have chosen to shoulder the burden of providing correction to that system and who are willing to disregard the personal cost to themselves for doing so are an acute source of fear for all the professional politicians who are heavily invested, often literally, in maintaining the current broken status quo.

Nothing scares professional politicians more than actual statesmen, and nothing scares the Liberals and Progressives more than American statesmen, even though they whine and rant when their own sort don’t behave similarly.

Controlling The Message

The wise man knows that, if you’re at the bottom of a hole and want to get out of it the first thing that you do is stop digging. Of course wisdom can come through experience and accountability, neither of which apply to Obama who has little or none of the former and who has never been subject to the latter.

Obama cares only about continuing to avoid being held accountable for his words and deeds and prefers to spin things so as to make such wisdom and those charitable enough to provide it to him the villains.

Stop Digging, You Piece of Filth
Obama – Hysterically “Spinning” Around

Not, of course, that Obama would ever say such things himself. He and his handlers have proxies for that so that they can even avoid accountability for even that and they use them in their attempt to “control the message”

Hmmm…Who’s the only one who threatened to withhold SSI checks if he didn’t get his way? Then, he did throw his own grandmother under a bus during his ’08 campaign.

Fortunately for Americans, fewer and fewer believe his lies, half-truths, obfuscations, and empty rhetoric. As is always the case in America, shucking and jiving will only get one so far; sooner or later one has to face the music and the lash or the proverbial noose.

Equally as fortunate for Americans is the fact the our domestic enemies, the Liberals and Progressives no longer seem to believe Obama’s lies, half-truths, obfuscations, and empty rhetoric either. Their hatred for America and Americans is so virulent that they’re more likely to metaphorically string him him up than Americans are, all because he has failed to be the messianic dictator that they longed for.

It seems that Obama and his overseers never learned that controlling the message only works when you’ve got at least a minimum level of credibility based upon the contents of your character and a proven track record of actual results.

Poverty In America

Posted in Politics, Society on August 9th, 2011

Americans really need to rethink their ideas of poverty. They need to cast off and spurn the depraved phantasmagoria created by the Liberals’ political elite and look at the reality of what is called poverty in America.

It doesn’t do anyone except the Liberal politicians and professional activists any good to maintain false impression of poverty and the poor within America. It certainly doesn’t benefit most of those who are classed by the federal government as poor.

To the average American, the word “poverty” implies significant material deprivation, an inability to provide a family with adequate nutritious food, reasonable shelter, and clothing. Activists reinforce this view, declaring that being poor in U.S. means being “unable to obtain the basic material necessities of life.” The news media amplify this idea: Most news stories on poverty feature homeless families, people living in crumbling shacks, or lines of the downtrodden eating in soup kitchens.

The actual living conditions of America’s poor are far different from these images. According to the government’s own survey data, in 2005, the average household defined as poor by the government lived in a house or apartment equipped with air conditioning and cable TV. The family had a car (a third of the poor have two or more cars). For entertainment, the household had two color televisions, a DVD player, and a VCR. If there were children in the home (especially boys), the family had a game system, such as an Xbox or PlayStation. In the kitchen, the household had a microwave, refrigerator, and an oven and stove. Other household conveniences included a clothes washer, clothes dryer, ceiling fans, a cordless phone, and a coffee maker.

The home of the average poor family was in good repair and not overcrowded. In fact, the typical poor American had more living space than the average European. (Note: that’s average European, not poor European.) The poor family was able to obtain medical care when needed. When asked, most poor families stated they had had sufficient funds during the past year to meet all essential needs.

Yet the oft-times strident protestations of professional anti-poverty activists and Liberal politicians almost always try to push two ideas: that poverty in America is widespread, affecting as many as one in seven Americans, and that being poor in America means serious material deprivation.

The first idea, that poverty is widespread in America, cannot be argued for or against. It is an based upon US Census data and an arbitrary household income level that is, at least partially, based upon relative standards. The second idea, that being poor in America means serious material deprivation, is false on its face as research using the government’s own data has proven.

These lies make perfect sense though; they’re both firmly rooted in selfishness and self interest.

The professional anti-poverty activists make their money off of poverty. They’re naturally going to market it in a manner that draws the most attention, sympathy, and money. Also, by misrepresenting the nature of poverty in America, they can ensure that funding goes to programs that do not lift people out of poverty, thereby ensuring their own continued source of employment and revenue.

The Liberal politicians are a different and more disgusting and evil story. They’re just farming votes and using the poor, especially the Black poor, as something akin to sharecroppers. And just like so many landlords after the Civil War, they’ve set things up so that the sharecroppers can never actually buy that land they were promised.

Yes, Americans need to wake up and look around at the reality of poverty in America and how it differs from the self-serving myths certain unfriendly elements have promulgated. Then we might be able to address the real problems both at the tactical and strategic levels.

Emails About My Dog

Posted in Humor on August 9th, 2011

IN RESPONSE TO THE EMAILS CONCERNING MY DOG:

Please be advised I am sickened unto death of receiving questions about my dog who mauled: six illegals wearing Obama t-shirts, four Democrats wearing Pelosi t-shirts, two gansta rappers, ten Zynga programmers, five phone operators who asked me to press #1 for English, nine teenaged thugs with their pants sagging past their asses, eight customer service desk people speaking in broken English, three flag burners, and a crew from MSNBC.

FOR THE VERY LAST TIME…MY DOG IS NOT FOR SALE!!

The American Pit Bull – Bred By Americans For Americans

OK, OK, OK…I’m kidding. No Zynga programmers were harmed. This is most definitely not the time for doing anything to hurt a company that actually managed an IPO! 😉
