Still Winter, Still OK
According to the climatic acumen of Punxsutawney Phil we’re still going to be in Winter condition for six more weeks. That’s better than OK though; it’s quite fine at times.

Definitely, Buffet! Actually, it’s more a “forgone conclusion” than “consideration.” They may or may not be Winter-related however.
