Russian Strawberries

Russian strawberries must be different – and better – than American strawberries because I’ve never seen this reaction to our strawberries.

Glamor Is For Fools. Vitamins Are For People

Growing up in central Florida, however, I have seen and been on the receiving end of treatment much like that shown by the babushka in this hilarious Russian juice commercial. The difference being that the farmers and growers in Florida loaded rock salt and could actually hit what they were aiming at. 😯

Would that we had commercials like that!

Yeah, so do I. The rest of the world has much more interesting and fun commercials because they’re neither so prude nor so caught up in political correctness.

Plant City! That’s when the strawberries are good around here.

(pino, I keep having to sign in here. You aren’t remembering me!!!

  4. Moe Says:

Duh – I did it again . . . sorry JONOLAN (not pino). I think this happens because I ‘met’ both of you at the same time..

Yeah, I sometimes miss the Strawberry Festival.

The strawberries don’t seem as good as those one in Russia though. I never saw anyone acting like that over them at least – well not until they were made into strawberry daiquiris. 😉
