Reflections From a Murky Pond

The French have long been disparaged with the nickname, “Cheese Eating Surrender Monkeys.” This epithet probably stems from a combination of their projected arrogance and their having to be bailed out in WW1, WW2, and VietNam.

Times being what they are, I can’t vouch for the current state of of the French’s eagerness to surrender in the face of opposition but it’s plain as day that they’re still some crazy cheese eaters.

This hilarious television commercial that Ruairi Robinson directed for France’s Centre National Interprofessionnel de l’Economie Laitière (CNIEL) more than makes that point clear.

Mon dieux! Even the – Mutant? Prehistoric? – river monsters in the Seine are hooked on cheese to the point of excluding people from their diet? That’s some seriously crazy cheese eating! 😆

Liberals an Progressives, and all those sorts who feed off their efforts, have some unusual and quite laughable ideas about charity and what it constitutes.

It’s A Laughable Concept Indeed

Of course, it’s so very much easier to be charitable with other people’s money.  Really! It is; just ask a Democrat. 😆

The Left’s and their minority tenants’ views on charity are, however, based upon more than just using other people’s money instead of their own. They hate and despise the very concept of charity itself because it’s voluntary, involves personal choice and is an act of charity, which they view as yet another example of “Privilege.”

The President of the United States of America is often referred to as the Leader of the Free World. The POTUS is also generally considered, rightly or wrongly, as the first, best guardian of America and the rest of the Civilized World.

With Obama as the current resident of the White House this isn’t working very well. He’s too blinded by his worldview to serve as anyone’s guardian, especially America’s during this protracted war of terrorism that the Islamist vermin are waging against us.

Our Blind Guardian – Armed But Unready And Incapable

Obama just can’t do it. He’s psychologically and ideologically incapable of- and incompetent to defend America against Muslim terrorism and/or aggression. His support and fondness for Muslims and Islam, a core component of his world view, prevents him from approaching foreign policy and national security in a rational and objective manner.

Obama – Islam’s Cheerleader

Face it, Obama consistently praises Islam and even more consistently apologizes to them when they attack us and murder our citizens. Time and time again the boy has spoken and behaved as if he was attempting to protect them from us instead of the right way around for a POTUS to think, speak, and behave.

Throughout history it has always been the love of country that has lighted and that kept glowing that most holy fire of patriotism.

Keeping The Fire of Patriotism Alight Through The Storm

It’s right, good, and very heartening to see that there are still Americans, good and true to Country and God, who strive to keep the fires of patriotism alight as a beacon for salvation for all their countrymen.

And what better kindling for the holy fires can there possibly be than the colors, banners, tracts, and regalia of one’s nation’s enemies, foreign and domestic?

Tonight, Tuesday, October 16, 2012 is the 2nd Presidential Debate of this election season. It’s expected that Obama will strive to do better than he did at the first one or, at the very least, be able to considered as “present” during this one.

Given the “town hall” style of this 2nd debate and Obama’s longstanding dependance upon the TOTUS, this might be one of the boy’s more difficult tasks. To be fair though, his kind are against going outside their expertise so this failing is to be expected.

What remains to be seen is what the debate preparations will encompass.

The preliminary preparations have been completed for some time and this will be the biggest help for Obama’s quest to keep his job and to keep the FLOTUS happy. All that really remains in question is whether they’ve prepared their excuses and figured out who to blame if it should come to pass that Obama fails yet again.

I suppose, if everything goes to utter shit for Obama, he and his cronies and proxies can always make a case that they whole political debate process is racist. 😆
