Random Acts Of Beauty
Just yet another in a series of attempts to lighten up what is normally a dark place – some random acts of beauty that might leaven Reflections From A Murky Pond and elevate our collective moods.
Women have changed a lot over the years, especially between the 1970s and the 2000s. Some of it has been actual progress, though not much of it. But, in these times, the changes have gone strange and destructive. Actually even more destructive than most realize, since the current trend is essentially saying that any failure as man can choose to declare themselves to be a woman instead as a lesser, fallback position.
“We’re better than you.” This is in my researched, considered opinion the only right attitude for an American to have. Anyone inside our nation’s borders who doesn’t have this attitude is a drain upon America, an enemy of America, and a threat to America. As such, they should be driven out of our nation or reduced and destroyed.
And, for any foreigners who might read this: replace “America” with the name of your own nation. The right attitude should always be that your nation, your culture, and your people are better than others, most definitely including America and Americans.
It’s taken 4 long, brutal, soul-deadening years, but COVID is finally over. Oh, not the Coronavirus itself; we’ll be having mostly less lethal variants of that for however long Humanity lasts. But, what’s over is the Panicdemic, despite the occasional desperate and increasingly febrile jabberings of certain sorts.
A couple of months ago Biden’s CDC has ended it’s COVID-19 specific recommendations and guidelines, rolling COVID into the general Respiratory Illnesses Guidelines and relaxing their “guidance” on isolation, testing, and vaccine use. And, they did this because it was no longer politically viable for them to keep the panicdemic alive any longer.
COVID Is Finally Over
So, barring some last ditch, desperate attempt to change the voting metrics in the upcoming 2024 elections – somewhat unlikely, but certainly possible – the whole COVID crap is finally over. And, quite sadly, that means the Corona Cuties are pretty much over too, fading into history alongside the debacle that created them.
Ah well. With the start of the pandemic and its surrounding, manufactured panicdemic we had to take the good with the bad, and now with its ending we have to let go of the good along with bad.
Yeah, Honey. You might want to sit yourself back down. Your pronouns – and actual gender – are showing. 😆
