It’s Christmas Eve 2021

It’s Christmas Eve! Here’s hoping you all are happy, healthy, and safe, and that you’re soon to be snug in your beds, getting as much sleep as you want and, more importantly 😉 not one minute more than that.

It’s actually kind of, sort of like that! The Christians’ winter holiday is celebrated using various traditions and trappings of a variety of other, earlier established religions, either directly or indirectly appropriated from them and their worshippers’ cultures. 😆 Even the date of Christmas was likely coopted in this fashion under the rule of Emporer Constantine in the 4th century AD.

And, you know what? Meh. Who cares? One, this sort of thing happens. Two, they lost their war over Christmas decades ago… to their own culture.

Honestly, I’m not shocked much at all that the Blacks are largely unvaccinated against COVID-19. They’ve had a distrust of the medical field, especially any medical procedure or drug, strongly endorsed or enforced by the government for decades. And, that’s not 100% stupid on their part.

It shocks my brain, however, that we haven’t seen a similar reluctance by women to get tested for the Coronavirus. Women do, after all, have a long and horrid history of negative outcomes when medical personnel inserted things into their heads. 😉

With, at this time, 18 states and the District of Columbia (DC) – OK! DC is a moot point since, insofar as I know, Krampus doesn’t eat brownies – having fully legalized marijuana sales and use for both medical and recreational purposes, there’s a whole new Christmas risk. 😉

It’s only going to take one bad act or one innocent mistake to wreck Christmas morning for literally 100s of millions of people. 😮 C’mon! Even if you refuse to think of owls and other predators, think of the children!

So, for the love of all things Good, please secure your brownies so your kids aren’t traumatized and all those other kids disappointed and disillusioned.

Yeah, while this isn’t exactly true, it’s pretty damn accurate anyway. Because shoving a swab that far up my nose is freaking medieval. 😆
