That Figueres

Posted in Politics, The Environment on February 8th, 2015

UNFCCC executive Secretary, Christiana FigueresBoth the Warmists and those who profiteer off their credulity and hatred for Western capitalism and global power aren’t going to go quietly into that cold, dark night of irrelevance that assuredly awaits them. As long as there’s money to be made or wealth to steal they’ll just keep hammering away it, irrespective of whatever actual climate data shows or how flawed their models are shown to be.

One thing that is changing, however, is that their masks are slipping and their true agenda is being spoken of openly at last.

This is the first time in the history of mankind that we are setting ourselves the task of intentionally, within a defined period of time to change the economic development model that has been reigning for at least 150 years, since the industrial revolution.

— UNFCCC executive Secretary, Christiana Figueres

It’s interesting that the head of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) has publicly admitted that their goal is the restructuring and reshaping of the global economy and global industrial base. I just don’t know if it’s good or bad that she was so willing to admit that the UN’s goals have more to do with modifying the economic climate through redistributive “justice” than the weather.

Such brazen honestly after over a decade of lies and misdirections is either a sign of desperation and folly, growing confidence, or yet another attempt to re-brand Global Warming, this time as a “Social Justice” issue.

Obama’s High Horse

Posted in Politics, Religion on February 6th, 2015

President Obama spoke about religious extremism during an address at Thursday, February 5th morning’s National Prayer Breakfast. Of course, the misborn, worthless boy took advantage of his audience to draw a false equivalency between Christendom and Islam.

Lest we get on our high horse and think this is unique to some other place, remember that during the Crusades and the Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ. In our home country, slavery and Jim Crow all too often was justified in the name of Christ.

Frankly, it’s this jackanapes that needs to get off his high horse and quit acting as if he’s been granted the privilege of insulting the majority of Americans religious beliefs and intelligence.

Let’s break down the boy’s stupidity and perfidy:

History vs. News

There’s a world of difference between what happened hundreds of years ago and what is happening now. It’s worthless as other than pro-Muslim pseudo-apologetics for Obama to equate what was history to what is news and current events.

Crusades “Atrocities”

Let’s start with the fact that the accepted date range for the Crusades is 1095 AD – 1291 AD. During that time what was considered normal behavior in war is, by and large, considered an atrocity today. Hence, describing what happened during those 196 years on sporadic warfare as atrocities is to ignore than cultural mores of the times.

The Inquisition(s)

During the approximately 600 years in which the various Inquisitions took place, some 150,000 were put on trial and some 3000 of those were executed. The various Islamist groups exceed that death toll in any given month. No rationale person without a specific agenda can draw an equivalency between these two things.

Slavery and Jim Crow

Here, at least, Obama had just enough sense to allude to am equivalency through the use of softer language rather than to draw the equivalency overtly. That showed some wisdom sense Christianity was never truly used by any but a few to justify either slaver or Jim Crow laws. What was done was citing biblical references as a defense against the claims that slavery was Unchristian and a crime against their God.

~*~

Yeah, the only one up on a high horse is Obama. Of course, one has to expect this sort of chicanery from someone like Obama. He’s not a Christian and his theology, such as it is, is based upon Black Liberation Theology and his church of choice for two decades is and was closely allied with the Nation of Islam.

There’s also the sad but simple fact that Obama chose to identify as a Black and adopt large portions of their culture – a culture that largely predicated upon long dead and buried wrongs being at least as relevant as anything happening today.

Sadly, Obama will never get off his high horse by his own volition.  Americans are, instead, going to have to drag the boy off it and cast him into the mud and muck where he belongs.

Harōkiti Futatabi

Posted in Society on February 6th, 2015

I wasn’t entirely jesting when I stated that I was concerned that Courtney Stodden’s 2012 “Hello Courtney” video, which was themed as cross between Hello Kitty and Nekomimi, was going to sour America on Nekomimi – as well as emotionally scar many women who grew up with Hello Kitty.

Harōkiti Futatabi

Fortunately, there’s a plethora of evidence to support the theory that these memes are more than robust enough to survive Stodden’s unusual sense of sexy and appropriate. 😉 So Harōkiti Futatabi (Hello Kitty Again).

A Question Of Identity

Some Question Obama's Identity Politics
It’s A Question Of Identity

Of Obama won’t say that America is a “religious war” against “Radical Islam.” Doing so wouldn’t match up with with his Identity Politics or his loyalties, limited as they are.

The worthless piece of shit aside, he’s almost, sort of right – though for all the reasons and rationales. America is in a holy war because the Muslims have declared jihad against us. That doesn’t mean, however, that we should consider it such or prosecute it any any fashion as if it was a war of any sort. When dealing with Islam, we should treat all conflict as disease control, not war.

Rape Is Gendered

Posted in Politics, Society on February 4th, 2015

Yes, my fine fellows, the legal construct of the crime of rape, as opposed to the objective act of forcible or coercive sexual assault of some type, is gendered – utterly, completely, and unilaterally.

The crime of rape is gendered. It's applied in a sex-specific manner
The Crime Of Rape Is Gendered

One is forced to wonder if there is or will become of trend of females taking selfies during their Walk of Shame in order to evidence of their “rape.” 🙄

Then, this sort of misandry and sexism has to be expected. One, Feminists need to broaden the definition of rape in order to maintain their myth of the Patriarchy. Two and more fundamentally, Feminism isn’t in its current form about equality; it’s solely about providing females with special gender-based privileges and freeing them from any consequences of- or responsibility for their own choices.
