Reflections From a Murky Pond

South Carolina has problem. Eric Holder’s DoJ, through its Civil Rights division, announced that it would block a new South Carolina law that required voters to show a photo ID when casting a vote.

In a letter to South Carolina’s government, Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Thomas Perez called the state law—which would require voters to present one of five forms of photo ID at the polls—a violation of Section 5 of the 1965 Voting Rights Act. Overall, he noted, 8.4% of the state’s registered white voters lack photo ID, compared to 10% of nonwhite voters.

Identifying SC’s problem is quite easy. It’s not the law and it’s not the ID requirements. It’s Obama’s boy, Eric Holder’s racism and the Obama Regime’s desperate attempt to change South Carolina’s active electorate into something they perceive as more favorable to Obama and his Liberals.

8.4% of SC’s White voters vs. 10% of non-White voters lack any of the forms of ID accepted under the law, one of which is provided free of charge – not exactly a gaping chasm, even by the false standards of disproportional effect. Yet Eric Holder and his cronies think it’s worthy of their attack.

Trojan® Brand Condoms are America’s #1 condom and have been trusted for over 90 years. For approximately 90 years Trojan has been the go-to prophylactic choice in America, outselling every other brand of condom year after year after year.

This is a bit strange since the brand is “oddly” named. It just shouldn’t call up imagery that people would find comforting in their birth control.

Definitely bad branding, but somehow Trojan condoms have overcome that and continue to be the best selling brand. 😆

The entire hip-hop genre, but especially rap “music,” is fundamentally and endemically misogynist. It has a plethora of other inescapable antisocial components but misogyny is the one thing that is completely pervasive throughout this sad mockery of music.

Just imagine what would happen if a female rapper turned the tables on the ghetto bucks…

Jenna Marbles does a pretty good and hilarious job with her rap role reversal, Bounce That Dick. I’d laugh my ass off even though if some female rapper really did something like that.

It’d be fun to watch and hear some women talking trash to these thugs. They normally only get to hear that shit in prison when they’re getting pimped out for commissary. 😆

For the most part the lamestream has industriously avoided providing any coverage of Ron Paul’s campaign in the 2012 Republican Primaries. Acknowledging Ron Paul as a statistically meaningful candidate was not something the MSM was willing to do. They barely even allowed him any time during the debates.

Consistently poor polling by the Lamestream Media’s two “acceptable” GOP candidates, Mitt Romney and John Huntsman, and solid polling by Ron Paul eventually forced the Lamestream Media to acknowledge Ron Paul’s existence and his campaign. They finally has to take him seriously.

Of course the Leftists’ media outlets which make up the vast bulk of the MSM responded to Ron Paul’s refusal to disapear was much like their response to similar Conservative candidates who the MSM felt were a threat to their kingmaking agenda.

Unlike Herman Cain, the MSM didn’t drag up and sensationalize complaints of sexual misconduct from women of dubious credibility and less virtue. They dredged up cherry-picked sentences from decades of Ron Paul’s newsletters instead.

It’d be funny if the lamestream media’s continued existence wasn’t such a threat to America. Even with the clear and present danger they pose to America it’s still ironic that they rant and whine about bigotry when their political mantra is clearly, “Conservatives Need Not Apply.”
