An Unwanted War

Posted in Politics on February 11th, 2011

What “President” Felipe Calderon tries to pass off as Mexico’s government is a sham and an utter failure. Mexico is a failed state that has devolved into chaos with various parts of it ruled by violently competing drug cartels.

In very many ways Mexico has degenerated into a vile and disgusting morass much like that found in the pseudo-nations of Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Yet, unlike Afghanistan and Pakistan, America’s government will not intervene and will do nothing meaningful to ameliorate the situation at all. Unlike Afghanistan and Pakistan, Mexico is not comfortably thousands of miles and an ocean away from America and America’s people.

We’ve seen the brutality, atrocities, and savage criminality that the thugs and their warlords of the cartels incessantly revel in:

But, by and large, America will do nothing about it, even when it spills across our southern border and into our towns and cities.

We’ve seen the ecological damage and pollution that Illegal Immigrants repeatedly cause as they sneak their way into America:

But, aside from trying to clean it up and bemoaning that it happened in the first place, America will do nothing about it.

Mexican troops in full uniform and “battle rattle” have crossed America’s borders under arms hundreds of times in support of the drug cartels and have, in the course of doing so, repeatedly attacked American Border Patrol agents.

Yet America’s federal government will not only do nothing to quell these armed incursions into our sovereign territory, they have striven to take actions that lend material aid and comfort to these foreign enemies and prevent our border states from protecting themselves in even the most basic fashion.

Unless something fundamental in America’s viewpoint and philosophy changes drastically, nothing substantive will be done to address and/or correct any of these horrific problems and the threats they pose to the men, women and children of America.

Beyond Mere Politics

There’s no way any American can deny that politics plays its part in our government’s abject failure to deal with the situation that has arisen in Mexico and regularly spills across the border into America. But, even if we removed the Democrats’ pandering to the Liberals and minorities and the Republicans’ refusal to go against the wishes of the businesses who rely and profit upon illegal immigrant workers, the government will still not doing anything meaningful about the situation.

Restabilizing Mexico and removing the cartels’ influence would require significant levels of armed force and a lengthy occupation of that nation –  in other words, it would require a war and subsequent peace-keeping efforts quite similar to what we fought in Iraq.

Mexico is just too close to the US for any administration to authorize such an action. We share 1,969 miles of contiguous land border – a border that is largely unfortified and difficult to patrol – and it would be impossible to contain the war south of it.

This is made far worse by the fact that the US has already been infiltrated by over 6 million Mexican illegal immigrants at any given time, any or all of whom might take up arms against America’s civilian population if the US authorized the use military force to prop up Mexico’s government.

Add to that sickeningly huge number of enemies already behind what would be our lines the 700,000 – 1,000,000 Black and Latino “gangbangers” who make their living off the drug trade.  They are well-armed, experienced in urban warfare, inured to savagery and violence, and hold a deep and abiding hatred of America in general and for Whites in particular.

No; given all that, no POTUS and no Congress is ever going to do anything about the drug-driven chaos in Mexico no matter how much it spills across our borders. They would never want to be the ones who brought that sort of war to American soil.

So That’s Tolerance?

Abu Bakir Bashir - Indonesian Jihadi Imam - Just another Muslim vermin that needs a bullet in it's gutsIndonesia, the world’s single most populous Muslim nation is often lauded and touted by Muslim apologists as the “Golden Child” of the Muslim World, a bastion of tolerance, diversity and “moderate” Islam.

Leaving aside the inherent racism of this assertion – they always seem point to Arabization as the problem – it’s a pernicious lie told by Muslims and clung to by Liberals who live in a fantasy world where America is the Evil Empire and each and all of its enemies are virtuous freedom fighter.

A simple and fairly current case in point – recently a Christian man, 58 year-old Antonius Bawengan, was convicted of Blasphemy for distributing leaflets which were considered insulting to Islam. He was sentenced to five years in prison, the maximum sentence under current Indonesian law. The oh-so-tolerant Muslims in Indonesia responded by going on a violent rampage because they felt the sentence was too lenient.

AFP – A Muslim mob burned churches and clashed with police in Indonesia on Tuesday as they demanded the death penalty for a Christian man convicted of blaspheming against Islam, police said.

Two days after a Muslim lynch mob killed three members of a minority Islamic sect, crowds of furious Muslims set two churches alight as they rampaged in anger over the prison sentence imposed on defendant Antonius Bawengan, 58.

A court in the Central Java town had earlier sentenced the man to five years in jail, the maximum allowable, for distributing leaflets insulting Islam.

But this only enraged the crowd, who said the sentence was too lenient, police said.

“Today was the climax of the trial… The mob shouted that he should receive the death sentence or be handed over to the public,” Central Java province police spokesman Djihartono told AFP.

This was after the Muslim vermin attacked the defendant, prosecutors and judges when the court read out the sentence.

Indonesian Islam – Yellow Or Brown, It’s Still Subhuman

It is reported that, in all, these subhuman filth destroyed three Christian churches, one Catholic and two Protestant, before before attacking an orphanage and a hospital, both presumably also Christian.

Islam is Islam; Muslims are Muslims. It doesn’t matter which Race they are or what language they howl, bleat, and/or jabber in; it’s the same – violent, disgusting, and a plague the world.

Despite all the claims of moderation and diversity, Indonesia has the normative blasphemy laws of a nation within the Muslim World and can and will imprison those who are deemed to have insulted the devotees of the Pedophile Prophet, his warped perversion of the Jews’ and Christians’ God, and/or the cult he created for them.

Worse, but not unexpected, the ravening hordes of the Indonesian Muslims aren’t satisfied with incarcerating so-called blasphemers; they want them either executed or delivered to them so that they can be beaten and stoned to death or torn apart.

Ongoing incidents like this one should put paid to the mendacious assertions by Muslims of Indonesia’s commitment to “diversity” and non-violent Islam and that of their Dhimmi shills, quislings, and deluded supporters within the Civilized World.

But even as this land of my youth has changed in so many ways, those things that I learned to love about Indonesia – that spirit of tolerance that is written into your Constitution; symbolized in your mosques and churches and temples; and embodied in your people – still lives on. Bhinneka Tunggal Ika – unity in diversity. This is the foundation of Indonesia’s example to the world, and this is why Indonesia will play such an important role in the 21st century.

— President Barack Obama
Universitas Indonesia Speech, November 10, 2010

It is unlikely that will though. Muslims will keep lying about the nature of their cult and their supporters within the civilized world will keep deluding themselves into believing those lies. To do otherwise would require them to admit that America wasn’t in the wrong, something that it’s highly unlikely that they could bring themselves to do.

So that’s tolerance? Unity through Diversity? Moderate Islam?

Perhaps humanity would be far better off if we accepted these definitions of those terms and applied them in full measure and with extreme prejudice the the hordes of Muslim vermin and their supporters which are fouling our world and spreading the plague of Islam just as the rats spread the Black Plague centuries ago.

Super Bowl XLV

Posted in Society on February 4th, 2011

Sunday, February 6, 2011 is the Super Bowl Sunday, the day of Super Bowl XLV. It’s an American tradition of sorts and one of the larger “party days” of the year – and, oh yeah, it’s a pretty big sporting event too. 😉

This year it’s the Green Bay Packers vs. Pittsburgh Steelers, two solid teams with a lot to offer.

packers
Green Bay Packers
steelers

Pittsburgh Steelers

So who do you think is going to win Sunday?

Or do you even care, given the quality of the field? I’m fairly sure that I don’t – but I really only watch the game for the commercials most years.

Nidal Malik Hasan - Filthy Rag-Head Jihadi from the Fort Hood Terrorist AttackThe US Senate Committee on Homeland Security has completed and published their report on the the Fort Hood massacre carried out by the subhuman jihadi filth, Nidal Malik Hasan.

The report blasted both the FBI and the US Army over their failure to recognize that Nidal Hasan had devolved into a Islamic extremist long before he went on his rampage at Fort Hood.

Amazing! It took months of time, a great deal of taxpayers’ money, and an 91-page report to uncover what everybody already knew – that the mujahid’s act of Islamic Terrorism, in which he murdered 14 people and wounded 31 others, could have been prevented if the FBI and the US Army had shown even a modicum of intelligence and common sense.

Although both the public and the private signs of Hasan’s radicalization to violent Islamist extremism while on active duty were known to government officials, a string of failures prevented these officials from intervening against him prior to the attack.

  • Evidence of Hasan’s radicalization to violent Islamist extremism was on full display to his superiors and colleagues during his military medical training. An instructor and a colleague each referred to Hasan as a “ticking time bomb.” Not only was no action taken to discipline or discharge him, but also his Officer Evaluation Reports sanitized his obsession with violent Islamist extremism into praiseworthy research on counterterrorism.
  • FBI Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTTFs) are units in FBI field offices that conduct counterterrorism investigations and are staffed by FBI agents and employees from other federal, state, and local agencies. A JTTF learned that Hasan was communicating with the Suspected Terrorist, flagged Hasan’s initial [REDACTED] communications for further review, and passed them to a second JTTF for an inquiry. However, the ensuing inquiry failed to identify the totality of Hasan’s communications and to inform Hasan’s military chain of command and Army security officials of the fact that he was communicating with a suspected violent Islamist extremist – a shocking course of conduct for a U.S. military officer. Instead, the JTTF inquiry relied on Hasan’s erroneous Officer Evaluation Reports and ultimately dismissed his communications as legitimate research.
  • The JTTF that had reviewed the initial [REDACTED] communications dismissed the second JTTF’s work as “slim” but eventually dropped the matter rather than cause a bureaucratic confrontation. The JTTFs now even dispute the extent to which they were in contact with each other in this case. Nonetheless, the JTTFs never raised the dispute to FBI headquarters for resolution, and entities in FBI headquarters responsible for coordination among field offices never acted. As a result, the FBI’s inquiry into Hasan ended prematurely.

As noted, DoD possessed compelling evidence that Hasan embraced views so extreme that it should have disciplined him or discharged him from the military, but DoD failed to take action against him. Indeed, a number of policies on commanders’ authority, extremism, and personnel gave supervisors in his chain of command the authority to take such actions. It is clear from this failure that the DoD lacks the institutional culture, through updated policies and training, sufficient to inform commanders and all levels of service members how to identify radicalization to violent Islamist extremism and to distinguish this ideology from the peaceful practice of Islam.

We had all this information months ago. The MSM even took time off from trying to portray Hasan as the victim long enough to report on the details of both the FBI’s and the DoD’s failings in this matter.

Think tanks, counterterrorism experts, and media “talking heads” all also arrived at very similar conclusions as to what needed to be done to mitigate the chances of this happening again – and they did so within a couple of weeks of the attack.

I’m sure most Americans are aware that formal, documented research into these atrocious matters is necessary and that formal reports upon the findings of that research is equally necessary. It shouldn’t take that much time, effort, and expense to come up with a report like the one just delivered though!

Egypt’s Uncertain Future

Posted in Politics on February 3rd, 2011

As what would be called rioting and insurrection or protests, depending upon one’s views, continues to escalate and grow even more violent in Egypt it becomes obvious that Egypt’s President, Muhammad Hosni Sayyid Mubarak is not going to be in office much longer.

Egypt's Uncertain FutureHope For The Best But Plan For The Worst

The Civilized World now has to focus on what Egypt will become once the current government is removed.

Egypt could become a solid democracy, at least for a while, and continue as a respected ally of America and the West; it could become a Islamist Theocracy, either overtly or effectively despite whatever trappings of democracy remain; or it could descend into anarchy for years as one failed single party or coalition government after another implodes.

Sadly, two out of three of those options, and the two most probable ones, turn Egypt into just another failed Muslim quasi-State that is a hotbed and safe haven for Islamic Terrorism.
