The more one considers the matter, the clearer it becomes that redistribution is in effect far less a redistribution of free income from the richer to the poorer … than a redistribution of power from the individual to the State.

Let’s make things clear, easy, and simple. This is what the 2026 midterm election comes down to. You can vote for America or you can vote to attack President Trump.
At this increasingly radicalized and insane point in time, Democrats are screeching, screaming, and fleeing their states and positions over Texas’s gerrymandering. And, on top of that, their rank and file idiots are crying out how such gerrymandering – when American politicians do it – is illegal. But, this is lies and willful ignorance. Gerrymandering, as obnoxious as it is, is legal and was baked into our political system from pretty close to the get-go. Hellfire! The term goes back to 1812.
And, of course, Democrats have a long history of gerrymandering. That’s why we have “Blue States.” Democrats have always jiggered their districting to reduce the electoral impact of all the areas of their states that aren’t their urban strongholds. If they didn’t do that, they wouldn’t even be a significant political force at the federal level.
That’s right! If you look at voting results and ignore districting, which is what matters on paper and why Leftist “fact-checkers” claim that there are Blue States, those supposedly Blue States are merely small islands of densely populated Democrat-controlled urban zones, normally set up to comprise multiple districts, surrounded by vast seas of red-to-purple.
And, of course, the Democrats cry out unto the heavens and their Lamestream Media, that gerrymandering is different when they do it. They proclaim that their gerrymandering is needed and good because it better represents their constituents, but doing the same for Republican constituents is an existential threat to our democracy.
Honestly, it’s getting to the point that one shouldn’t call what the Democrats represent “democracy.” It should be called “Hypocracy.” 🙄
