How The Left Works

Posted in 2008 Election on October 25th, 2008

This is how the Left and the Obama campaign and its surrogates and shills work. In the quest for the Presidency they seem to be willing to use any and all means – legal, quasi-legal, or outright criminal – to achieve their aims.

From the Columbus Dispatch:

State and local officials are investigating if state and law-enforcement computer systems were illegally accessed when they were tapped for personal information about “Joe the Plumber.”

Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher became part of the national political lexicon Oct. 15 when Republican presidential candidate John McCain mentioned him frequently during his final debate with Democrat Barack Obama.

The 34-year-old from the Toledo suburb of Holland is held out by McCain as an example of an American who would be harmed by Obama’s tax proposals.

Public records requested by The Dispatch disclose that information on Wurzelbacher’s driver’s license or his sport-utility vehicle was pulled from the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles database three times shortly after the debate.

Information on Wurzelbacher was accessed by accounts assigned to the office of Ohio Attorney General Nancy H. Rogers, the Cuyahoga County Child Support Enforcement Agency and the Toledo Police Department.

It has not been determined who checked on Wurzelbacher, or why. Direct access to driver’s license and vehicle registration information from BMV computers is restricted to legitimate law enforcement and government business.

Paul Lindsay, Ohio spokesman for the McCain campaign, attempted to portray the inquiries as politically motivated. “It’s outrageous to see how quickly Barack Obama’s allies would abuse government power in an attempt to smear a private citizen who dared to ask a legitimate question,” he said.

Isaac Baker, Obama’s Ohio spokesman, denounced Lindsay’s statement as charges of desperation from a campaign running out of time. “Invasions of privacy should not be tolerated.  If these records were accessed inappropriately, it had nothing to do with our campaign and should be investigated fully,” he said.

The attorney general’s office is investigating if the access of Wuzelbacher’s BMV information through the office’s Ohio Law Enforcement Gateway computer system was unauthorized, said spokeswoman Jennifer Brindisi.

“We’re trying to pinpoint where it came from,” she said. The investigation could become “criminal in nature,” she said. Brindisi would not identify the account that pulled the information on Oct. 16.

Records show it was a “test account” assigned to the information technology section of the attorney general’s office, said Department of Public Safety spokesman Thomas Hunter.

Brindisi later said investigators have confirmed that Wurzelbacher’s information was not accessed within the attorney general’s office. She declined to provide details. The office’s test accounts are shared with and used by other law enforcement-related agencies, she said.

On Oct. 17, BMV information on Wurzelbacher was obtained through an account used by the Cuyahoga County Child Support Enforcement Agency in Cleveland, records show.

Mary Denihan, spokeswoman for the county agency, said the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services contacted the agency today and requested an investigation of the access to Wurzelbacher’s information. Cuyahoga County court records do not show any child-support cases involving Wurzelbacher.

The State Highway Patrol, which administers the Law Enforcement Automated Data System in Ohio, asked Toledo police to explain why it pulled BMV information on Wurzelbacher within 48 hours of the debate, Hunter said.

The LEADS system also can be used to check for warrants and criminal histories, but such checks would not be reflected on the records obtained by The Dispatch.

Sgt. Tim Campbell, a Toledo police spokesman, said he could not provide any information because the department only had learned of the State Highway Patrol inquiry today.

The Obama campaign is reported to have threatened the Jewish groups sponsoring the rally against Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad speaking at the UN with potential loss of their tax exempt status if they had Palin and not Clinton or Democratic VP candidate Joe Biden speak at their rally.

In key swing states Obama has set up “Truth Squads” composed of law enforcement officers and high profile prosecutors to intimidate any media outlet that airs or publishes any article critical of Sen. Obama that they – Obama and his Truth Squads – feel is false or misleading.

Obama has attempted to use the US Congress’ Special Prosecutor to attack the entire GOP and the current US administration due to their investigations into the actions of ACORN in key swing states. He has made spurious claims that the ivestigation of voter fraud and voter registrations fraud is somehow related to Congress’s witch hunt over the dismissal of seven U.S. attorneys in late 2006.

Now it seems that that either the Obama campaign – they deny the allegations – or more likely some of Obama’s supporters have illegally used Ohio state law enforcement data in the attacks against Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher, aka Joe The Plumber.

I find it most disturbing that the illegal searches came from the Cuyahoga County Child Support Enforcement Agency. It’s frightening to think that the Obama supporters might use Joe’s children in their attacks upon him. Was this an attempt to punish Joe the Plumber by having his children removed from his custody? Probably not, but it still should send a chill of fear down all our spines.

The Fruits Of Poison

Posted in 2008 Election on October 23rd, 2008

This was my original post – to my shame for trusting a MSM source:

Sen. Obama invoked the race card with his “dog whistle” applause points about how they GOP would use his race against him.

We know what kind of campaign they’re going to run. They’re going to try to make you afraid. They’re going to try to make you afraid of me. ‘He’s young and inexperienced and he’s got a funny name. And did I mention he’s black?

— Sen. Barack Obama
This particular quote is from a Jacksonville, FL rally.
Similar statements were regularly used before and after this one.

Obama’s supporters and the media in general quickly jumped on this tacit endorsement of using race in the Presidential campaign and have done they’re best to foment racial hatred in the days that followed.

The racial hate that Obama engendered has finally bore its poisonous fruit:

From WTAE (an ABC affiliate):

A 20-year-old woman who was robbed at an ATM in Bloomfield was also maimed by her attacker, police said.

Pittsburgh police spokeswoman Diane Richard tells Channel 4 Action News that the victim was robbed at knifepoint on Wednesday night outside of a Citizens Bank near Liberty Avenue and Pearl Street just before 9 p.m.

Richard said the robber took $60 from the woman, then became angry when he saw a McCain bumper sticker on the victim’s car. The attacker then punched and kicked the victim, before using the knife to scratch the letter “B” into her face, Richard said.

Richard said the woman refused medical treatment after the assault, which happened outside the view of the bank’s surveillance cameras.

The robber is described as a dark-skinned black man, 6 feet 4 inches tall, 200 pounds with a medium build, short black hair and brown eyes. The man was wearing dark colored jeans, a black undershirt and black shoes.

The Obama-Biden campaign released a statement, commenting on the attack. The statement said “Our thoughts and prayers are with the young woman for her to make a speedy recovery, and we hope that the person who perpetrated this crime is swiftly apprehended and brought to justice.”

So a young women is attacked by a Black man and suffers humiliation and possibly permanent facial scarring because she support McCain.

The Obama campaign offers their “thoughts and prayers” but fails to denounce the behavior of the felon and they fail to say that this behavior is totally unacceptable. They fail to say that this is a hate or bias crime. They bless the Black felon with faint damnation.

The elections are only a few days away. Please think about this. When you cast your vote for President, you are not just electing a President; you are voting in agreement with that candidate’s supporters. Are the people who think these videos are funny the ones you want to empower?

Please review the picture below:

Unless her attacker was dyslexic – a possibility but a doubtful one – it looks like she carved that “B” into her face herself!

My wife-in-all-but-law, Eve and I tested this out in the bathroom mirror after I got access to the photo. We used eye liner and drew “B’s” on the right side of her face, both her doing it in the mirror and my doing to her.  When she did it to herself in the mirror it matched the photo. When I did it to her it was reversed from what is shown in the image shown above.

This is appears to the most pernicious and vile sort of hoax. I hope – if my tests prove to be indicative of the the truth – that there’s a very special place in Hell for this woman. Racial tensions are high enough due to the bullshit perpetrated by the MSM without stupid or just plain evil people adding to it.

Addendum: Police report that the  woman has admitted to concocting this hoax.

The Left Likes This

Terry “Terrible” Tate aka Lester Speight is a washed-up ex-NFL linebacker who made some commercials for Reebok based on his violent character. The commercials did very poorly on-air, but were popular internet downloads from the Reebok website.

Terry Tate is back in the limelight again. He’s made not one but two new videos wherein he assaults Gov. Sarah Palin while she is talking to Katie Couric.

The Left like this filth:

Terry Tate: Reading Is Fundemental

…And this filth:

Terry Tate: From Russia With Love

This racist, misogynist filth was published on Oct 16th, 2008. I waited until today – the 23rd – to post about it because I wanted to first see what the reactions to the videos would be. Those reactions turned out to be quite disheartening – but on hindsight, not in the least bit unexpected.

The Left thinks it’s hilariously funny to watch a giant Black man assault and smash a White woman to the ground and then berate her as she lays there wounded. In their twisted minds Black-on-White interracial violence is funny. To them it’s only racist when the subject is White-on-Black violence. Apparently they also think that any and all assaults on women are funny. The Left’s treatment of both Sen. Hillary Clinton and Gov. Sarah Palin make the assertion very clear and apparent.

Neither CBS nor Sen. Barack Obama’s campaign have denounced Terry Tate’s vileness. Both Obama and his media surrogates have failed to report on it at all. I sincerely doubt the situation would be the same if it was a series of videos showing Sen. Obama being assaulted by a large White man.

The elections are only a few days away. Please think about this. When you cast your vote for President, you are not just electing a President; you are voting in agreement with that candidate’s supporters. Are the people who think these videos are funny the ones you want to empower?

What Is The Point?

Michael Vick - Herpes infected, dog killing ghetto thugWhat is the point of the United States having laws and codified punishments for transgressions of the laws if the courts refuse to enforce them?

What is most likely to soon happen is beyond belief and should be beyond America’s countenance.

SURRY, Va (AP):

Former NFL quarterback Michael Vick plans to plead guilty to state dogfighting charges, a step that could allow him to qualify for an early release from federal prison and into a halfway house, court papers show.

In a motion filed Oct. 15 in Surry County Circuit Court, Vick’s attorneys asked to have him enter his plea by video teleconference. A hearing on the motion is scheduled for Oct. 30, Surry County Circuit Court administrator Sally Neblett said Tuesday.

The court papers note that allowing Vick to appear on two-way video would save the government the considerable expense of transporting him from prison in Leavenworth, Kan., to Surry County. His guilty plea would also allow him to pursue a halfway house program.

Under federal rules, Vick is ineligible to be released to a Residential Re-entry Center in the federal system until any pending charges against him are resolved.

In a statement, Vick attorneys Billy Martin and Lawrence Woodward said their client “is committed to taking responsibility for his actions. He is hopeful that, through this motion, the trial court will allow him to finally resolve these matters and put the charges behind him so that he can begin to focus on his future and to prepare to be reunited with his family.”

The plea deal, if approved, also would satisfy the county’s need to hold him accountable for the grisly crimes he bankrolled and participated in at a rural house he owned there.

“I’m not trying to make him suffer,” Commonwealth’s Attorney Gerald Poindexter said in a telephone interview. “I’m just trying to make him account for what he’s done.”

Vick pleaded guilty to federal conspiracy charges tied to the dogfighting operation last summer and is serving a 23-month term. Three convicted co-defendants also face local charges. The U.S. Bureau of Prisons lists Vick’s projected release date as July 20, 2009.

Vick will have three years of federal probation upon his release from prison, and the deal offered by Poindexter would tack on an unspecified jail sentence, which would be suspended, and an additional year of probation in the county, he said.

Poindexter said he’s not sure how quickly the judge would rule on the motion.

If permitted by a judge, Vick’s video participation in the plea hearing would not be the first time he has participated electronically. Prison officials in Kansas have allowed the former Atlanta Falcons star to listen via telephone line to each of his several bankruptcy hearings in recent months.

How else can this obscenity be described other than as a complete betrayal of justice? Has America reached the point of depravity that vile, subhuman ghetto thugs like Sick Vick are to be coddled because they can play a sport? Does anyone actually think something like Sick Vick can be rehabilitated?

Some Americans felt that Sick Vick should have been executed for his gross and heinous crimes. Instead it looks like Vick will get some of the remainder of his 23-month federal sentence commuted to a halfway house program, and will not spend one lone day in a Virginia prison for his dogfighting crimes.

A little reminder of Michael “Sick” Vick’s crimes:

A sample victim of Michael 'Sick' Vick's dogfighting business

If Attorney Gerald Poindexter perpetrates this obscenity and allows this subhuman thug to walk free, I hope that some right thinking Americans who remember Justice and realize the Law no longer supports it find Sick Vick one fine day or night and do the right thing.

The Messiah’s Clothes

Posted in 2008 Election, Society on October 22nd, 2008

In Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tale The Emperor’s New Clothes an emperor who cares too much about clothes hires two swindlers who promise him the finest suit of clothes from the most beautiful cloth. This cloth, they tell him, is invisible to anyone who was either stupid or unfit for his position. The Emperor cannot see the (non-existent) cloth, but pretends that he can for fear of appearing stupid; his ministers do the same. When the swindlers report that the suit is finished, they dress him in mime. The Emperor then goes on a procession through the capital showing off his new “clothes”. During the course of the procession, a small child cries out, “But he has nothing on!” The crowd realizes the child is telling the truth.

In the 2008 US Presidential elections fiction has sadly not become reality.

Joe “The Plumber” Wurzelbacher has certainly and painfully found this out. Rather than the Obama supporters realizing the truth about their messiah – to them he is Hope and Change, the messiah for a new America – they attacked Joe, as a person, as a man, and as an American in any way possible.
