With the rather surprising 5-4 decision by the SCOTUS allowing for ObamaCare’s Individual Mandate to stand as a tax America stands the very real chance of having the federal government dictate all portions and terms of US Healthcare.

Yes, it does. It won’t happen right away, of course. It’ll take a while and will be done in an incremental fashion.
