The Hillbilly 10 Commandments

While many, myself included, love the prose in the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible, I do believe that many in society would benefit far more from the simple rules therein to be told to them in simple words.

Of course, since this is all delivered in the simple words of the “Hillbilly,” the “Redneck,” the “uneducated” men and women of America’s heartland, those sorts who are the most exilic from the Word, the most fallen away from any faith, and who would most benefit from simple rules in simple words are exactly the ones that would and will reject and deride this.

Then, a great many of those sorts would reject and deride these simple rules and their underlying wisdom no matter what prose they were couched in. They find them to be abhorrent and an abomination.

The End Of The Prologue

Election Day - The End Of The Prologue
Election Day – The End Of The Prologue

Today is election day! It’s the actual day when, under normal circumstances and without interference from Democrats, the vast majority of votes would normally be cast. It is also in the 2020 elections the end of the prologue. The actual meat of the historic chaos is about to ensue.

Then, why should the 2020 elections be any better than the rest of 2020?

As bad, worrisome, and chaotic as the 2000 presidential elections were, expect the 2020 elections to be an order of magnitude worse. No matter which way the initially reported – or misreported – results go, be fully prepared to deal with legal challenges and “civil unrest.”

The stage has been set by both sides and now the lead up will be concluded today/ tonight. Now the actual story of this maintenance or transference of power will be written. Do not – I certainly don’t and have prepared as the military trained me to do – expect it to be peaceful.

Religious Issues

Religious Issues - They're A Real, Existential Problem
Religious Issues – They’re A Real, Existential Problem

Given what Justice Barrett had to go through and given how the Dems always side with Omar, this is a real, existential problem. Anytime some group side inside America’s borders against Christian for being Christians and side with Muslims for being Muslims, there’s a huge and dangerous question that the People need to find a final solution for.

And sorry, not sorry; the Dems can’t really reverse this. Christian values are compatible with America, whereas a vast amount of the Muslim values – of the modern era at least – are utterly incompatible. Nor could it be any other way, despite the Left’s war to change things – because America is a Judeo-Christian nation in practice if not by law.

Many Fine Mornings

Many Fine Mornings Have Started This Way
Many Fine Mornings Have Started This Way

I’m proud to say that many fine mornings have started this way for me, mostly in the Spring and Fall months when the weather calls to me to start the day with coffee over a fire.

A Solid, Country Breakfast
A Solid, Country Breakfast Is The Right Choice

And then, once my blood stream has been returned to its properly caffeinated state, I and my family like a hearty, country style breakfast cooked over and eaten around that same fire.

And yes, even though I and my family live in Brooklyn, this is a common breakfast scenario for us. I’ve got a good-sized grill/offset smoker out front and a smaller pit grill in our rear court. Both charcoal, not freaking gas or those pellet things. Proper charcoal as the God(s) intended. 😉

It’s all part of being who you are and doing what you love, irrespective of where you find yourself at any given time.
