Ain’t Jemima

Whole Cloth BullAin’t Jemima – New, Improved, Transracial

Somehow I’m doubting that this is one of Amandla Stenberg’s favorite breakfasts. Then again, I could be wrong. Stenberg may like “cultural appropriation” when the person doing it is working to secure special privileges and protections for the Blacks.

Still, I don’t Ain’t Jemima would sell well in the Hood. Given their bucks’ proclivities, it do better if they kept Dolezol’s blonde hair, blue eyes, and pale white skin. Then they’d be more than happy to serve it up with sausage and scramble some eggs. 😉

Organized Hypocrisy

Posted in Politics on June 17th, 2015

Big LaborTruly, there’s no hypocrisy quite like organized hypocrisy, as the Los Angeles, CA cells of the labor unions have just shown the world. After months of assaulting businesses that were against increasing the minimum wage to $15 /Hr, the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor — the local cell of the AFL-CIO — now, on the eve of LA’s adopting the increase, demands that union shops be exempted from the minimum wage increase.

While shocking in the arrogant overtness of these grifters’ demand, the demand for an escape clause for the unions is hardly shocking in its substance. While the ever-credulous “sheeple” have been gulled into believing that unions’ battles to raise the minimum wage are motivated by concern for low-income Americans, reasonable and more informed Americans know that it’s actually all about increasing the power and membership of the unions and, thereby, increasing the monies that they take from the workers now beholden to them.

Any such exemption would allow the unions greater strength when it comes to infiltrating various workplaces. They would be able to tell businesses such as fast food chains, hotels, and hospitals that if they agree to allowing the unions to take over the labor pool, their labor costs will be substantially lower because they will be forced by law to pay their unskilled workers the new, higher minimum wage.

Truly, there’s no hypocrisy quite like organized hypocrisy. Big Labor cares about its own coffers, not those of the workers.

That Shit Be Black!

Posted in Society on June 16th, 2015

Most reasoning people in America have to shake their heads in bafflement whenever a celebrity, especially and actor or actress, feels both the need to- and that it is their place to weigh in on serious issues.

A quite interesting example of this phenomenon is the recent video from Amandla Stenberg, Don’t Cash Crop My Cornrows, in which the 16 year-old actress lambasts certain form of “cultural appropriation” by Whites.

Don’t Cash Crop On My Cornrows

Young Ms. Stemberg’s dissertation on the percieved evils of Whites adopting bits and pieces of Black Culture was eloquent and respectful, delivered with restraint and a voice carrying the compelling emotion that one would expect from a professional performer. Yet, at the end of the day, however, all Stenberg is really saying is, “Step off, Whitey! That shit be Black.” This is an interestingly hypocritical position for a light-skinned – possibly, if not probably, lightened-skinned – young female who obviously spends considerable time, effort, and money achieving “Good Hair,” i.e., White Hair, to be taking and espousing.

Of course, with Amandla Stenberg being a Light Girl, she may feel a lot of pressure to speak so in order to prove that she’s “Black Enough.” Hence, we should give her the hand-out of tolerance.

Yet, possibly inadvertently, Stenberg brought up one of the underlying problems that America is forced to with when confronting the problem of the Blacks within our borders. The “Black Community” are not and do not want to be Americans in a way shape or form except for legalistically and then only when it benefits them without impinging upon their deep-seated need to both other than- and antithetical to normative American society.

Generationally speaking, this behavior of the “Black Community” is recent but it is accelerating along predictable lines and with an equally predictable ending. Truly, it goes no further back than the end of segregation and with each removal of the physical separation of Blacks from the rest of America Black Culture has responded by being more exilic and more outre.

Ironically, the “Black Community,” coping with the end of segregation, wants and demands to be separate but equal. Sadly, the separateness is based upon cultural norms that are willfully at odds with those of America as whole.

Thus we arrive at Ms. Stenberg’s video. It’s simply a product of the “Black Community” striving to be a different and separate from normative American culture as possible in the wake of there being no barrier to their assimilation – social, societal, and psychological immigration really, for they are foreigners – into America as a whole.

Dolezal’s Blackification

Posted in Society on June 13th, 2015

One of the current tempests in a teapot is the fact that the president of the Spokane, WA, chapter of the NAACP, Rachel Dolezal is a White woman who has been “passing” herself off as a Black. She even went so far in her voluntary Blackification as to pass off a Black as her father at a NAACP event memorializing Martin Luther King Jr..

And there ain't no coming backBlackification – There’s No Coming Back

While there are some real issues with Dolezal’s false claim of being a Black, such as the fact that her fraudulent racial claims may have some bearing upon her being hired as a professor of Africana Studies at Eastern Washington University and sitting on Spokane’s police “oversight” commission, this is mostly just a waste of attention and outrage.

Black is a culture, not a race, and Dolezal has been Blacked repeated and went Black. At most, one could claim it was an extreme example of cultural appropriation brought on some twisted form of body dysmorphic disorder and oikophobia.

It’s not as if the Blacks, who would normally be considered the victims of Dolezal actions, are actually bothered by this. As long as Dolezal is trying to get them more privileges, special protections, and White people’s money, the Blacks aren’t going to care how she portrays herself.

Sorry For The Hiatus

jonolanSorry for the lack of post recently, folks. I’ve been in process of looking into rearranging my life a bit and it’s taken up a lot of the time I would normally have spent blogging.

I’ll be back at more regularly soon but possibly on for a while after that. At that latter point things will change dramatically.

So this blog may either go into a long – multi-year I’d guess – hiatus, end without notice, or become essentially a chronicle of my time with the Peshmerga. Or it may return to its normal format if I can’t put things together so that I can do right by both the world and my family…
