Reflections From a Murky Pond

Obama, despite whatever his religion might be, is a big fan of Christmas. Some of the basic tenets of how Americans celebrate the holiday resonate very strongly with him.

He’s not been shy during the last three years in making all Americans well aware of what’s on his Christmas wish list either. 😛

Many Americans firmly believe that the Obama Regime has absolutely no respect or use for the US Constitution.

The New White House Toilet Paper

Thanks to this pic from a West Wing restroom we can now all see that this is patently untrue. The Obama White makes regular use of our Constitution.

Time passes for us all and we often forget what actually caused various things of importance to us to happen. This can lead to some odd responses as we grow older.

A case in point:

The old farmer and his wife were leaning against the edge to the pigpen when his wife longingly recalled that the next week would be their golden wedding anniversary. “Let’s have a party, Joe,” she said. “Let’s kill the pig.”

Joe scratched his head. “Gee, Philomena,” he finally said, “I don’t see why the pig should take the blame for something that happened fifty years ago.”

Enjoy, but don’t blame the poor pig! 😆

Obama used to catch a lot of flak over the fact that during his very limited political career he was far, far, far more likely to vote “Present” than anything else.

Gone Fundraisin’

Since being installed as POTUS Obama has changed that portion of his behavior. The Campaigner-in-Chief is rarely present anymore – not that there’s anything wrong with that.

People don’t like it when someone is being a “dog in the manger.” But, upon rare occasions, it’s not a bad thing at all. In fact, sometimes it just too cute 😀
