Reflections From a Murky Pond

It has been decided for some reason that America has obesity issues. Yes, plural. There are two major obesity issues within the borders of America, those experienced by Americans and those experienced by Liberals and their minority tenants.

America’s Obesity Issues

But this has always been the difference between Americans and the domestic enemies we have to deal with on a day-to-day basis. This supposed “obesity epidemic” is just one current example.

Americans

When an American decides that something in his or her life is wrong – his or her weight in this example – he or she says, “Damn! I’ve got a problem and I need to do something about it.“

When an American decides that something in someone else’s life is wrong – their weight in this example – he or she says, “Damn! They’ve got a problem and they should probably do something about that.”  The American may then offer to help or may not, dependent upon a variety of factors.

Liberals, Progressives, and Minorities

When Liberals, Progressives, or their minority tenants decide that something in their lives is wrong – their weight in this example – they say, “Damn! Something is wrong with America. They caused my problem and it’s all their fault. They need to do something about this!“

When Liberals, Progressives, or their minority tenants decide that something in somebody else’s life is wrong – their weight in this example – they say, “Damn! America is wrong! It’s selfish and evil!. They either caused this person’s problem or allowed them to do it to themselves. They need to do something about this!” They then set about building a bureaucracy to regulate whatever behaviors and outcomes are involved.

Of course, if the person with the problem – his or her weight in this example – is a minority, especially a Black, the problem will be claimed to be caused by America being racist. “Social Justice” and “White Privilege” will be blamed for the problem and reparations will be called for in addition to correcting the problem for them and any of them experiencing it again.

Thus we have the obesity issues in America, both those experienced by Americans and those experienced by Liberals, Progressives, or their minority tenants. The first is a personal problem that can be dealt with by responsible personal action. The second is a declared societal failing that must be dealt with by the government.

The Campaigner-in-Chief’s deficit might soon become a problem if it isn’t reined in very quickly and firmly.

No, not our nation’s deficit, which Obama has blithely hiked to previously unheard of and ruinously unsustainable levels in less than one term. His 2012 reelection campaign budget is his current problem, and it’s one deficit that he might actually care about.

The Obama Campaign spent more in May than it raised! The boy’s campaign and the Obama Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee with the Democratic National Committee, raised over $54 million last month, but they spent $69 million, creating a $15 million deficit.

It seems that Obama and his handlers run a campaign in the same way that they run a government. 😆

I understand and sympathize with the many, many Americans who either believe that Obama is a Usurper or have strong doubts about the boy’s eligibility to be POTUS. I do with, however, that they had a better understanding of problem solving.

First You Must Understand The Problem

To solve for any problem – and the Obama Question needs a solution post haste – it is first necessary to understand what the problem is.

America’s problem is not – or, more accurately, no longer – where Obama was born; it’s where he’s dossed down now!

Obama is generally considered to be weak, ineffectual, and a travesty best suited to tokenhood rather than governing. He’s racked up an impressive body while in office, however.

And it’s not just that, after much soul searching and campaign effects analysis, his handlers and overseers had him give the order to violate the sovereignty of Pakistan and exterminate Osama Bin Laden, or his continuing drone war against Al-Qaeda.

Oh no! The boy’s body count is much more impressive than that, both in America and abroad…

Obama will be responsible for letting a condition develop in this country which will create a climate that will bring seeds up out of the ground with vegetation on the end of them looking like something these people never dreamed of. In 2012, it’s the ballot or the bullet.

Unless the White House can coerce Congress to ignore reality and the law, next week may bring an unprecedented showdown: Congress holding a sitting US Attorney general in Contempt. The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee has already recommended that Attorney General Eric Holder be cited for contempt of Congress for failing to turn over documents relating to the Fast and Furious weapons sting operation.

Irrespective Of Congress, Holder Is Held In Contempt

That’s good news, though there’s a plethora of other charges that should be brought against both Holder and Obama over Fast and Furious – capital crimes. It’s somewhat immaterial though.

Americans already hold Holder in the deepest contempt. The only real question is what we’ll do about him – and to him – if Congress fails to do its job through weakness or venality.
