Proud Damn Proud

What Did You Call Me?Guilty As Charged And Damn Proud Of It

What more is there to say? By the Liberals’ and Progressives’ (mis)definitions I and every other American who loves his or her country are exactly these things. We should be damn proud of the hate and fear we’ve generated in our nation’s domestic enemies.

A Cardio Workout

Posted in Society on October 17th, 2013

It’s a stressful time in America and, to be brutal honest, Reflections From A Murky Pound won’t normally reduce your stress levels since it deals with American and World politics and the reality that we’re degenerating into something horrific and unrecognizable as the great nation our ancestors built through hard work, blood, sweat, and tears.

Exercise, on the other hand, will lower your stress levels and the best form of work out for that is a cardio workout…

These Should Get Your Blood Pumping

I’d certainly say that these lovely and ever so fit women will get gentlemen’s – and not a few ladies’ – heart rates up and that’s what a cardio workout is all about. 😉

When Loyalties Are Shown

Posted in Politics, Society on October 16th, 2013

Loyalties are never more truly shown than in a crisis or perceived crisis of some sort. It is during the times that try men’s souls that existence or lack thereof of those men’s souls is made apparent as is to what they’ve sworn their souls to.

Vets vs. EBT - When loyalties are shown for all to see
Screw Our Vets, Ho-Hum – EBT Glitch OMFG!

And yes! I was at the grocery store when the glitch happened and found the responses and behavior of the dependent classes to be both garish, reprehensible, and a good example of why they’re the dependent classes in the first place.

But this is one what has to expect when one feeds the monkeys.

And yes as well! The number them bitching about the glitch into their smartphones – iPhones being the most prevalent – was both very ironic and horribly tragic.

Egalitarian Consumerism

Posted in Politics, Society on October 15th, 2013

There are a plethora of problems, failures, and issues with the Liberals’ and Progressives’ economic agenda. In fact, there are so many of them that it beggars credulity that anyone of a serious bent and possessed of a real education would take them seriously. All these problems, however, stem from the same root cause and that can be addressed simply.

The entire Leftist economic dogma is based upon a philosophy that I describe as Egalitarian Consumerism.

Egalitarian Consumerism

Function: noun

Date: 2013

Definition(s):

  1. a belief that people are intrinsically equal and, therefor, deserve equal access to all material goods and services.

And therein lies the core of the problem. The Liberals and Progressives may stridently complain about capitalism, corporations, and America’s consumer culture but they’re entire economic agenda is directly and irrevocably tied to just those things. They don’t want to put an end to these things; they just want everyone to be able to have all the same stuff, whether they’ve earned the privilege of doing so or not.

The Psychology of Consumerism
You Are What You Purchase! Buy More; Be More!

All these problems, however, stem from the same root cause and that can be addressed simply. The entire Leftist economic dogma is based upon a philosophy that I describe as Egalitarian Consumerism.

One need only look at who they claim are poor, or at how the Liberals and Progressives have created a permanent “underclass” based upon a relative scale, to see this as being the truth.

And therein lies the core of the problem. The Liberals and Progressives may stridently complain about capitalism, corporations, and America’s consumer culture but they’re entire economic agenda is directly and irrevocably tied to just those things. This in a nation where one of the common, recurring complaints of these same Leftists is that “the poor” are overfed to the point of morbid obesity!

No. The Left is all about stuff. Worldly goods are their primary concern – so much so, in fact, they will scream at the top of their lungs that it’s unfair that some few people can buy so much more useless crap than others can and achieve a material quality of existence better than others can.

What’s far worse is that they cling to the dictates of Egalitarian Consumerism with such fanatical devotion that they honestly don’t care if the only way that they can achieve this is to lower the overall material wealth of the nation to a point where the the lowest economic classes are no longer considered “underprivileged.”

Sherman’s March 2.0

Posted in Politics on October 14th, 2013

Sherman's March 2.0 - Big Labor Seek To Burn The South AgainAt the time of this article it’s been 148 years, 9 months, and 22 days since the Union General, William Tecumseh Sherman made his March To The Sea, burning the cities of the South and introducing the world to strategy of destroying enemy civilian targets in order to render them incapable of making war.

Since then the South has rebuilt and risen anew.

The South is now a growing economic and political powerhouse. Hence, the forces arrayed against it are once again planning on metaphorically marching to sea and burning the South to the ground. This time Sherman’s March 2.0 is to be carried out by the Big Labor syndicates of the unions.

The AFL-CIO recently unveiled their “Southern Strategy” to unionize the South and install pro-union politicians.

LOS ANGELES — Labor will embark on an expansive organizing campaign in America’s union-scarce South that, if successful, could bring about serious political upheaval.

The AFL-CIO, at its quadrennial convention this week, adopted a resolution to come up with a “Southern Strategy” that includes “a long-term commitment to organize the South.”

The labor unions are dying because wherever employees are given the freedom of choice they, by and large, choose not to join these syndicates and, wherever they are denied freedom of choice, they tend to flee those areas of the country…for places like the South. So, of course, the heads of these syndicates are vowing to assault the South, install their politicians, and burn the new South to ground like they have the everywhere else they’ve been allowed to flourish. They can’t abide workers’ choice because they can’t survive it.

So they’re coming for Southern businesses, political representation, and the jobs that feed Southern families and they’re bound and determined to turn: Atlanta, Savannah, Charlotte, and the other great cities of south into wasteland like Detroit.

Ladies and gentlemen of the South, you’re well-armed and now you’re forewarned. The question is whether or not you’ll realize that it doesn’t matter whether they’re Blue Bellies or Purple Jackets, they’re the enemy and they’re coming once again to destroy your way of life and all that you hold dear.
