Reflections From a Murky Pond

🙄 So, yet another Dem has thrown their hat into the ring and plans on competing for that party’s Presidential Nomination. This time it’s Biden, defying both his personal issues and his race, gender, and age.

It is to yawn; to sit back steeped in ennui as yet another of them begin the process of trying to manufacture some semblance of difference between themselves and every other Dem candidate. And yet, at the end of the day, all that is different between them are their faces and how they shade their rhetoric to most appeal to their chosen market segment of likely Dem voters.

In actuality, Adam Schiff may or may not be a crock. The choices are either that he’s delusional or that he is just another Democrat engaged in insurrection and a long-running and unprecedented attempted coup d’é·tat against Americans’ President, Donald Trump.

According to Elizabeth Warren, Dems’ message must be more than “not Trump” if they want to retake the halls of political power in America and reshape and remake the country into what they want it to be.

“If your message is ‘not-Trump,’ it’s not going to work,” the Democratic presidential hopeful told about 500 supporters who packed a rally at a high school gymnasium in Reno. “Our job it to talk about our vision.”

And, to some extent – certainly more than 1/1024th so – she’s right. The majority of the sorts who are likely Democrat voters won’t settle for just “Not Trump.” They demand that their chosen ones be that and firmly and stridently against any and all of the Makers in America. In their minds it’s unfair that the productive are more successful than the Eaters and Takers.

But then, that’s the intrinsic nature of the shiftless failures that gravitate to Socialism and Neo-Socialist economic policies. They firmly believe that they deserve more than what they’ve earned and that the difference must be given to them by taking from those who’ve done better for themselves and their progeny.

The rampant hypocrisy of Democrats is well established. Yet, even with that bar having been set, Bernie Sanders manages to go that stumbling step further into out-of-touch surrealism.

Just pause a moment or two and reflect upon the cluelessness, self-unawareness, “privilege,” and rank hypocrisy of that statement by America’s best-known and best-positioned Socialist.

When you look at the current prominent Democrats, it’s glaringly apparent that the Dems have worse woes than people suddenly becoming bothered by Creepy Uncle Joe. Biden’s issues are the least of their problems.
