By and large, no matter how hard the day was, a fine American evening can bring it to a fine and pleasing conclusion.
This is completely, totally, and I’m fairly sure solely occidentally funny. 😆 👿 Still though, even in China, this would be considered a damn fine way of celebrating the Lunar New Year.

And so the true lasting horror of Halloween came to be. Sure, we’ve been told to blame George Renninger, a candymaker at the Wunderlee Candy Company in Philadelphia, for creating the monstrosity that is candy corn in the 1880s, and the Goelitz Confectionery Company who spread the evil to the world in 1898, but now we know the ugly truth.

Truly! Respect the brew. There are mornings when it’s the only reason you live to see lunchtime. And, I do mean you, not me – for the generic “you” meaning anyone around me.
