It Reboot Starring Harvey Weinstein
Hollywood’s It Reboot Starring Harvey Weinstein

I don’t know if it’s a horror show or a dark comedy, but the blockbuster revelation of- and the scrambling response to the outting of Harvey Weinstein’s decades-long history of sexual harassment and sexual assault is quite the spectacle. 😉 Frankly, it’s one of the most interesting productions that has come out of Hollywood in a long time.

Pumpkin Spice Enough For Me

Ah well. In the US at least, it’s Pumpkin Spice season. Worse for some of us, it comes earlier, is more ubiquitous, and last later every year. I know that the spice must flow, but these beautiful ginger babes are pumpkin spice enough for me.

Doctrinal Differences

Doctrinal DifferencesDoctrinal Differences

Yes, there are some very simple, yet very stark and fundamental, doctrinal differences between the Obama Regime and President Trump’s Administration when it comes to overall foreign policy and America’s place in the world at large. We had the Obama Doctrine, which was essentially one of conciliation, self-deprecation, and one long string of apologies to the world at large. Now we have the Trump Doctrine, which seems to one of standing strong, and alone if needs be, and warning our enemies and opponents that they’ll be sorry if they cross America.

Obviously, the differences between the two doctrines is stark. They’re almost polar opposites and quite antithetical to each other. Hence, one coming in immediately upon the other’s being over is glaring to see and jarring to experience. That, however, is not the seminal point of this article.

Please realize that the title of this post, “Doctrinal Differences,” is quite deliberate. This is not a purely political or geopolitical difference. It’s more of a difference in sincerely held beliefs, of particular and differing faiths in what is the right way forward. quite literally, it is a sectarian schism.

That’s very important to realize and internalize because there’s another, far harsher and more potentially dangerous way to describe doctrinal differences – heresy. And any of us who study today’s world and/or history know what happens to heretics…

Feliz Dia De La Raza

Dia De La Raza Feliz Dia De La Raza

Today, October 12, large swaths of Spanish-speaking people will celebrate their own version of Columbus Day, Dia De La Raza (Day Of The Race). It’s celebrated on October 12 because on that day in 1492 Christopher Columbus landed in the New World but it is not a celebration of Columbus’ “discovery.” It’s a celebration of Spain and Portugal’s colonization of Central and South America and the creation of the Hispanic “race.”

Yes, you read that right. The Latinos annually celebrate, not just the “discovery” of the New World by Columbus, but its colonization; the destruction of its indigenous civilizations, religions, cultures, and languages; and the genetic genocide of its indigenous peoples through rape and intermarriage.

And nary do we hear a peep of umbrage from the Liberals and Progressives. No, these are “Non-Hispanic Whites” at worst we’re talking about. “Brown people.” People possessed of protected traits that grant them the privilege of never being attacked by our ever-oikophobic Liberals and Progressives. The Latinos “Aren’t White Enough” to generate outrage in the Left.

Who’s To Blame?

Who's To Blame For Rapes and Mass Shootings?
Who’s To Blame?

Yes, it’s in our nature to seek out who or what is to blame for any crisis – sometimes so much so that common decency is left by the wayside. Of course more consistently and less hypocrisy when it comes to blame would be nice. It’s a shame that the hoplophobic Left can’t manage that. Then, consistency and probity aren’t in their natures.
