An Ass In The Desert
Yep! Right now, that is the state of the “movers and shakers” on the left. They’re wandering in a desert wasteland of the broken hopes and dreams, wondering why they couldn’t convince the heartland of America to vote for Hillary or, at least, not vote for Donald Trump.
Following the American people’s election of Donald Trump to the Presidency, Michelle Obama did an hour-long interview with Oprah Winfrey in order to tell the audience how they were now all without hope – that now, after eight year of her husband being in the White House, his constituency was now, with Trump’s victory, without any hope remaining to them and how everything would just become worse for them from this moment forward.
To say the least, it was an unusual “exit interview” for a FLOTUS. Then, Michelle Obama – unaffectionately nicknamed “The Mooch” by many Americans – was never a usual or traditional First Lady.
We feel the difference now. See, now, we are feeling what not having hope feels like. Hope is necessary. It’s a necessary concept and Barack didn’t just talk about hope because he thought it was just a nice slogan to get votes.
He and I and so many believe that — what else do you have if you don’t have hope. What do you give your kids if you can’t give them hope?

Despite many of the the people that Michelle represents truly needing our help, she does have something akin to a point irrespective of her hyperbole. The various demographic elements which were fond of the Obama Regime or, at least the tokenism it represented, are quite discouraged at this point in time. They have seen the country they were trying to create be aborted.
I do, however, have this to say. If Michelle Obama’s and those she represents’ dreams, aspirations, and hopes are so different from- and antithetical to those of mainstream, middle America, they shouldn’t still be in our country and certainly not walking free in it without restraint and/or some form of oversight as they represent a clear and present danger to themselves and others.
The sudden sea change in American politics has gutted the emotions and mental state of the Millennials. Donald Trump’s becoming the next President of the United States has wrought incalculable harm to these younger Liberals’ and Progressives’ psyches. It’s a catastrophe of national scale that has crippled colleges, coffee shops, vintage clothing stores, and organic markets.

The current hysterical attempt by America’s domestic enemies – the Liberals and Progressives and their front agency, the Democrat Party – to overturn the 2016 elections or, if that won’t succeed, to catastrophically undermine the incoming POTUS, Donald Trump, is centered upon Russia “having hacked the election” and ” impacted the integrity of our election.”
It Was The Russians!
For the sake of argument, let us ignore the lack of evidence that Russia as a state actor was involved in the hacking. Let us give them the hand-out of that postulate so that we can focus on something more important than their tantrums and straw-clutching.
This is exceptional hypocrisy on their part – truly, horrifically, and irredeemably exceptional hypocrisy.
They’re complaining and driving America towards civil war – and no! that’s not hyperbole – because the Russians supposedly cost Hillary the election. This is hypocritical in the extreme because both the Obama Regime and they, themselves have inserted themselves into other nation’s elections and governments in order to affect a regime change.
And no! In the context of the Obama Regime I’m not speaking of interfering in Israel’s recent election in an attempt to oust Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. That just isn’t plausible given the timing involved – not unless the CIA is actually better than Mossad. On the other hand, these same Liberals and Progressives were funding that effort.
No. I’m speaking of Iran’s Green Revolution and the so-called Arab Spring, both cases of the Obama Regime using propaganda, the release of information or threat thereof, and direct financial efforts to effect the outcome of elections or to oust existing government. All of these efforts fully endorsed and aided by the Leftists who are now screaming because somebody supposedly did the same thing to us.
In all fairness, wouldn’t this be our chickens coming home to roost? Or are these Liberals and Progressives tacitly admitting that the US is supposed to by somehow exceptional and exempt from being on the receiving end of what we do to other nations?
Why They’re Crying Bitter Tears
While the bitter tears of the Liberals and Progressives are a pleasant, well-deserved, and soothing balm for the hearts and minds of Americans, it’s still important to not take the all too easy path and not concern ourselves with why their crying so hard, so bitterly, and so long over loosing the 2016 elections. After all, it cant be just because Hillary, one of the least liked, respected, and trusted people in America’s history lost to Mr. Trump, another candidate will a less than stellar reputation.
It’s not just that it was a total shock to them that Mr. Trump triumphed after their Lamestream media and the various pundits told them time and time again that Hillary was to be anointed POTUS, though such an upset was and is very upsetting to them. It’s not just that they lost and that they aren’t used to- or raised to be able to handle losing, though their inability to understand winning and losing certainly exacerbates their condition. No, these things may make it worse for the Liberals and Progressives but they aren’t the actual cause of their tantrums, hysteria, and breakdowns.
No, the reason the Leftists are so beaten and broken by Hillary’s loss to Trump is because it has forced to realize the stark and horrific to them truth that they failed and they’re not used to having to acknowledge their failures. Even that, though, isn’t the whole of why their keening, moaning, and thrashing about. It’s, given what the general consensus among Liberal pundits of the analyses of the election results were alludes to, the specific nature of their failing.
The Liberals and Progressive are apparently butt-hurt because they’ve been forced to admit to themselves and their fellow travelers that they failed to convince the White Working Class that voting in their own self-interest was racist, sexist, bigoted, xenophobic, homophobic, and Islamophobic and, hence, something abhorrent.
