I Said It’s Halloween

I said itโ€™s Halloween, not Christmas! Itโ€™s not even Thanksgiving yet. Get back in your hole and take your music and advertisements with you, fat boy!

I said itโ€™s Halloween! And we will hold true to the beautiful fact that this is the spooky, sexy, candy-laden time of year, and the colors of the season are still black and orange, not red and green.

I Was Drunk That Day
Yeah, I Was Drunk That Day

Put aside the fact that this is/was a small dog. We all know that a lot of small dogs are insane and oddly successful in their madness. If you’re anything like me – and, if you’re a Gen-X guy, you probably are – this sums up a lot of incidents in your youth. ๐Ÿ˜†

A lot of us did some crazy and crazy dangerous stuff while completely drunk out of our minds. And, due to some odd synergy between alcohol and youth, we did them successfully, sometimes even with panache.

Biden Fueling Dems’ Hopes In Midterms

The Biden administration begged Saudi Arabia, the de-facto leader of OPEC, to delay its decision to reduce oil production by a month, putting the production cut and its resultant spike in fuel prices Americans will experience safely after the 2022 midterm elections, which are rightly feared by the Left to be a bloodbath for Democrats.

The Saudis outright refused Biden’s plea to save his party’s chances in the midterms and any possible future for Biden’s presidency. They are not going to allow the Democrats’ election chances or Biden’s war against Putin to overrule their own economic interests.

The Agnorance Of Youth

This is nigh on perfect for these days. It showcases some of the specific agnorance – a portmanteau of ignorance and arrogance – of some Millennials and Gen-Zers. They really think that either they invented stuff or that it was invented after the time of Gen-Xers. The case in point be vinyl records, which a number them have “appropriated.”

Let’s, however, laugh at them and not get too hypocritically angry. After all, we did this too, as did our parents, and as did their parents… most likely all the way to the beginnings of civilization. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Halloween Approaches. Christmas Is Nowhere In Sight

‘Tis Halloween that approaches, not Christmas. Christmas isn’t even on the horizon yet. So back in your hole!

This is the season of black and orange, not red and green. It’s the sexy, spooky, candy and booze laden season. Go back to waiting for after Thanksgiving before inundating us with the retail season.
