Those 12,903 killings equate to approximately one drug killing every 30 minutes of every day for the first 9 months of last year.

Most of Mexico’s drug war killings haven place in just eight of Mexico’s 31 states, five of those ones that share a border with the United States. Yet, as long as those deaths are Mexicans and the happen south of the border, Americans won’t care and America will fear to do anything about the chaos and hell raging across the failed state to our south.

Nothing to see here. Move along! We wouldn’t want to upset anyone or force them from their comfort zone.

It has been dubbed the “Business Death Penalty” because it allows Arizona to shutdown businesses that knowingly hire illegal immigrants.

Specifically it allows Arizona to suspend the business license of any company that knowingly hires illegal immigrants for a minimum of 10 days upon the first offense and permanently upon the second or later offense. It also mandates that companies must use the federal governments E-Verify system to validate hirees’ employment eligibility.

This is the true beginning of immigration reform – real immigration reform – because it strikes at the festering core of illegal immigration by punishing those within America who enable, aid, abet, and profit off of these criminal foreign invaders.

A relative reported that she and two relatives – likely her husband and infant son – had fled to America after receiving received death threats.

Praxedis G. Guerrero town secretary Andres Morales, however, said that this report had not been confirmed and was merely rumor. Morales claimed that Garcia had requested some time off to attend to personal matters concerning the health of her infant son, and that she was expected back to work soon.

With conflicting reports, both of dubious origin, I find it impossible to guess whether or not Marisol Valles Garcia and her family have fled to America. I hope so though since what the cartel vermin would do to her and her infant son doesn’t bear dwelling upon.

Some will say that her fleeing Mexico was an act of cowardice. I disagree. When a person takes over a police force of 13 agents – 9 of which are unarmed women – 1 working patrol car, 3 automatic rifles and a single pistol, it cannot be rightly called cowardice to not go up against either the Sinaloa and Juarez cartels or to flee the area when presented by them with an untenable offer.

With no apparent rhyme or reason to Obama’s statements, occasional half-measures, and string of inactions in response to any of the situations in the Mid-East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America people keep searching for some deeper game that he’s playing and ascribing various and sundry motivations to him.

There’s a far simpler and, I believe, much more likely rationale for Obama’s foreign policy inconsistencies:

There are two rules one should always remember: “The simplest explanation is most likely the correct one” and “Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.”

I firmly believe that Obama already displayed the extent of his foreign policy. He apologied to all and sundry for America’s status as a superpower, vilified the actions of his predecessors, and thought that our enemies would now begin to like, if not America, at least him.

Beyond that, I don’t think that Obama has any foreign policy goals.

As the international situation grows ever more fluid and we in America move towards the 2012 Elections this is something to keep firmly in one’s mind.

What “President” Felipe Calderon tries to pass off as Mexico’s government is a sham and an utter failure. Mexico is a failed state that has devolved into chaos with various parts of it ruled by violently competing drug cartels.

In very many ways Mexico has degenerated into a vile and disgusting morass much like that found in the pseudo-nations of Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Yet, unlike Afghanistan and Pakistan, America’s government will not intervene and will do nothing meaningful to ameliorate the situation at all. Unlike Afghanistan and Pakistan, Mexico is not comfortably thousands of miles and an ocean away from America and America’s people.

We’ve seen the brutality, atrocities, and savage criminality that the thugs and their warlords of the cartels incessantly revel in:

But, by and large, America will do nothing about it, even when it spills across our southern border and into our towns and cities.

But, aside from trying to clean it up and bemoaning that it happened in the first place, America will do nothing about it.

Mexican troops in full uniform and “battle rattle” have crossed America’s borders under arms hundreds of times in support of the drug cartels and have, in the course of doing so, repeatedly attacked American Border Patrol agents.

Yet America’s federal government will not only do nothing to quell these armed incursions into our sovereign territory, they have striven to take actions that lend material aid and comfort to these foreign enemies and prevent our border states from protecting themselves in even the most basic fashion.

Unless something fundamental in America’s viewpoint and philosophy changes drastically, nothing substantive will be done to address and/or correct any of these horrific problems and the threats they pose to the men, women and children of America.

Beyond Mere Politics

There’s no way any American can deny that politics plays its part in our government’s abject failure to deal with the situation that has arisen in Mexico and regularly spills across the border into America. But, even if we removed the Democrats’ pandering to the Liberals and minorities and the Republicans’ refusal to go against the wishes of the businesses who rely and profit upon illegal immigrant workers, the government will still not doing anything meaningful about the situation.

Restabilizing Mexico and removing the cartels’ influence would require significant levels of armed force and a lengthy occupation of that nation -  in other words, it would require a war and subsequent peace-keeping efforts quite similar to what we fought in Iraq.

Mexico is just too close to the US for any administration to authorize such an action. We share 1,969 miles of contiguous land border – a border that is largely unfortified and difficult to patrol – and it would be impossible to contain the war south of it.

This is made far worse by the fact that the US has already been infiltrated by over 6 million Mexican illegal immigrants at any given time, any or all of whom might take up arms against America’s civilian population if the US authorized the use military force to prop up Mexico’s government.

Add to that sickeningly huge number of enemies already behind what would be our lines the 700,000 – 1,000,000 Black and Latino “gangbangers” who make their living off the drug trade.  They are well-armed, experienced in urban warfare, inured to savagery and violence, and hold a deep and abiding hatred of America in general and for Whites in particular.

No; given all that, no POTUS and no Congress is ever going to do anything about the drug-driven chaos in Mexico no matter how much it spills across our borders. They would never want to be the ones who brought that sort of war to American soil.

That she will end up raped, murdered, and dismembered is almost a foregone conclusion.

Chief Valles Garcia will be leading an amazingly courageous force of 13 agents, one working patrol car, three automatic rifles and a single pistol against the thugs of the Mexican drug cartels which war upon each other and the Mexican government’s forces for control of the area. Nine of her agents are women and will not be armed.

This young woman is amazingly brave, quite beautiful, totally committed to her people, and whole orders of magnitude better than the residents of the Mexican border state of Chihuahua can reasonably hope to ever deserve. But the cowards and filth in the Juárez Valley – who will still claim to be men – will sacrifice her and her family to the drug cartels while they hide in their hovels.

Chief Marisol Valles Garcia’s Fate?

I very much do not look forward to reading about Marisol Valles Garcia’s rape and murder or to see pictures of her dismembered corpse; nor do I look forward to reading about what the Cartel thugs will do to her infant son. I fully expect to though unless something is done about the Mexican drug cartels – and I don’t see either Calderon’s failed government or the average pocho being either willing or able to do anything.

If in an “Absolut World” Atzlan has completed it Reconquista of the American Southwest, or even if they just thought that such an ad was appropriate to use in Mexico then they are the enemies of America.

The Liberals and their minority tenants find anything that might resemble racial profiling to be extremely offensive. Hellfire! Most people find racial profiling to be offensive and find only a few, limited circumstances in which it is even somewhat useful.

The underlying bone of contention – the argument over SB 1070 being only a symptom of a larger problem – is mostly over the differences between what Americans and Liberals respectively believe those few, limited circumstances in which racial profiling is somewhat useful actually are.

It was not, however, truly a victory for the Obama Regime, nor was it a defeat in Arizona’s defensive battle against the crime and destruction wreaked by the illegal immigrants invading from Mexico. All that actually happened was that Judge Bolton failed to hand Obama’s legal myrmidons a total defeat.

For Americans the preliminary injunction against enforcing some of the more active and probably more effective parts of Arizona’s SB 1070 is sad and more than a little frustrating, but it is a fair and practical measure for the court to take. With several lawsuits pending against Arizona’s new immigration law in addition to President Obama’s attack upon it, it makes sense to block enforcement of those parts of SB 1070 that would most likely result in the legal chaos and morass of wrongful imprisonment and civil rights lawsuits resulting from their being enforced and then overturned after they had been applied to people.

Obama’s administration, in a brief submitted by Acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal, said federal law should preempt state efforts.

The Obama administration on Friday urged the Supreme Court to review and set aside an Arizona law that sanctions employers who hire illegal immigrants, saying it would disrupt the “careful balance” that Congress struck in federal immigration law.

The act in question is not the strict new Arizona law that President Obama and other members of his administration have criticized. That measure authorizes police to question the immigration status anyone who appears to be in the country illegally.

The law being challenged, the Legal Arizona Workers Act, imposes tougher sanctions than federal law for hiring illegal workers. If the court chooses to hear the case, its ruling could show how receptive the justices would be to arguments that enforcing immigration laws is a federal responsibility that cannot be usurped by the states.

It’s somewhat interesting that Obama has chosen to attack the State of Arizona over this particular law, Legal Arizona Workers Act which was enacted in 2008, rather than over the other, more recent anti-illegal immigration laws that Arizona, in the wake of continued willful failure by the federal government to protect and defend America’s borders, has been forced to enact.

One is forced to conclude that Obama, ever a fan of any nation except America, is bowing before the will of Mexico’s Felipe Calderon, whose failed government has a vested interest in keeping these illegal immigrants employed within America. Obama’s timing is especially suspicious since it comes so soon after Calderon instructed Obama on how to use America’s National Guard along the Mexican border.

What’s worse for America though is the disturbing trend being shown by Obama’s regime. President Obama has a very dangerous attitude towards the law, especially the intersection of federal and state laws. Currently he is jabbering that Arizona’s law should not “usurp” federal authority because it stricter than federal law – which Obama refuses to enforce in the first place. In the recent past, however, he has refused to exert federal authority when a state’s – California in this case – laws were looser and in direct contravention of federal law.

Essentially, President Obama’s philosophy seems to be that, if he likes a federal law, he will use whatever means he can dream up to prevent the State’s from having sterner and more effective laws. Conversely, if he doesn’t like a law, he will bend over backwards not to exert federal authority to enforce it even if a state passes laws that directly conflict with- and attempt to nullify it.

This is a philosophy that is inherently dangerous and is an existential threat to America as a Constitutional Republic. Anyone who adheres to such a philosophy is an enemy of America and has no rightful business being allowed to survive within America’s borders much less fill, and thereby foul, the position of President of the United States.
