Climate Consensus – Warmists Are Bad At Math

Of course, to be heartlessly fair, this a breakdown of a large swath of the scientific community. If one limited the polling to only “Climatologists,” the consensus of belief-in-detail in Anthropogenic Climate Change with CO₂ emissions as the sole or primary cause is over 95%. Hence, most of the queried scientists aren’t properly certified to have or espouse an opinion, not being “Climatologists.”

Yet, to once again be heartlessly fair, Climatology is nothing be a degree in Geology with a handful of extra credit hours attached to it is a degree that was created by the Warmists themselves a decade or so ago. As it teaches the revealed truth of Global Warming as a postulate and scientific truth, of course those degree holders are in orthodox consensus; they wouldn’t be able to be published otherwise and would perish. Hence, their magisterium is invalid and unfounded upon anything but fiat.

Yeah, the Warmists are quite bad at math…and Economics, Political Science, and History – and obviously have zero understanding of even the basics of Chaos Theory. They are, however, quite good at Theater Arts and fairly good at creative Theology and Divinity.

The United Nations, the various global economic manipulators, the grifters and opportunists, and the true believers of the Warmists’ doomsday cult of AGW all have one existential problem in common – how to get their agenda past the stalwarts in the US Congress, who have repeatedly refused to support UN measures that would harm America’s economy and negatively impact American lives, livelihoods, and lifestyles.

It’s quite the problem for them since their movement is both predicated and dependent upon savaging America’s economy and industry.

France’s Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius – vastly unsurprisingly a Socialist – thinks he has the answer to their problem. He wants to just bypass the US Congress completely.

BONN, Germany (AP) — The global climate agreement being negotiated this year must be worded in such a way that it doesn’t require approval by the U.S. Congress, the French foreign minister said Monday.

Laurent Fabius told African delegates at U.N. climate talks in Bonn that “we know the politics in the U.S. Whether we like it or not, if it comes to the Congress, they will refuse.”

If negotiators follow his plan, that would exclude an international treaty that has legally-binding limits on greenhouse gas emissions – something some countries still insist on but which would have no chance of being ratified by the Republican-controlled Congress.

“We must find a formula which is valuable for everybody and valuable for the U.S. without going to the Congress,” said Fabius, who will host the U.N. climate summit in Paris in December where the new agreement is supposed to be adopted.

In many ways my thoughts on Fabius’ idea is for them to go for it. Without a treaty there is no binding agreement and their only hope for America’s compliance would be for a POTUS who both places an international agenda over American interests and has little to know respect for the Separation of Powers demanded by the Constitution.

True, they have that now in the person of Obama, but the UN’s Climate Summit isn’t until December and the boy will only be in office for a little over a year beyond that. Hence, unless America elects another to that office who doesn’t places an international agenda over American interests and has little to know respect for the Separation of Powers demanded by the Constitution, whatever the UN wants in the absence of a ratified treaty will be moot.

Climate is different from weather and one has to look at longer term trends when one studies climate and any changes to it.

So it’s true; over the past 44 years there’s been a significant change in the climate…the climate of crisis.

But would it surprise anyone that the whole Global Cooling hysteria of the 1970s conspicuously coincided with rants about sulfur dioxide (SO₂) when threats of acid rain weren’t generating “enough” changes to- and reductions of First World industries?

And would it shock you to learn that what warming there has been in the Earth’s climate also conspicuously coincides with the reductions in sulfur dioxide (SO₂) emissions that were demanded by various governments in reaction to Global Cooling fear-mongering?

Well, at least the last 44 years of climate trends shows a measurable and repeating pattern. 😉

Change is unavoidable. All epochs, periods, eras, and ages come to an end. Just as 360 million years ago the Carboniferous period ended, so too does it seem as if the New Carboniferous period – notable for its fixation upon CO2 – has come to a not-untimely end.

Then, this was never a sustainable era due to its chilling effects upon economies.

The ending of the New Carboniferous period will likely be dated from the moment that the Australian Government has abolished the carbon tax it had imposed in mid-2012.

Australia’s recent vote to repeal its tax on carbon dioxide emissions is a setback to establishing a similar charge in the U.S., both sides in the debate agree.

Australia started taxing carbon in 2012, one of about 40 jurisdictions to do so, before reversing course last week and becoming the first country to repeal the penalty.

The repeal will send international shock waves ahead of Global Warming talks next year, when major economies like China, India and America will consider global greenhouse targets beyond 2030. Given that Australia is similar to America in its energy-intensive lifestyles and industries, the repeal makes it highly unlikely that the US will choose to try taxes CO2 emissions.

The Warmists are, of course, gnashing their teeth in shock, outrage, and hatred over Australia’s repeal of the its carbon tax. Like the giant arthropods of the first Carboniferous period, they’re doomed to extinction. Unlike them, however, they can see the ending of the age and of themselves.

Since the death cult’s birth the Warmists have struggled with naming the climatic system that forms the core of their faith. Time and time again both the facts in evidence and the public’s skepticism has forced them into lexiconical shifts:

1. Global Warming
2. Climate Change
3. Climate Chaos
4. Climate Disruption
5. Climate Uncertainty
6. Carbon Pollution

Truth be told, it’s been rather amusing to-date to watch and listen to the Warmists scrambling and scrabbling about, trying to re-brand dogma every year or so in an attempt to wrench it into some semblance of a shape that matches reality while still providing an excuse for their attacks upon Western Civilization and the basic liberties of its citizenry.

The free peoples of the world will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of Global Warming they will adopt every fragment of the socialist platform, or so the Warmists hope.

The most recent change, however, is not humorous in the least. The problem is that the latest re-branding, “Carbon Pollution” came from Obama’s  campaign machine, Organizing for Action. They declared the new name Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Given the proclivities and pathology of the Thug-in-Chief, there’s little doubt that this re-branding of Global Warming is a precursor to the Obama Regime use of the various regulatory agencies under its control to enact the Warmists’ agenda without the factual color of law or bothering with garnering the legal authority to do so.

If CO2 is now Carbon Pollution, then one of the greatest polluters is Obama. He’s spewing out great gusts of it with his constant campaigning and jabbering rantings.

By the Warmists’ own accounting the boy’s “sustainability” should be brought into question. 😉

This recent change in naming, coming as it does from the Obama Regime’s proxies and foot soldiers, should concern each and every American. With the collapse of the Warmists’ cult’s public acceptance, they’re desperate and desperate people are often willing to go to extreme measures to stave off utter failure and total collapse. This is made worse by their alliance with the Obama Regime, who has never shown much respect for America’s law or its People.
