It's easy; just say, "gōngzuò de" which is Chinese for "green jobs." and it looks like China will be where those "green jobs" that Obama promised will be.

It seems that back in September 2011, the Obama-appointed heads of General Motors signed an agreement with the Chinese government to effectively move all future electric vehicle (EV) development to China.
America’s Liar-in-Chief, Obama strikes again.

But then almost all of these “green jobs” that Obama has touted and attacked traditional American jobs and practices over have gone to foreigners so GM’s moving their electric powertrain development to China shouldn’t come as a surprise despite Obama giving them a massive handout from the taxpayers’ coffers.

With no apparent rhyme or reason to Obama's statements, occasional half-measures, and string of inactions in response to any of the situations in the Mid-East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America people keep searching for some deeper game that he's playing and ascribing various and sundry motivations to him.

There's a far simpler and, I believe, much more likely rationale for Obama's foreign policy inconsistencies:

So what exactly is the foundation of Obama’s foreign policy? What are Obama’s goals for America’s international relations? Nobody seems to know those answers, not our State Department, not Congress, not the People, not our Enemies, and certainly not our Allies.

With no apparent rhyme or reason to Obama’s statements, occasional half-measures, and string of inactions in response to any of the situations in the Mid-East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America people keep searching for some deeper game that he’s playing and ascribing various and sundry motivations to him.

There’s a far simpler and, I believe, much more likely rationale for Obama’s foreign policy inconsistencies:

Infographic: Obama’s Foreign Policy Goals

I firmly believe that Obama already displayed the extent of his foreign policy. He apologied to all and sundry for America’s status as a superpower, vilified the actions of his predecessors, and thought that our enemies would now begin to like, if not America, at least him.

Beyond that, I don’t think that Obama has any foreign policy goals.

As the international situation grows ever more fluid and we in America move towards the 2012 Elections this is something to keep firmly in one’s mind.

It's certainly a titillating study and one that will garner a lot of well-deserved attention. The British ladies are busting out and throwing the world a set a curves.

It seems that a recent market study determined that the lovely ladies of England have the shapeliest breasts in the world, or at least of those on the far side of the Atlantic.

Asylum UK distills the salient points:

Researchers have discovered that women in Britain have the most shapely bodies on the planet.

A recent global survey of breasts discovered the average British woman wears a size 34D bra — meaning she has bigger boobs and is more slender than most around the world.

Over in Germany and Italy women have a larger under-bra size of 38 inches and in France the average bra is 36B.

In Japan and China women are said to have the same 34 inch ribcage measurement as Brits, but this is again only paired with B cup boobs.

And while British women have an average of a 34D bra, the most common cup size is said to be a rather generous ‘DD’.

The Triumph international “Bra Usage and Attitude Study” also compared results to those from 50 years ago, finding that British woman’s chest and hips are now 4cm bigger.

If this continues it will mean that by 2060 the average UK bra size will be a gigantic F or G cup… how come they never mentioned that on Tomorrow’s World?

Obviously, despite the borders of the British Empire having contracted, it’s assets are still quite astounding and growing more so with the passing years. This and the finding of COIN’s study can be born out by empirical study of these delicious British lasses who all have DD cup sizes and whose underbreast measurements average to 34 inches:

These Curves Shouldn’t Be Overlooked

I hope that Triumph doesn’t make the mistake of ignoring their “bottom line” by focusing their efforts exclusively on the bra. That’s the sort of marketing mistake that could hurt them in “the end.”

~*~

While the pleasant and prurient aspects of the curvaceousness of British women and the size and shapeliness of their breasts is quite nice and a wonderful distraction, the COIN study on bra usage and attitude towards brassieres also presents some much more important data relating to manufacturing, marketing, and to women’s and societies’ body images as compared to objective reality.

Manufacturing & Marketing

This goes well beyond deciding how many of each size bra to manufacture and how many to expect to sell in size on a per country basis. The results of this study will enable Triumph International to take cultural mores and attitudes into account when deciding what bras to make for each market using some of the findings.

In Japan, almost all bras are padded because it’s considered rude, even taboo, for a women to have her nipples show through her clothing

In Japan, 35% of women wear a bra as a fashion statement but in China, 60% women do wear a bra as a fashion statement.

In Britain, women wear a bra out of habit and social norm, however they don‘t consider their underwear as the main factor to improve their physical appearance

In France, the main reason for wearing a bra is to receive compliments on the women’s physical appearance

In Italy, 69% of women wear a sexy bra when others can see it

The above is all critical information for Triumph International just as similar information would be critical to the ongoing success of any global or near global manufacturer of finished goods.

Women’s Body Image, Expectations, and Reality

Then we have what is, to my mind, the truly important data uncovered and published by this study, that involving the facts of women’s bodies as compared with their body image, expectations of what is considered normal or beautiful.

In Britain, the average woman of today is closer to being a size 16 (US 14) than a size 12 (US 10)

The hourglass figure made famous by Hollywood beauties Marilyn Monroe and Sophia Loren is on its way out as modern women’s bodies are now becoming increasingly apple-shaped

51% of British people think the hourglass body shape is the most attractive, despite the fact that the majority of women’s bodies now do not have that shape, with apple figures (weight carried round the middle) ranking behind pear-shaped women (larger hips and thighs), rectangles (no curves) and even boyish figures.

In Britain, the average woman’s chest and hips are now 4cm (1.6 in) bigger than ladies in the 1950s, and she’s now 5cm (2 in) taller at 167cm (5′ 6″ ish) in height, and her weight has risen from 62kg (136.7 lb) to 65kg (143.3 lb)

In Britain, 77% of women feel having a beautiful bust is important

In China, 99% of women feel having a beautiful bust to be the highest importance overall

In Germany, 81% of women claim they are satisfied with their overall appearance

North Devon Young Farmers’ Clubs
2010 Cancer Research UK Calendar

So what does that all mean? To start with, it means that the fashion industry, the media, and the weight-loss industry have promulgated a body image ideal that is not even close to being representative of the female population and is diverging from reality further and further as time goes by.

Triumph doesn’t market in the US so we weren’t included in the study. Yet I would wager that far fewer than 75% of American women claim they are satisfied with their overall appearance.

That isn’t really news, but the extent of the difference between the created ideal and the reality of women’s sizes and shapes is noteworthy. In England, the average woman’s dress size is 16 (US 14) which is also reported by the SizeUSA study as being the average dress size of American women. This means that, since “plus sizes” start in the 14 – 16 range, the average woman in either Britain or America is being forced straight into the “fat clothes,” all the while being told by the media – and now the government – that she has to lose weight even though she’s actually the normative female – and possibly healthier than her scrawnier counterparts.

Worse, the clothing designers – mostly either queers or women of uncertain sexuality, as in sexual vs. asexual – design clothes to fit their stick figure models which then do not fit or hang right when worn by actual women. This just compounds the women’s negative body image to the detriment of everyone except the weight-loss industry who gladly sell anyone and everyone “self worth” for just $10 a day.

A Brief Rant

Face facts; real women have curves – delicious, voluptuous curves. They do not look like young boys with breast implants and they certainly do not look like prepubescent girls. I bluntly question the sexuality of any man who thinks otherwise because they must either be queer or a pedophile.

What in the name of all the Hells do those emaciated creatures have to do with either women or beauty except possibly as an example of that which is neither? Someone really needs to tell them that neither heroin nor cocaine is a food group and that dessert is not sticking your finger down your throat.

A few overseas sources are reporting that there is currently a coup underway in Niger. Forces – currently unidentified – are trying to forcibly remove the quasi-dictator Mamadou Tandja from power. It seems to be a coup d’état as opposed to a general uprising since smoke is reported to be coming from Tandja’s palace but there are no report of general violence beyond the normal “background noise” of Nigerian society.

Supposedly Tandja’s guardsmen are not doing well in defending their “President” and things look grim both Mamadou Tandja’s rule and, Given Sub-Saharan Africa’s politics, life.

From Ireland’s non-profit Public Service Broadcaster, RTÉ:

A coup attempt is under way in Niger with the country’s President Mamadou Tandja described by a senior French official is ‘not in a good position’.

Smoke was seen rising from Niger’s presidential palace in what an intelligence officer said was a coup attempt President Mamadou Tandja’s guardsmen were trying to put down.

President Tandja, ruler of the uranium exporting central African nation for a decade, has come under heavy domestic and international criticism for last year orchestrating a reshuffle of the constitution to entrench and extend his power.

He dissolved parliament and orchestrated a constitutional reform in 2009 that gave him added powers and extended his term beyond his second five-year mandate, which expired in December.

The constitutional referendum in August, condemned internationally and at home, eliminated many of the remaining checks on Tandja’s authority, abolished term limits, and gave him an initial three more years in power without an election.

The constitutional court declared that vote illegal, to which President Tandja responded by abolishing the court and replacing its members with his own appointees.

West Africa’s regional bloc suspended Niger in October and the US terminated trade benefits for the country in December.

Niger is one of the world’s leading producers of uranium. It produces around 7.5% of the world’s uranium, according to the World Nuclear Association.

As the cost of oil and fears over global warming have rekindled interest in nuclear energy, Niger has handed out over 130 prospecting licenses, most of which have been for uranium.

However, just 10% of these are currently active as the political uncertainty comes on top of a two-year revolt led by Tuareg nomads calling for greater autonomy for the north, and a larger slice of the revenues from natural resources.

I doubt that this will be more than throw away one liner mentioned en passant by the American MSM since they’re myopic, parochial, and currently seemingly afraid of mentioning African unrest out of fear of it somehow “tainting” the half African President Obama. Despite their silence though, this is a matter of international importance that we should be more than a little concerned about.

The Dangers

Niger is an oil exporting country and China buys a large portion of their annual production. Anything that destabilizes oil production in Nigeria will impact not only oil prices in general but China’s stance on such issues as sanctions against Iran and various other trade agreements.

Niger’s uranium resources are also very important to the world. Not only, in the wake of the AGW hype, has nuclear power production returned to being an acceptable idea across the world, but it’s quite conceivable that unrest in Nigeria will facilitate the illegal sale of uranium to rogue states seeking either nuclear weapons or “dirty bomb” materials such as North Korea and Iran, both of whom have limited and “constrained” domestic uranium mining operations.

And, of course, one only has to look at Somalia to see that civil unrest and the collapse of the government – however vile and despicable that government is – gives the Islamists a chance at gaining control of large swaths of territory.

The Hope

On the other side of the equation, and equally deserving of media coverage, is the fact there is currently a coup underway to drive a vile and pernicious quasi-dictator from power in an African nation. This could well be cause for jubilation.

Currently Niger is sanctioned by the US and cutoff from relations with the rest of the West Africa’s regional bloc. A regime change could well, depending on what group of people is behind it, result in the normalization of relations between Nigeria and both the West and the rest of the West African nations.

~*~

Just don’t expect to hear much of from the American Media. As I said, for their own reasons they’re uninterested in reporting news from Africa.

~*~

UPDATE [February 18, 2010 4:45 PM EST]: Both the BBC and The Times in England are reporting that coup d’état in Niger was initially successful and that Mamadou Tandja and much of his cabinet are the custody of the opposition.

The Times further states that the coup was by disgruntled members of the Nigerien military came after the collapse of talks between Mamadou Tandja’s regime and the Opposition over a recently “adopted” referendum allowing President Tandja to hold power indefinitely.

~*~

And we finally have a US report on the issue. The Wall Street Journal posted an article about it. Say what you want about News Corporation but they’re global presence and coordinated efforts have their benefits.

~*~

UPDATE [February 19, 2010 6:45 AM EST]: The Daily Monitor in Uganda is reporting coup was led by Colonel Adamou Harouna and was aided by Colonel Djibril Hamidou, both officers in Niger’s military. While Colonel Harouna is previously unknown, Colonel Hamidou was the spokesman for the 1999 coup that removed a military ruler, Colonel Ibrahim Bare, and ushered in elections that sadly led to Mamadou Tandja becoming President of Niger.

Colonel Djibril Hamidou of Niger’s CSRD

The Guardian is reporting that the junta that seized power calls itself the Supreme Council for the Restoration of Democracy (CSRD) and has appointed squadron chief Salou Djibo as its and Niger’s leader.

What fighting there was is reported to have died out and there does not seem to be a strong likelihood of a counter-coup in the immediate future.

Al Gore’s Global Warming Cultists seem to have little room in their minds for any thought beyond reducing man-made C02 in Earth’s atmosphere. Normally this is only a threat to the prosperity and freedom of the nations of the Civilized World – which is bad enough – but sometimes their monomaniacal fanaticism is a threat to the very world they claim they have to save.

– Michael Sheridan
The Times Online, May 3, 2009

This is, of course, the logical result of passing legislation that the Warmists scream for. They scream and wail about Anthropogenic Global Warming – now rebranded as Climate Change – and bully politician into passing laws that further the Warmists’ agenda. Sadly for everyone these laws still do not change reality, no matter what fantasies are percolating through the minds of Gore’s cultists.

You can’t demand the rapid transition from incandescent lightbulbs to fluorescent lightbulbs without opening new murcury mines or reopening older, closed mines. You also can’t keep the prices of these items down to level that won’t inflict undue hardship on people, especially the poor, without utilizing 3rd-World nations like China who care little for the environment or the lives, health, and safety of its workers.

Someday, hopefully before irreparable harm is done to both the Civilized World and the planet, people will see the Warmists for what they are – monomaniacal, fanatic cultists. Green or Sustainable is lot more than just reducing CO2 and other greenhouse gasses, and reducing CO2 emissions at the cost of other lasting harm to planet is stupid.

Can You Picture This? (Case #1)

In 2010 or 2011 Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao “requests” that President Obama step down in order to avoid China selling off its massive share of United States Treasury bonds and other debt. Stating concerns over US inflation and the risks it poses to China’s Sovereign Wealth Fund, China’s leadership demands that President Obama and many members of the US government be replaced and that the US has 60 days to develop a restructuring plan that meets Premier Wen Jiabao and his Ministers’ approval.

It’d be hypocrisy for the Liberals to complain about this – unless they’re willing to admit that they hold the government as being more sacrosanct than the People.

It would be fair, right? It’d all be proper and appropriate, wouldn’t it? After all the US went to the Chinese government looking for enough money to pay its bills rights? As our largest creditor, China has the right to look after its investments, doesn’t it?

~*~

Can You Picture This? (Case #2)

In 2010 or 2011 Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and his ministers declare the United States a “nonviable” country, stating that no restructuring of the US as a standalone nation will provide the income necessary for America to continue. Premier Wen Jiabao mandates that the US has 30 days to partner with Canada and Mexico to create a North American Union. China further dictates that neither Canada nor Mexico can own more of the United States than China until such time as the US pays off its debt to China. At that time Canada and Mexico may acquire a combined 49% share of the US.

Again, it’d be hypocrisy for the Liberals to complain about this – unless they’re willing to admit that they hold the government as being more sacrosanct than the People.

It would be fair, right? It’d all be proper and appropriate, wouldn’t it? China couldn’t really be expected to just keep throwing money at the US, could it? After all, the combination of the three countries has been talked about for years in some quarters. China would just be moving the process along. After China’s “bail-out” of the United States, they must have the right to provide regulation and oversight for America.

~*~

Now the above are just two dark fantasies about what could – with the right sort of international events – happen over the next couple of years; I find it highly doubtful that China would attempt so overt of an action. They are far more likely to use the fact that the US is massively beholden to them to influence our international trade and foreign policies.

The true point of those Distopian fantasies was to point out the logical flaws in the argument so often put forth by the Liberals that, since US companies – and States – have needed, or in some cases been forced to accept – federal funds, the federal government has the “right” to determine how those companies – or States – are operated and by whom.

From a logical, if not emotional, standpoint there’s not a great deal of difference between a government and a corporation, especially when one takes into the “trade” in national deficits through Treasury Bills and similar financial vehicles. That being the case, the Liberals’ endorsement of the government’s actions in regards to AIG, GM and others could be seen as tacit approval of similar actions by our government’s creditors…

We’ve referred to the primary building planned for the site as One World Trade Center — its legal name and street address — for almost two years now, as well as using the name the Freedom Tower.

Many will always refer to it as the Freedom Tower, but as the building moves out of the planning stage and into full construction and leasing, we believe that going forward it is most practical to market the building as One World Trade Center.

The fact is, more than $3 billion of public money is invested in that building, and, as a public agency, we have the responsibility to make sure it is completed and that we utilize the best strategy to make certain it is fully occupied.

Immediately upon the signing of the contract, the China Center granted the Port Authority a $10 million USD letter of credit.

They can call it marketing all they want, but I think the timing of the announcement shows that they just couldn’t stomach calling it the Freedom Tower after leasing nearly 10% of it to China.

The current plan is for the China Center at One World Trade Center to house the elite of China’s business and cultural communities and serve as a beachhead for Chinese firms developing United States operations.

The services available to clients of the China Center community are planned to make the overseas expansion process of these companies as seamless as possible. The tenants are also to receive: relocation assistance, real estate services, business & financial support, public relations & investor relations, legal services, networking opportunities, event management & special catering, and personalized travel services.

Of course the Chinese are “requesting” that the Empire State Development Corporation subsidize their rents to the tune of $954,050 per year for 15 years.

One doesn’t have to wonder if the Chinese understand the slight carried by the Port Authority’s chosen timing for the public announcement of the name change; the Chinese have a 6000 year history of insults, pride, and “face.” One does have to wonder if they care though.

I’m fairly sure, with China’s ownership of a huge portion of America’s debt and with the Obama administration’s plans to greatly increase that debt, that the Chinese view the new China Center as something between a way of overseeing their investment in America and a Provincial Capitol. A few veiled insults from their “tenants’ aren’t going to amount to much.

It’s appropriate then -IMHO – that One World Trade Center no longer be named the Freedom Tower; such a naming would be a mockery.

Chas Freeman – the thankfully now-former Obama nominee to chair the National Intelligence Council (NIC) – has recused himself from consideration for the position. The man who endorsed the Tienanmen Square Massacre claimed that he couldn’t perform the duties of the office due to public outcry.

America and all the free peoples of the world should rejoice. This is a rare victory.

There has been much uproar over Mr. Freeman’s possibly inappropriate loyalties to foreign regimes such as the Wahabists in Saudi Arabia and the Communists in China. Both his anti-American positions and his antisemitism have been roundly decried – as has his belief that governments should murder protesters.

As I have said earlier, I wasn’t too bothered by Freeman’s antisemitism, considering it a good shield against Rahm Emanuel’s Zionism. That view has now changed.

The would-be butcher, Chas Freeman’s exit rant:

You will by now have seen the statement by Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair reporting that I have withdrawn my previous acceptance of his invitation to chair the National Intelligence Council.

I have concluded that the barrage of libelous distortions of my record would not cease upon my entry into office. The effort to smear me and to destroy my credibility would instead continue. I do not believe the National Intelligence Council could function effectively while its chair was under constant attack by unscrupulous people with a passionate attachment to the views of a political faction in a foreign country. I agreed to chair the NIC to strengthen it and protect it against politicization, not to introduce it to efforts by a special interest group to assert control over it through a protracted political campaign.

As those who know me are well aware, I have greatly enjoyed life since retiring from government. Nothing was further from my mind than a return to public service. When Admiral Blair asked me to chair the NIC I responded that I understood he was “asking me to give my freedom of speech, my leisure, the greater part of my income, subject myself to the mental colonoscopy of a polygraph, and resume a daily commute to a job with long working hours and a daily ration of political abuse.” I added that I wondered “whether there wasn’t some sort of downside to this offer.” I was mindful that no one is indispensable; I am not an exception. It took weeks of reflection for me to conclude that, given the unprecedentedly challenging circumstances in which our country now finds itself abroad and at home, I had no choice but accept the call to return to public service. I thereupon resigned from all positions that I had held and all activities in which I was engaged. I now look forward to returning to private life, freed of all previous obligations.

I am not so immodest as to believe that this controversy was about me rather than issues of public policy. These issues had little to do with the NIC and were not at the heart of what I hoped to contribute to the quality of analysis available to President Obama and his administration. Still, I am saddened by what the controversy and the manner in which the public vitriol of those who devoted themselves to sustaining it have revealed about the state of our civil society. It is apparent that we Americans cannot any longer conduct a serious public discussion or exercise independent judgment about matters of great importance to our country as well as to our allies and friends.

The libels on me and their easily traceable email trails show conclusively that there is a powerful lobby determined to prevent any view other than its own from being aired, still less to factor in American understanding of trends and events in the Middle East. The tactics of the Israel Lobby plumb the depths of dishonor and indecency and include character assassination, selective misquotation, the willful distortion of the record, the fabrication of falsehoods, and an utter disregard for the truth. The aim of this Lobby is control of the policy process through the exercise of a veto over the appointment of people who dispute the wisdom of its views, the substitution of political correctness for analysis, and the exclusion of any and all options for decision by Americans and our government other than those that it favors.

There is a special irony in having been accused of improper regard for the opinions of foreign governments and societies by a group so clearly intent on enforcing adherence to the policies of a foreign government – in this case, the government of Israel. I believe that the inability of the American public to discuss, or the government to consider, any option for US policies in the Middle East opposed by the ruling faction in Israeli politics has allowed that faction to adopt and sustain policies that ultimately threaten the existence of the state of Israel. It is not permitted for anyone in the United States to say so. This is not just a tragedy for Israelis and their neighbors in the Middle East; it is doing widening damage to the national security of the United States.

The outrageous agitation that followed the leak of my pending appointment will be seen by many to raise serious questions about whether the Obama administration will be able to make its own decisions about the Middle East and related issues. I regret that my willingness to serve the new administration has ended by casting doubt on its ability to consider, let alone decide what policies might best serve the interests of the United States rather than those of a Lobby intent on enforcing the will and interests of a foreign government.

In the court of public opinion, unlike a court of law, one is guilty until proven innocent. The speeches from which quotations have been lifted from their context are available for anyone interested in the truth to read. The injustice of the accusations made against me has been obvious to those with open minds. Those who have sought to impugn my character are uninterested in any rebuttal that I or anyone else might make.

Still, for the record: I have never sought to be paid or accepted payment from any foreign government, including Saudi Arabia or China, for any service, nor have I ever spoken on behalf of a foreign government, its interests, or its policies. I have never lobbied any branch of our government for any cause, foreign or domestic. I am my own man, no one else’s, and with my return to private life, I will once again – to my pleasure – serve no master other than myself. I will continue to speak out as I choose on issues of concern to me and other Americans.

I retain my respect and confidence in President Obama and DNI Blair. Our country now faces terrible challenges abroad as well as at home. Like all patriotic Americans, I continue to pray that our president can successfully lead us in surmounting them.

It’s truly amazing. This piece of filth’s hatred of Jews is so profound that he was forced by it to essentially declare that the Jews and the “Jewish Lobby” libeled him and kept him from being able to to hold the chair the National Intelligence Council. I haven’t read this level of antisemitism and paranoia since I read The Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

Freeman should hook up with Cynthia McKinney. They could trade stories about blaming it on “da Joos.”

Great Gods on their thrones! Even ABC – not exactly the staunchest ally of Israel, Jews, or American Middle eastern policy – couldn’t silently choke down this bullshit.

What’s perplexing about this that so much of what critics objected to were Freeman’s statements, in full context. His record was picked apart like that of any other controversial nominee — sometimes fairly, sometimes not so — but only in Freeman’s case does the nominee make an allegation that a foreign power was lurking nefariously somehow behind it all.

– <a title="ABc News - Jake Tapper was named ABC News' senior White House correspondent on November 5, 2008 -- the day after the 2008 presidential election.
I have to say that this was a close shave for America and the Free World. Obama almost managed to appoint a man with a disturbing agenda and beliefs to be the head of our National Intelligence Council. Can anyone imagine what could have happened with a creature like Chas Freeman in a sensitive position like that?

Chas Freeman, President Obama's appointee as Chairman of the National Intelligence Council has some very disturbing views on how governments should deal with protesters.

I do not believe it is acceptable for any country to allow the heart of its national capital to be occupied by dissidents intent on disrupting the normal functions of government, however appealing to foreigners their propaganda may be. Such folk, whether they represent a veterans’ “Bonus Army” or a “student uprising” on behalf of “the goddess of democracy” should expect to be displaced with dispatch from the ground they occupy. I cannot conceive of any American government behaving with the ill-conceived restraint that the Zhao Ziyang administration did in China, allowing students to occupy zones that are the equivalent of the Washington National Mall and Times Square, combined. while shutting down much of the Chinese government’s normal operations. I thus share the hope of the majority in China that no Chinese government will repeat the mistakes of Zhao Ziyang’s dilatory tactics of appeasement in dealing with domestic protesters in China.

Firstly, this was a shocking response to the Tienanmen Square Massacre, and not one that any right thinking American would make.
Firstly, this was a shocking response to the Tienanmen Square Massacre, and not one that any right thinking American would make. Secondly, Freeman’s response shows that he has no moral foundation at all and is unfit for public life much less public office. Thirdly and finally, the admonition to the government to use lethal force and extreme violence to disperse and silence dissenters and protesters is contrary to the ideals of America and the laws set forth in our Constitution.

Freeman gets a lot more flak for his rampant antisemitism and for his being a lap dog for various Muslim -Wahabists ala Osama Bin Laden mostly – rulers - ironic since Muslims loath dogs in the same way that they and Jews loath pigs – but this endorsement of murdering peaceful protesters is far worse than his bigotry, which could be used to offset Rahm Emanuel’s – the son of an Israeli terrorist and the namesake of another – potentially dangerous Zionism.

As a reminder, the official death toll among the protesters in Tienanmen Square according to the Chinese government was 200 – 300, but Chinese student associations and the Chinese Red Cross reported that the real number of people murdered was 2,000 – 3,000. Chas Freeman says this was ” ill-conceived restraint” on the part of the Communist regime.

One doesn’t really need to guess at what Freeman’s advised response to MLK’s Civil Rights March on Washington, DC would have been, or what he will advise to be done about the next Right to Life March.

Fortunately for the US our military is made up largely of true patriots. They’d be more likely to exterminate any POTUS who listened to Freeman and who ordered such a slaughter of our people than to commit it. Therefor, while Chas Freeman’s views are evil, dangerous, and very un-American, he is unlikely to be proved to be too great a direct threat to the American people.
