😆 Enacting a tax upon those who destroy or mangle the English language seems to be a wonderful idea. Sadly, since the rank stupidity that was Washington v. Davis, this “Syn Tax” would be overturned in court for being “racist” since it would have a disproportionate impact upon Blacks.

Where I live it’s not just the blacks. There are a great deal of whites, of all ages, whom I can barely understand – and I’ve lived here my entire life!!
On occasion one might think that they’re merely trying to be funny based on how unintelligible they sound. The truly tragic part is they’re not!

That’s very true, Buffet. There are a lot people who butcher the language. Sadly, however, it’s only the minorities – which essentially means the Blacks inside America – who have court decisions protecting them laws that would impact them more than the would Whites. Also, Blacks are the only culture within America’s borders where speaking proper, Standard American English is a hated thing that they consider indicative of cultural genocide and racial treason.

As usual, I concur completely with everything you said, however, you should hear the gibberish spouted in my neck of the woods!
(WHY IS IT that they always seem to select these inbreeds for their viewpoint on the evening news?)
