“Laughing Joe” certainly was feisty and entertaining though. The Vice President’s chuckles, sighs, interruptions, and odd asides during the debate with Rep. Paul Ryan really stole the show, something that was not predicted to happen.

The Democrats crazy Uncle Joe did what he needed to do. He got tough and revived his base. Now as far as the rest of the universe who are not brain dead, he did not do so well. One of my college graduate young relatives who does not follow politics much but votes Democrat, thought Biden was funny and drunk.
Vice President Biden gave Romney plenty of ammunition to take from the debate. Old Joe continued the lie about the Consulate attack.

Yes, Laughing Joe did what he was told to do – put on a “good” show that got past Obama’s barely “present” showing at his first debate. It rallied their base, which cares little to not at all about the issues and couldn’t care less about the substance, or lack thereof, of Biden’s responses.
Face on thing; the Campaigner-in-Chief’s posse ain’t completely stupid when it comes to election politics. They know that the “Independents” will split close to down the middle as they almost always do and that 2012 will be a base-to-base conflict.

I don’t know about independents but, the people I am listening to because they were right in 2010, are saying that the undecided historically break for the challenger late in the race. The fact that the race is tied or Romney has a slight lead is a very good sign for Romney.
I watched a video of Chris Wallace questioning David Axelrod about what Biden said concerning the Consulate murders in Benghazi. After Obama himself, Axelrod has to be the biggest BS artist around.

To-date that has been largely true. The undecided normally break for the challenger.
