Yes, that is actually part of the feedback effect that Obama&#039;s Trickle-Up Economics are &lt;i&gt;supposed&lt;/i&gt; to generate. Unfortunately Obama&#039;s plan for increasing the capital available to the poor is based on taking capital from the wealthy. So who get&#039;s the money? To a large extent the government gets it unless the wealthy have off shored their businesses or taken other measures to mitigate their losses.</description>

		<description>A problem I see with BHO&#039;s idea is that it fails to stimulate any alteration of the masses actions. Given people more capital is a great idea but if all they do with it is go down to Walmart and buy chinese crap nothing really changes.
