Unfortunately Obama's plan for increasing the capital available to the poor is based on taking capital from the wealthy. So who get's the money? To a large extent the government gets it unless the wealthy have off shored their businesses or taken other measures to mitigate their losses. “The other irony is that when the little people get more money they spend it….who gets it ? Given people more capital is a great idea but if all they do with it is go down to Walmart and buy chinese crap nothing really changes.
