Obviously freedom of speech is under fire and has been on and off since America was created.

I think there are laws in place already giving society some protection against false or damaging information, forgive my using this analogy, but like someone yelling “Fire” in a crowded movie theater and causing injury, death or destruction.

Allowing someone like this to be a czar, and I hate that term, of anything is almost traitorous.
