Sufficient Incompetence Is Indistingiushable From Fraud or Corruption

Sufficient incompetence is indistinguishable from corruption, fraud, or malice. This is especially true of the recently ousted Broward County Supervisor of Elections, Brenda Snipes. There’s comes a point where incompetence and malice are distinctions without a difference.
