Forward?

Forward? Fuck That Shit! Go Back!

Yeah, that aptly and humorously sums up how Americans feel about Obama, his actions, inactions, consistent failures, and vision of what America must be fundamentally changed into. 😆

It is getting pretty bad when four of us were kicked off of a “Christian site” for speaking the truth about Romney. The Blog title was negative about him anyway…so we felt free to share all of the information we had.

No one seems to want to put up a fight. People are just rolling over and playing dead.

    Elaine,

You’re not going to get much sympathy from me on that score. Romney is our Nominee, despite the hopes and fantasies of some people, and speaking ill of him just increases the chance that moral Americans won’t be able to hold their noses and vote for him as the lesser of evils.

You see, that’s a lot of what happened 4 years ago. People bad-mouthed McCain because he was soft on moral issues and a whole bunch of people stayed home on election day.

    We can’t afford that now.

Let me add, though, that you also won’t receive much rancor here either when it comes to that issue. I know full well that Romney isn’t a good choice, or even much of a choice at all on some issues.

As a former kayaker I like the graphic . There are times when you do not want to ‘ lean forward ‘ .

  4. jonolan Says:

Yeah, that’s true enough, Alan. Sadly, Obama and his handlers want to boof off a waterfall – and that’s a boat-eater for sure. 😉

    Jonolan,

I always wonder why Socialists like Chavez, Castro, and Obama never seem to mind taking their countries over the waterfalls . The answer is always that they will still be in charge all the way to the bottom . Power is more important than their countries .

    Alan,

In the cases of Chavez and Castro, your answer seems to be the only that makes any logical sense. All they care about is power and Socialism, in the form of Soviet-style State Socialism, is the best means of keeping it.

In Obama’s pathetic case, I think it’s slightly different. I don’t think Obama’s actually a Socialist. I don’t think he has ANY ideology beyond himself.

I also don’t think that power is his goal. I think that power is just the means to his goal which is Acceptance. I really think he’s just a narcissistic little boy who’s been trying to feel accepted by anyone and everyone for most of his life.

  7. Alan Scott Says:

    Jonolan,

The Narcissism I accept and who does not want to be accepted? Many people channel their needs, inadequacies, and insecurities into good or even great achievements. I believe he is a Socialist because Socialism was the path open to him when he became ambitious and found he had political talent.

Take the same person and surround him with better people and maybe he becomes a Marco Rubio.

Anyway he definitely would rather the kayak go over the falls with him in it and in charge, than have somebody else turn it around and paddle it upstream. The way he has engineered the expiration of the Bush tax cuts to blow up the economy just after the election shows me that he wants to Kamikaze the country win or lose.

    Alan,

I think that we’re just looking at this at two different levels. You’re looking at the obvious effects and I’m looking at Obama’s goals and motivations.

I see Obama’s Socialism as just an easy means to his ends. Actually, it was the only means to his ends and not just due to the failures of his upbringing. A Black can only be a Socialist, race-baiter, and angry whiner in politics. Any other course is too painful of a road to travel for any but the bravest few and even they achieve little.
